That feeling of uncertainty was almost as bad as the exams themselves.Don't get me wrong, I know my teachers worked extremely hard to make this all possible during the pandemic. And I'm grateful I got to finish 8th grade and take those important exams, even if the experience was totally different to anything I could have imagined. Looking back, those final exams from home were just another example of how crazy and unprecedented 2020 was. I'll always remember having to take high-stakes tests from my living room, with my parents frantically trying to keep my siblings quiet in the other room. Definitely one for the memory books!While the pandemic disrupted so much of normal life, I learned that some things had to go on no matter what - including getting rid of those annoying finals before summer!
