发展历史与发展战略思路2003 年10 月,阿里巴巴建立独立的第三方支付平台——支付宝,正式进军电子支付领域,并于10 月18 日在淘宝网推出,为网络交易用户提供优质的安全支付服务。
目前,支付宝已经和国内的工商银行、建设银行、农业银行和招商银行,国际的VISA 国际组织等各大金融机构建立战略合作,共同打造一个独立的第三方支付平台。
不到一年时间,支付宝迅速成为淘宝会员网上交易不可缺少的支付方式,深受淘宝会员喜爱。
阿里巴巴在香港成立公司总部,在中国杭州成立中国总部,并在海外设立美国硅谷、伦敦等分支机构、合资企业3 家,在中国北京、上海、浙江、山东、江苏、福建、广东等地区设立分公司、办事处十多家。
1998 年底,马云以50 万元人民币起步,在杭州一家民房里创办阿里巴巴网站(国际站 ,中文站 )。

阿里巴巴电子商务案例分析一、电子商务电子商务通常是指是在全球各地广泛的商业贸易活动中,在因特网开放的网络环境下,基于浏览器/服务器应用方式,买卖双方不谋面地进行各种商贸活动,实现消费者的网上购物、商户之间的网上交易和在线电子支付以及各种商务活动、交易活动、金融活动和相关的综合服务活动的一种新型的商业运营模式。
二、电子商务模式定义电子商务模式,就是指在网络环境中基于一定技术基础的商务运作方式和盈利模式。
研究和分析电子商务模式的分类体系,有助于挖掘新的电子商务模式,为电子商务模式创新提供途径,也有助于企业制定特定的电子商务策略和实施步骤。
电子商务模式可以从多个角度建立不同的分类框架,最简单的分类莫过于BtoB、BtoC和CtoC这样的分类,但就各模式还可以再次细分。
电子商务模式可以分为以下六种类型:电子商务模式是指企业运用互联网开展经营取得营业收入的基本方式;传统的观点是将企业的电子商务模式,归纳为B2C(Business to Consumer)、B2B(Business to Business)、C2B(Consumer to Business)、C2C(Consumer to Consumer)、B2G(Business to Government)、BMC(Business Medium Consumer)、ABC(Agents Business Consumer)等七种经营模式。
1.企业与消费者之间的电子商务企业与消费者之间的电子商务(Business to Customer,即B2C)。
这是消费者利用因特网直接参与经济活动的形式,类同于商业电子化的零售商务。
随着因特网的出现,网上销售迅速地发展起来。
其代表是亚马逊电子商务模式B2C就是企业透过网络销售产品或服务给个人消费者。
企业厂商直接将产品或服务推上网络,并提供充足资讯与便利的接口吸引消费者选购,这也是目前一般最常见的作业方式,例如网络购物、证券公司网络下单作业、一般网站的资料查询作业等等,都是属于企业直接接触顾客的作业方式。
