论企业领导者在团队建设中的作用

【摘要】当今社会，无论是机关单位还是大中小企业，都必须有团队形式的存在，在团队建设中领导者是核心人物，我们可以称之为“领头羊”或者是“掌舵者”等，由此可以看出，领导者是企业团队建设中承上启下、承前启后、承点启面的中坚力量，是企业的栋梁。它的目的是为了提高团队绩效、促进团队发展、确保团队成功。然而这个特殊的角色不能超越于团队，不能存在于团队之外，但又必须从一个高远的，先知先觉的，全面视点的带好整个团队。没有一个出色的领导者也就很难有一个出色的团队，没有一个出色的团队也难以想象会有一个积极向上、朝气蓬勃的企业。作为一个领导者,如何才能带领好自己的团队,又应该以怎样的行为来维护企业团队的完整呢?我认为，首先是领导者脑子里面首先要有团队意识，知道团队在企业中的重要性，能找出团队建设中存在着一些什么问题，并且能及时的处理好这些问题，那么这个领导者才能带出一支强有力的团队。本文针对团队的含义和企业领导者在团队建设中的重要性，以及在团队建设过程中所遇到的问题，领导者在团队建设中如何发挥作用进行了论述。

Discussion on enterprise leaders in the team 's role in the

construction

【Abstract】In today's society, regardless of is the organs and units or small business, must have the team form of existence, in team building was the leader of the core characters, known as " leading sheep" or" at the helm", thus it can be seen, was the leader of the team construction of the enterprise between, before, the bearing point and surface backbone, is the enterprise leaders. Its purpose is to improve team performance, promote team development, ensure that team success. However, this particular role can exceed the team, cannot exist in the team, but also must be from a lofty, having foresight, comprehensive view with the whole team. Not a good leader is very difficult also has an outstanding team, have an excellent team is hard to imagine a positive, full of youthful spirit of enterprise. As a leader, how to lead their team, should take actions to safeguard enterprise team complete? I think, first of all is the leader of the mind must have the consciousness of team, to know that the team is in the importance in the enterprise, can find out the team construction has some problems, and can timely to deal with these problems, then the leader can bring out a strong team. In this paper the meaning and the team leader in team construction importance, as well as in the team building process of the problems encountered in construction of leader team, how to play the role is discussed.
