这是别人首先会读到的部分也可能是唯一会读到的部分。
这是对论文报告的简要回顾,便于他人在阅读你的研究论文前对你整个文章内容的大概了解。
商业类的论文一般使用 Executive Summary,而 Abstract 更倾向与学术论文。
•这里必须段落短小精悍,简单扼要。
“短”和“回顾”是关键,Executive Summary/ Abstract 应该占整个文章的5%-10%的比例。
•明确你要阐述你的研究问题•提供你的解决方案Table of Contents假如你写的是报告形式,那么 Table of Contents 是必要的。
假如是 Essay 形式,就不需要 Table of Contents。

这部分可以看作是Executive Summary的中文版本,主要包含以下四方面:●选题是什么,打算在哪里开什么店●市场分析●主要调查与分析方法●财务状况分析与预测范例1:Byron’s Coffee 项目设计目前广州大学城已经基本落成并逐步投入使用,各大学院校基本已进驻,同时一些与大学相关的公司也开始在其周边设点展开业务,但在偌大的大学城内外,能提供休憩的小店并不多,即便有,要么价格不易接受,如:星巴克,要么不能满足大众需求。
我正是看重这一点,希望以此为商机,在大学城北亭村靠近华南师范大学附近的地段开设一间集咖啡厅,小西餐馆,简单日用办公用品零售于一身的多功能型咖啡店,店名——Byron’s Coffee。
我的顾客群主要是大学生,教师,公司从业人员,及到此参观访友的游客。
主要是为在此歇脚小憩的人们提供道地的欧式咖啡、饮料、简易西餐、冰激凌、学生及办公人员必须的日用和文具用品等。
为了迅速掌握本地消费群的消费习惯和需求,我对不同阶层的顾客群进行了问卷调查,分别为:3名在校大学生,4名教师及公司职员,3名本地居民,2名游客。
经过缜密的成本和利益分析之后得出,本项目计划需要约12万前期投资,用于租用一约为80平方米的店面、进/存货、装修、购买设备及员工培训等项目。
在制定计划时,我充分考虑到了其它可能对计划带来负面影响的因素,分别是:人的因素,产品的因素,时间的因素。
因为不可能在计划开始实施后完全避免来自这些因素的影响,我制定了解决问题的办法和相应的风险管理措施。
经过风险分析,我认为以下三方面的支出应加入总成本核算中,首先是市场调查:只有以广泛的市场调查为前提才能给本店一个明确的市场定位和清晰市场供需链,在未来的市场竞争中才能更好的与竞争对手一分高下。

When writing begins, check RFP for requirements regarding production format:
____________ Order binders if required, anticipating single sided estimate
____________ Order text tabs if required, through the Press Room on 6th floor
____________ Design cover and spines (if binder)
Once your files are written, and general editing/formatting is complete:
____________ Make sure binders and tabs have arrived and send to repro area
____________ Run automated table of contents, TOC (select down to heading level 3)
____________ Add any additional TOC items manually, i.e. cost, appendices, attachments, etc.
____________ Verify page numbers and location of materials with TOC
____________ Print reproduction master
____________ “QC” the master hard copy before copying!! Slowly go through each and every page for weird formatting problems or “eyesore” mistakes ____________ Do “change pages” as needed
____________ Print cover letter onto letterhead
____________ Print color covers on KPMG card stock and give to Dave for insertion
____________ Print color cover file onto second-sheet letterhead to serve as the title page
