此刻距离高考惟独3个月摆布的时光了,我觉得自我十分有必要梳理一下自我的教学,及时发现自我和学生的问题。

一、存在的问题(一)三(一)班学生对英语学习主要存在以下问题:1、学生对英语学习普遍缺乏兴趣、自信心和学习动力;在英语课堂上不用心参预,缺少主动学习,发言不用心或者根本不愿意发言;2、学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不塌实、理解不全面,课外不花时光在英语上;而大部份学生对书本知识不够重视,找不到英语学科复习的有效载体,不能有效的利用课本,适时地回归课本,英语复习缺乏根本,甚至本末倒置;学生没有习惯性地进行课前预习、认真听课、课后及时复习的习惯,英语学习缺乏主动性。

3、部份学生在复习时缺乏系统地安排和科学地计划,或者学习和复习没有个性化特点,导致学习效果不明显。

(二)我存在的问题1、没有太注重与其他教师的交流和讨论;2、对学生的考试技巧指导及训练是有些盲目、针对性不强;3、没实用更多的时光去学习、研究新题型和高考真题;4、只注重部份学生并未面向全体,值得注意!二、下学期的计划我就应根据学生的具体状况,制定出切实可行的复习计划,把复习分为三个阶段。

1、夯实基础,发展潜力。

近年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言潜力的考查,对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。

因此,在复习过程中,首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识,同时透过不断的语言练习,掌握必须的技巧。

在此基础上,再透过科学系统的训练,发展潜力。

2、降低难度,回归基础,强化专题训练。

进入后半学期,根据学生的具体状况把握中档、低档题,这对学生取得高分是十分有利的。

学生普遍都有这样的感觉:不少题目“一看就会,一做就错”。

造成这种现象的根本原因在于对基础知识的掌握不坚固。

这时,复习的重点要放在查漏补缺上,进行强化记忆和训练。

3、整理基础知识,适当多做一些高考题。

要在高考前夕找到良好的语言知识感觉和运用潜力感觉就务必回归基础,整理巩固基础知识,用最充实、最满意的感觉来增强自我的自信心。

而且每次的单元测验,我会将成绩有进步的落后生的名字提出来及时表扬,让他们享受一下成功的欢乐及喜悦,有些落后生的头脑反应的慢点,一个简单的句型讲几遍还不理解,我会不厌其烦地再多讲几遍,切忌急躁,发怒。

无数事实证明,落后生有消极性,也有积极性;有逆反心理,也有求知欲;有违反纪律的行为,也有守纪律的愿望。

二、贯彻交际性原则,强化学生主体意识1.建立“课前2分钟会话“,培养课堂交际氛围。

如一进课堂我说:“It’s nice to see you again. How are you today?”星期一上课问:“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答,引出更多的对话,从而达到交际的目的。

我认为这是教学中对教师最重要的要求。

学生在学习的过程中把大量的时间花费在零散知识上,而忽视了重之之重。

二、语法讲解一定要清楚,透彻并要求学生及时整理。

针对性练习是巩固重点知识所必不可少的,并且要及时反馈课堂效果。

因为八年级教材中短语较多,学生记忆时很盲目,见词就记。

我让学生每人准备一个英语专用笔记本。

平时上课讲的东西记在课本上,周末对本单元所学再重新整理一遍,这其实是回顾温习的过程,我要求学生做好分类,重点的放在前面,难点用颜色区分,并时常翻阅。

三、加强学生的对话强度,鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。

有些学生是对自己不自信,有些学生是因为曾经对话的过程中,出现失误被学生讥笑或老师批评刺伤。

课上我还要求同学们在理解的基础上熟读原文,做翻译练习,慢慢的同学们的水平有了一点点提升,虽然翻译的不是很标准,但是基本意思已经翻译出来了,这样既巩固了课本知识,又在一定程度上练习了一下阅读,所以课下我要求同学们自读报纸上的第一版,因为第一版都是与课本相关的一些有趣性阅读,里面虽然有一些生词,但不是很难,同学们可以通过猜测来判断,自己阅读完或者有不会的可以参照报纸上给出的译文,他们对故事有兴趣,所以自然而然也就乐意读了。

我想,阅读能力的提升不是一朝一夕就能上来的,他得需要平常不断地练习,所以在课上,我经常让同学们做现时训练,给他们紧迫感和压力,现在看来,这种方法好像有点起效了。

现将我在英语教学中的一些想法及做法反思总结如下:一、下功夫狠抓英语学习习惯的养成教育跟班而上,执教毕业班,我深感学生的英语学习习惯养成较差,40%的学生书写太差。

如大写字母W、M的拼写,r、v写得分辩不出来,单词的各个字母之间空隙太大等等;2、绝大部分学生不识音标,不会根据音标拼读单词;3、有一多半的学生写句子时,第一个单词的第一个字母竟不大写,句末不加标点符号;4、学生懒于动笔,绝大部分学生有“一看就会、一写就错”的毛病;5、对于单词,大多数的学生只注重它们的拼写,不注重它们的用法;6、有些学生对时态一窍不通。

有一部分学生对英语毫无兴趣。

今年的这一班,学生英语基础略差:我现在所教的九年级学生,在八年级期末考试中算是最好的,但基础不够扎实,面对这种现状,我首先从教音标入手,从练习字母的写法开始,两周的时间学生改掉了一些不良习惯:如班级中有一半的学生书写正规、认真了;大部分学生写句子知道加标点了等等。

当然,好习惯的形成需要一个漫长的过程。

只耍肯努力,那一定有希望。

二、抓主线,搞好课堂教学,向40分钟要质量针对学生英语基础较差这种情况,我从讲解最简单最基本的知识入手,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,让他们觉得英语并不难学。

每节课前,我都认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念甚至每句话、每个单词都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,如重点与难点,考虑学生原有的知识水平、实际情况,找出适合他们的教学方法,考虑他们接受知识的过程中可能会有哪些困难,怎样采取相应的预防措施等等。

备课充分,课堂上就能有的放矢。

上课时我想方设法让学生全身心投入。

如《ABCsong》、《Good morning to you》等三要运用新颖奇趣的谜语、故事,诱发学生兴趣,如让学生合上书,注意观察我的口型变化(不发音),判断我说的是那一个词,最先说对者为胜方。

四是让学生参与设计表演,让每一位学生随着朗读或者音乐进行表演,表演过程中再配上学到的英语知识,这样效果很好,学生英语趣味性加强了。

2、引入竞争少儿都有争强好胜的心理,在课堂上适当的开展一些竞赛活动,如小组间竞争赛、男女竞赛、自由组合赛、个人挑战赛等方式,即可活跃课堂气氛,又可培养竞争中合作意识。

目前我校学生英语学习情况总的来说是乐观的,低年级总体水平良好。

但是如果平时的英语课如果只侧重促学生在听、说、读、写、演、做、唱、玩中感悟语法规律,那么语言知识、语法点势必会大大削弱;从另一个角度来说,小学生的身心特点爱玩好动,思维缺乏深度,大多的知识灌输势必导致学生厌学,且应试体制下必然产生过重身心负担,且当前全国小学英语教学的大氛围是重情境引导,重直观感悟听说活动,将语法、语言点渗透而非明示于学生,这就必然产生基础英语教学“费时较多,收效甚小”的弊端,课堂上40分钟不出效率,达不到效果,必然导致,课下费时费力,补漏洞的辛苦。

但在本课教学中美中不足的是,全英文教学对起始年级的学生来说存在理解困难,所以很多基础和理解能力比较落后的同学在课堂中有点跟不上,参与也有一定困难。

和谐的师生关系还需要满足学生各种的需要,如关心、尊重、自身价值。

根据这些教师就需要了解并及时解决学生的合理需要,有些暂时解决不了的要创造条件逐步解决,并作好解释工作。

随着年龄、年级的增长,学生上课举手发言的次数明显的呈下降趋势,部分学生由于对英语不感兴趣,无心参与课堂学习,应对这个不争的事实我曾多次的反思,究其原因我认为可能是长期以来,初三年级老师面临着学生的升学考试,备考工作,时光紧,任务重,压力大。

因此我们有部分老师为了省时光、赶速度,一切围绕着中考转,老师讲得多甚至满堂灌,老师一味地讲,学生盲目地听,导致课堂气氛沉闷,呆板,学生逐渐感到枯燥无味,开始走神,开小差,有的学生甚至对英语失去兴趣,产生厌恶感、;有时为了让某个知识点讲得清楚,不惜超多使用汉语解释,导致学生开口的机会相对减少,久而久之失去用英语交流的愿望。

这种重量不重质的教学不但无法很好地提高学生的独立思维潜力,而且影响学生学习的用心性主动性,是一种应试教育的产物。

初三英语课堂教学进入了一种模式化的困境。

应对这种现状,我一向在思考:如何给初三的英语课堂教学注入活力,使学生在英语这门学科上取得更大的进步,在中考中取得优异的成绩呢?经过自我认真的学习,思考和同行们的指导,我将从以下这几个方面去努力:1、努力取得家长的支持与帮忙。
