这样，他们就会对老师产生尊重感和信赖感，愿意接受老师的教育和帮助，成为发生转变的良好开端。

（二）多关注英语学困生。

长期的教学实践使我深刻体会到：教师和蔼可亲的微笑，善解人意的目光出现在教室时，就像给学生吃了一颗定心丸。

而学困生常常被遗忘在教室的角落，个别教师还往往对他们冷眼相待，这又怎能激起他们学习英语的兴趣？因此，教师要多“看看学困生的眼神”、“时而巡视与课间靠近学困生”等，给他们期待的态势，产生暗示性的激励，使他们体会到自身的存在和价值，重树学好英语的信心。
