我第一次当家教的经历

次家教，开始了我的第一份工作，也使我从稚嫩转向成熟。

对于教人而言，我始终是个毫无经验的生手，但由于要教的学生只是个上

初三的孩子，而且我主要教的是自己在大学所修的英语专业，毕竟已经学习了

一年，所以还是充满自信的。但我希望能够教好她，让她在这个假期有满载的收获，能对她在即将来临的中考有较大的帮助，而不仅仅是在消磨时间，我希

望每一次的认真付出都是有价值的。

第一次教学总是很紧张的。她是一个高高瘦瘦，看起来很文静的女生，脸

上始终有着不自然的红晕，嘴角微微上扬，带着礼貌的微笑。她的英语语法不

是很好，很多基本的用法总是用错。她不是很爱说话，但总是静静地听我说

话，听懂或听不懂会用摇头来表示。我很少遇到这样不爱说话的孩子，安静的

近似于怪异的气氛让我更加的紧张，我几次口误，甚至语无伦次让我甚是尴

尬，我努力的想要去调节气氛，但是却是以失败告终。我第一天的补课生活只

能说以不圆满结束。

回去后，我苦思冥想该怎样调节气氛，还买了一些小玩具作为答对题的奖励。第二天，当我再次看见她时，她依旧保持着习惯的微笑，只是她不再只是

点头或者摇头，会简单的和我沟通。其实她对大学的生活很向往，向往那种无

忧无虑的生活方式，向往那种简单自在的学习方式，她的话语中满是期待，很

真诚。慢慢的沟通中，我们开始逐渐变得很默契，那些小玩具似乎也带动了她

更大的学习乐趣。

后来的日子，在大家的交谈中才知道，她是一个很怕生的女孩子，性格很

内向，但却是充满热情的孩子。补课的日子很快就结束了，最后一节课我把各

个大学的简介给了她，希望她能在自己的理想中放飞翅膀。

这次补课让我开始学会成长，每个人的梦想是很重要的，像一艘船的指南针，指引我们驶向正确的航道并不断接近目标。有些长大是经历的过程，经历

磨难，经历坎坷，经历承受后，才会懂得自己究竟想要什么。，我们一直都在

经历着，经历着向美好的过渡，经历着向成熟的过渡，经历着向完整的过渡。

每一次的经历，是成长的过程。
