本保护装置基本配置(NSC161)设有两个硬件完全相同的保护CPU模件,其中一个保护CPU完成距离保护和电流保护功能,另一个保护CPU完成零序电流保护和三相一次重合闸功能,各CPU插件之间相互独立。

迎头位置及测点控制。
周边开采关系(包括煤柱、采空、地面钻孔)及采掘活动。
施工队伍情况。
2、煤(岩)层倾向、倾角、厚度,所揭煤层顶底板岩性、结构,邻近煤层。
简述区域地质情况(水文地质),巷道前方影响到揭煤范围内的构造及控制程度。
3、构造单元区域及相邻区域煤层瓦斯含量、涌出量、突出指标参数(实测的最大瓦斯压力),历史上突出发生点及基本情况。
预计揭煤处的煤层瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力。
初步评价揭煤区域的突出危险性程度。
4、巷道掘进供风(局扇、风筒、风量)情况,局部通风系统,揭煤回风影响到的相关区域。
5、地质说明书。
6、揭煤工序安排。
简述揭煤防突工序及每道工序的施工组织安排,附防突工序流程图。
(一)前探钻孔设计1、明确前探孔数量、控制范围和取芯钻孔的孔号,实施时距待揭煤层的法距。
附:钻孔施工钻孔编号、孔径、施工方位、俯角或仰角,预计见煤深度、止煤深度、终孔深度等参数表。
2、要求(1)前探钻孔控制范围、测斜取芯等内容必须符合规定要求。
(2)前探钻孔施工后必须提交的资料:钻孔开孔位置、见煤深、止煤深、孔长、取芯钻孔岩(煤)芯的采取率,以及施工过程有无喷孔、顶钻等异常现象。
(三)测压、取煤样孔设计1、开孔位置(距待揭煤层的最小法距),选择岩层完整的地方开孔;施工方位、俯角或仰角、终孔深度、终孔点控制范围;哪些孔取样,以及所取煤样测定的内容。
测压孔数量不得少于3个(具备条件的,哪些前探钻孔兼作测压孔)。
2、简述测压方法、封孔工艺及要求。
(1)测压钻孔必须穿透全煤,一次不能穿透的,必须进入煤层不小于10m。
封孔深度应大于10m。
(2)取样时应测定△P、f值及a、b吸附常数值等,并必须计算待揭煤层的瓦斯含量W。
(3)瓦斯压力(P)必须测准。
测压孔若出水,必须根据水文地质情况,采取技术手段区分水压和瓦斯压力。
(4)加强瓦斯压力观察,设立台帐,绘制压力变化曲线。

本站应装两台主变压器,这也为以后变电站扩建,用户需大量负荷提供基础。

2. 搬运步骤
a、松开固定螺栓。
b、 用吊环勾住电池架顶面(水平吊装 方式)或极柱面(垂直吊装方式)对角的两个
孔,然后配合释放的搬运工具即可方便地抬起 电池架以整体搬运。
c、落地时保持水平轻轻着地。
注意:对电池和电池架进行整体搬运可以保证运输及安装过程的安全性和效率,拆出电 池将其与电池架分别搬运可能造成下列不良后果:

e、所有拆卸下来的配件请妥善保存,以备下次安装时使用 f、如有特殊情况,需要将电池拉出电池框,单独搬运处理。建议参考:南都 LSP 系 列蓄电池搬运说明操作。电池在电池架外存放时出现轻微鼓胀是正常现象,不影响电池性能, 但可能影响电池装入电池架。 g、单体电池严禁长期在电池架外存放,建议拆出后 10 天内装回。

11061上顺槽10#钻场高位钻孔施工安全技术措施为继续加强11061工作面瓦斯抽放工作,现在11061上顺槽10#钻场施工高位抽放钻孔。
一、工作面概况11061上顺槽10#钻场位于11061上顺槽110m处,钻场采用11#工字钢对棚支护,背木及塑编网背设帮顶,棚距600mm,上净宽2.4m,下净宽3.5m,净高2.2m,净断面6.5m2,准备在巷道右帮施工高位钻孔,抽放工作面采空区瓦斯。
二、抽放钻孔布置1、钻孔开口位置钻场位置位于11061上顺槽110米,距切眼70米处,根据钻场钻孔设计,本钻场布置2排2列,共计4个钻孔,1#、3#钻孔距顶板100mm,2#、4#钻孔距顶板400mm(详见钻孔开口位置图)。

钻机额定功率为37kW ,最大额定转矩为1900N.m 。
(2)钻机供电线路采用MY-3×16+1×10/0.66kV 电缆连接11061上顺槽水窝Q-068开关,由四联巷变电所K-029馈电控制。

第一章矿井概况第一节矿井概况一、矿井大体情况郑煤集团马池煤矿,位于登封市白坪乡马池村境内,是由郑煤集团与原登封市马池煤矿、曹村煤矿、申发煤矿、马池六井依据河南省煤炭铝土矿资源整合领导小组办公室“豫资源整合办[2005]11号”文批准成立的整合矿井。
本次技改由义马广宇工程设计咨询有限责任公司设计,设计生产能力30万吨/年,可采储量438万吨,服务年限年。
矿井开采二1煤层,设计正常涌水量75m3/h,最大涌水量111m3/h,目前实际涌水量20 -50m3/h,煤尘具有爆炸危险性,煤层不易自燃,属煤与瓦斯突出矿井。
矿井开拓方式采用一立两斜混合开拓,通风方式为中央边界式,主立井、副斜井进风,回风斜井回风。
第二节采面概况一、采面位置及四邻关系11061工作面位于专用回风下山以东,西临皮带下山,东至井田边界,北部为未开采实体煤层,南部为已回采的11041工作面。
11061上付巷设计625m,掘进断面m2,净断面。
沿11041采空区边缘不大于2m掘进;11061下付巷设计630m,掘进断面m2,净断面。
沿煤层底板掘进;11061下付巷抽放巷设计635m,掘进断面12 m2,净断面,切巷设计100m,掘进断面,净断面。
11061上付巷标高-25m~-20m,地面标高+452m。

二、采面储量及可采期11061工作面平均走向长625m,倾斜100m,面积为62500m2。
11041工作面的煤层厚度在米之间,平均厚度m,推算11061工作面的平均厚度3.7m,埋深440~580m,煤层走向90~93°,偏向0~3°,平均倾角25°,表现为单斜构造。
圈定地质储量:62500××=万t;可采储量:×90%=万t。
工作面可采期:工作面生产能力为万t/月,可采期为个月。
第三节采面地质特征一、矿区地层本矿区为沉积岩地层,其中含煤地层为石炭系、二叠系,大部为第四系冲积层所覆盖。

The Series 616WL Differential Pressure Transmitter senses very low pressures of air and non-combustible, compatible gases and sends a standard 4-20 mA output signal. 工作面标高-265m~-215m,地表标高+385.2m~+365.8m。
二2煤层准备开采,地表为马家窝、宋家岭等村庄,只有少数民房,无高大建筑物。
二、煤层赋存情况:该掘进巷道由于附近钻孔控制点较少,根据FD001工作面、FX002工作面以及FD003工作面掘进过程中实际揭露地质资料分析,该掘进巷道附近煤层赋存不稳定煤层厚度变化较大,该掘进巷道掘进煤层为二1煤,二1煤为粉末状、鳞片状、局部见块状,以亮煤为主,含暗煤条带,若玻璃光泽,属半亮型煤,煤层结构较复杂,不稳定煤层中含Fes结核Ad=21.42﹪,sd=2.23﹪。
煤层倾角最大12°,最小1°, 平均3°.煤层厚度最大 5.0m,最小 1.0m, 平均2.95m,工业储量49.8万t,可采储量47.32万吨。
二2煤层厚度最大1.4m,最小0m,平均0.6m。
不稳定,仅局部可采。
三、顶底板岩性特征:顶板岩性:该区域二2煤层伪顶为碳质泥岩,厚0~1.3m,局部发育;直接顶为砂质泥岩,厚0~4.4m,局部不发育;老顶为中粒石英砂岩或细、粉砂岩,厚12.3~16.1m;直接底为砂质泥岩,厚0~2.2m。
二1煤层伪顶不发育,直接顶为砂质泥岩,局部发育,厚0~2.6m。
老顶为中粒石英砂岩,局部夹薄层细(粉)砂岩,厚12.4~16.5m。
底板岩性:该工作面二1煤层伪底不发育,直接底为粉(细)砂岩,厚度4.8m~8.6m。
老底为L7灰岩,厚6.2m~9.0m。

四、地质构造:根据Ⅲ期三维地震勘探资料控制,该掘进工作面范围内地质构造较简单,无大的断裂构造,局部褶皱发育。
轨道顺槽在开口向里361m 左右发育有SF62正断层,落差0~18m,断层深部切入L7灰岩;442m 左右发育有SF61正断层,落差0~23m ,深部切入L7灰岩,其尖灭端与轨道顺槽相交;573m左右发育有 SF58正断层,落差0~10m,深部切入L7灰岩。
胶带顺槽在开口向里166m左右发育有SF63正断层,落差0~13m,断层深部切入L7灰岩;940m左右发育有SF51正断层,落差0~3m。
预计该掘进工作面内有隐伏地质构造。
隐伏构造有待于进一步揭露,煤层走向平均25°。
五、水文地质特征:该工作面水文地质条件简单,主要充水水源为顶板砂岩裂隙水。
根据地面瞬变电磁勘探资料,胶带顺槽在开口向里197m~230m分布有DZ砂岩富水异常,加上过SF62、SF61、SF58 、SF63 、SF51正断层,应设专人观察巷道水情,特别是过断层和富水异常段前后,及时做好井下物探及探水工作,以确保工作面的安全掘进。
六、其它与建议:1、该工作面开口位置均在二2煤层中施工,属半煤岩巷道,再掘进过程中需加强边探边掘工作。
2、加强探煤厚工作。
3、加强瓦斯管理工作。
4、工作面埋藏较深,矿压较大,局部煤层较厚需加强顶板管理及支护工作。
5、严格地质、水文地质管理工作,在掘进至断层或富水区段,需加强水情观测,坚持“有疑必探,先探后掘”原则。
第二节危险源辨识一、瓦斯涌出量预测本矿井属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,依据瓦斯递增规律,瓦斯含量随深度增加而增加。
11061工作面瓦斯含量预计为6.96m3/t,且为无保护层开采工作面:1、掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量预测:根据11采区轨道上山掘进期间瓦斯涌出量为1.2m3/min,据此预测11061工作面掘进期间瓦斯涌出量为1.2m3/min。
2、回采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测:回采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测按瓦斯含量计算工作面的瓦斯绝对涌出量,其计算如下:qy =K*(X0-X1-X抽)*A/24*60式中:qy——本煤层开采涌入工作面的瓦斯量,m3/minK——进回风巷影响系数,取0.8A——工作面日产量,tX0——煤的原始含量,m3/tX1——煤的残存瓦斯含量,m3/t,二1煤层取经验值X1=3.9 m3/tX抽——抽放量为原始瓦斯含量的30%,m3/t11061工作面日产量1020吨,而二1煤层瓦斯含量预计为6.96m3/t,代入计算公式则q=0.55m3/min故11061采面回采期间最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为0.55m3/min。
对11061工作面煤层瓦斯采用U型通风方式、本煤层抽放、水力压裂、上隅角采空区埋管抽放瓦斯解决瓦斯问题。
如果以上措施还不能解决工作面瓦斯问题,采取补充措施,根据《煤矿安全规程》和《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》规定对二1煤层进行瓦斯监测及管理。
二、瓦斯事故危险源辨识1、二1、二2煤层都具有突出危险性,掘进及回采期间都要采取防突措施,但若防突措施不到位或管理上有缺陷可能会发生煤与瓦斯突出。
2、掘进及回采期间,最大瓦斯涌出量为0.55m3/min,通过通风系统可以稀释瓦斯,但若管理不善或瓦斯涌出异常时,会引起瓦斯积聚,造成瓦斯超限甚至引起瓦斯燃烧与爆炸事故。
三、煤尘事故危险源辨识在掘进及回采过程中的诸多环节都会产生煤尘,我矿二1煤煤尘有爆炸危险性,会引起煤尘爆炸。
若煤尘浓度超标时,会引起尘肺病。
四、火灾危险源辨识二1煤层为不易自燃煤层,无煤层自燃引起火灾的危险性,但掘进及回采过程中,在放炮、供电、打钻、运输等方面,如果管理不善,可能会引起火灾事故。
五、水灾危险源辨识11061工作面周围无采空区,距离L7、O2灰岩富水区较远,不会引起老空水、L7、O2水灾,但顶板含水层可能会造成水灾。
六、机电事故危险源辨识在生产作过程中,由于管理不善,井下电气设备会失爆,若有瓦斯积聚可能会引起瓦斯爆炸事故;同时电气设备会因过载、漏电或带电检修,造成人身触电事故。
七、顶板事故危险源辨识在掘进及回采期间,由于管理不善或地质因素影响,可能会发生冒顶事故。
第二章 11061工作面工程设计第一节工作面巷道布置一、工作面布置简述:11061工作面设计为综采工作面。
根据地质钻孔资料分析, 11061采面二1煤层厚度为1~5m,平均厚度2.95m,根据11061工作面临近工作面生产情况,准备在11061采面上综采。
11061回采工作面按走向长璧倾斜布置,采用ZZ4400/16/25型综采液压支架配合ZZG5000/18/28型综采过渡支架控制顶板,采空区处理采用全部垮落法管理顶板。
(一)、11061工作面长度设计依据11采区西翼工作面经河南理工大学区域划分,鉴定11采区西翼煤层为无突出危险区。
因缓倾斜中厚煤层及厚煤层回采工作面长度选取综采工作面长度为150~240m,又因工作面刮板输送机长度是影响工作面长度的主要因素之一,国产工作面刮板输送机一般按120~200m的铺设长度设计,故工作面长度确定为136m。
(二)、采面巷道布置:工作面轨道、胶带顺槽设计从11采区运输大巷直接开口,沿二1煤层顶板施工轨道、胶带顺槽,对口施工切眼。
轨道顺槽长度990m,胶带顺槽长度991.5米,切眼长度为136m。
第二节巷道断面支护设计一、掘进巷道断面形状支护及断面规格轨道巷为拱形断面,顶部锚网+36U型棚支护。
梁长3400mm,棚腿3300mm,棚腿扎角83°,锚杆间排距700×800㎜,巷道净高3932mm,净宽5964mm,净断面19.1㎡,掘进断面20.7㎡。
胶带巷为拱形断面,顶部锚网+36U型棚支护。
梁长3400mm,棚腿3300mm,棚腿扎角83°,锚杆间排距700×800㎜,巷道净高3932mm,净宽5964mm,净断面19.1㎡,掘进断面20.7㎡。
底板巷为直墙半圆拱巷道,全断面锚网喷。
巷道净高3500mm,净宽4600mm,锚杆间排距700×800㎜,净断面13.8㎡,掘进断面14.74㎡。
切眼采用梯形工字钢棚及∏型梁单体柱棚加锚网、锚索联合支护。
锚杆间排距700×800㎜,锚索间距为2000㎜。
切眼断面上净宽6.6m,下净宽7.1m,净高2.5m,。
回采前替换为ZZ4400/16/25型和ZZG5000/18/28型综采液压支架支护管理顶板。

采用全断面一次掘进,采用钻爆法破煤。
⒉装煤:胶带输送机和刮板输送机运输,人工装煤。
⒊运煤:装煤机装煤后转载到顺槽皮带运到11采区运输大巷,进入采区煤仓→东翼胶带运输大巷→上仓斜巷强力皮带→井下煤仓→主井升井。
(二) 回采工艺⒈采煤方法:11061工作面采用走向长壁后退式综合机械化采煤法开采。
落煤方式为MG160/390--WD型割煤机落煤、自动装煤配合人工清煤,SGZ764/400、SGZ-630/200刮板输送机运煤。
工作面支护采用ZZ4400/16/25型综采液压支架配合ZZG5000/18/28型综采过渡支架支护顶板,采空区处理采用全部垮落法管理顶板。
⒉回采工艺:⑴落煤方式:MG160/390--WD型割煤机机械落煤。
A、落煤机械:MG160/390--WD型割煤机。
B、采煤机割煤进刀方式:当采煤机将上一刀煤割通后,留20架支架停止追机作业;前滚筒下降割底煤,后滚筒上升割顶煤,斜切进刀至输送机机头(尾)30米之处停机;将输送机推直,反转前后滚筒回割三角煤;然后再反转滚筒正式割煤。
MG160/390--WD型割煤机机械落煤一刀的割煤量:0.5×136×2.8×1.43×95%=258tS—正规循环推进度,m;0.5:L—工作面切眼长度,m;136:M——采高,取2.5m。
