今天我给大家分享的话题是：高考提分。
自从我们国家恢复高考制度以来，高考这个话题年年在讲，但是年年都有成千上万的考生为不能考出高分、不能考入好大学而焦虑。
特别是在考前几个月成绩仍处于中游的同学，原本稍微经过一定的努力，完全可以考入一所好的大学，但最终多数与本科大学无缘。
中等程度的考生是否可以在高考前，短着一二个月内迅速提高高考分数呢？答案是肯定的。
下面我从家庭教育这个角度分5个方面与大家分享这个答案。
第一、树立提分信心；1）为什么我将树立提分信心放在第一位，而不是通常大家关心的学习方法？自从我孩子在XX年考入北京大学后，一些家长慕名带着他们的孩子找到我求询这方面的绝招。
在和他们的交流过程中，我发现，中等程度学生的家长在帮助孩子学习上多数比较盲目，尤其象遇到高考这种大考的关键时刻，当孩子的成绩一直比较低时，多数家长首先对自己的孩子丧失了必胜的信心；家长是如此，孩子们更是如此。
每当我问学生准备上什么学校时，得到的回答全部是“不知道”，对自己的前程不抱希望。
特别是多数中等程度的同学在高考一练结果出来时就采取了放弃的态度。
学校老师、教育专家们多数认为高考一练排名基本上代表了高考的排名，我认为这个判断没有错，错就错在很多学生没有认真想过这个判断的适用场合。

高分、低分，就是一念之差！2）早年我曾被各方面证明是很“笨”的人，因为我也曾是一名高考落榜生。
我高考的失败，虽然可以归因于当时全靠自学进行高考复习，缺乏好的学习方法和考试经验，同时还要参加农村的重体力劳动，但根本还是缺少取胜的信心。
我也曾梦想过能考上名牌大学，但那个想只是随便想想而已。
后来我为了提高自己的生活质量，下决心开始了用心学习，我自己寻找和总结出了一些高效的学习方法，随后就以同等学历考研，20多岁主编的行业技术专著被国家按行业标准在全国出版发行，33岁获得国家级科研成果，被破格晋升高级技术职称，一直是企业的骨干。
3）以我孩子为例，我孩子在小学四年级的一次市级华杯数学赛中取得了40分的低分，当时孩子特别难受，我与孩子谈心，及时了解到这是小学六年级程度的数学竞赛，最好成绩是90多分，而我孩子考前没有参加过专门的数学竞赛培训。
我对孩子说，你取得这个成绩已经很不简单了。
我无意中帮助孩子树立起了继续前进的信心。
在高中，我孩子先参加了中学生全国生物竞赛的河南省区选拔决赛，在开赛的头一天，孩子已经持续两天发高烧，辅导老师很着急，数次打电话通知在外出差的我，我及时赶到决赛现场劝孩子保重身体，实在坚持不住的话就退出竞赛，但孩子坚持第二天带病参赛，为最终取得全国大赛的胜利奠定了基础。
在中、小学时期，我孩子的考试成绩并不太出色，在高三时，很多教过她的老师认为她不可能考上北大清华，但最终她很轻松地考上了。
后来很多慕名向我孩子求教学习方法的人们发现，我孩子能考上北京大学的原因其实很简单，就是孩子特别想考上北京大学。
4）从我的成长经历和我孩子的成长过程中可以看到，你要想干好一件事，必须首先你自己要有决心，要具体努力去做，在这个世界上没有任何人能够阻拦你成就伟业，只有你自己才能帮助你自己或阻拦你自己。
你高考能不能得高分，完全取决于你有没有高考取胜的信心。
第二、明确奋斗目标；当我们树立了考高分的信心后，就必须及时确立高考奋斗目标。
具体做法是：你先根据自己的特长或爱好选取几所你想去的大学或专业，然后分析它们近几年的录取分数与自己目前的差距。
当你发现了具体的差距，就为你的高考复习明确了前进的方向。
我孩子在初二时就已经有明确的考学奋斗目标，明确的奋斗目标使她轻松取得了高考的胜利。
第三、复习策略及技巧（以文综、理综、数学、英语举例）、考试策略及临场心态；1）关于复习策略、技巧，考试策略等等，现在很多站、书籍都有详细的介绍，我在这里就不再重复。
从我参加的各种大型考试经历，我要强调的是，考生要善于抓考试的关键和重点。
大型考试的分数分布是有规律可循的，比如高考试卷多数设计的是3：5：2或4：4：2题型配置，3是基础题，5是中等程度题，2是难题；我发现许多中等程度的同学只顾埋头题海，做题前不进行一定的筛选，见题就做，遇到难题做不出来，信心受到打击，最终连中等题、基础题都难以拿分。
所以我建议，中等程度的考生暂时不要做那个20%的难题，一是节约时间，二是避免受到信心上的打击。
我夺高分的策略是，确保80%，顺便20%能拿多少算多少。
其实我们有很多考生能很容易地拿到80%的分数，80%的分数就是河南省高考600分的分数。
残酷的现实却是，有98%的高三学生拿不到80%以上的分数，很多考生因为没有取胜的信心，不懂得复习的策略，所以更多的是在做无用功。
做题不在于多做题，而在于做有效题；复习时间不在于用了多少时间，而在于所用的时间是否是高效的。
我十几年前参加过几次大型考试，我的一个经验就是：正规课本、考试大纲上的内容全是重点，把这些吃透，就可以保证我拿到80%的分数。
我不喜欢押题，更不愿额外看相关的参考书，这样，我以高分取得了大考的成功，我的几十位高智商的同事喜欢押题，最终全部被淘汰。
2）我看正规课本的方法是：看书、做题，看书、做题，。
我了解的情况是，考试成绩低的学生都不懂得认真看正规课本，他们深入看正规课本一般都不超过3遍。
其实我总结出的这个看书做题的方法是要讲究一定的方法的，不是一般的人们所知的学习方法。
我的这个看书、做题的方法可以在复习的各个阶段牢牢掌控自己的考试成绩，对现时的高考及50%以上的应届考生来说，最高成绩可以在90%以内自由掌控，这个方法适用于所有学科的学习和复习。
3）高效做卷子的方法。
在我接待过的低分考生中，我发现他们全部不会做卷子和利用卷子提高自己的考试成绩。
我了解的情况是，在高考复习阶段，学校每天都有大量的试卷叫学生做，头一天学生做卷子，第二天老师讲卷子，日复一日。
当老师讲到自己做错的题时，学生赶紧在做错的题上记下老师的正确答案。
全部中等程度的学生及其家长都难以弄明白，老师告诉了正确答案后学生自己也能看明白的题，认真的同学复习时还多次看过这道题，有的甚至还将题和正确解题过程背得很熟，为什么考试时遇到同类的题时还总是出错、不得分？我的做法是：在做卷子时，迅速准确地做对会做的题，对不会做的题可以暂时放弃，对实在不会做的题不予理采。
做完卷子后，对照正确答案，做对的打勾，做错的和不会做的不作任何记号，学习过正确答案后，过一段时间再试着做这张卷子，只做以前不会的，以前做对的就暂时不用管它了。
这样不但可以抓住复习重点，节省大量时间，而且每次做一遍以前做过的试卷，每次成绩都会有所提高。
很多同学除了背以前做错题的正确答案外，根本不对错题进行总结，更不可能再重新模拟试做；我对他们说，其实以前做错过的题是你们复习的精华，再试做一遍，可以顶上你们做很多无用的卷子。
他们的反应是，多做卷子，可以多发现问题。
可怜的是，很多高考落榜生到高考完，他们也没有把问题发现完。
他们花费大量的时间在不断地重复做会做的题，直到麻木，对不会做的题根本没有时间进行总结提高。
4）为什么平时作业都会做并做对的题，到考试时却总是拿不到高分？因为很多同学没有把平时当成考试！平时当他们遇到不会做的题就随时翻书，久而久之，养成习惯。
要知道，除了开卷考试，各种考试在考试时是没有机会随时翻书的。
这些学生普遍不懂得听课后、做题前及时复习的重要性。
5）数学、物理的复习。
我了解到，很多同学主要在用死记硬背的方法复习这两门课，这样对提分很吃亏。
数学、物理有着各自严密的知识体系，其内部的各知识点有着相互密切的联系，出题人往往会在知识点的结合部出题，考察你的基础知识和综合运用能力。
所以，复习数学、物理，特别要强调学生学会系统总结，这样即省力、省时，又能得高分。
高中的其它课程也有这样的规律，所以，完全依靠死记硬背的方法进行高考复习是不可取的。
6）英语单词高效复习。
十几年来，我接触了很多英语学习困难的学生，发现主要是卡在了单词的记忆上。
实际上，识记英语单词是很简单的，英语单词和汉字一样，有其固有的造字规律。
就算很多学生习惯了死记硬背英语单词的方法，我也发现他们连死记硬背的记忆规律都不知道，比如众所周知、很简单、很容易掌握的艾宾浩斯记忆规律。
不懂得记忆规律，势必造成记忆英语单词的严重困难。
还有一个英语单词记忆量的策略。
很多学生认为，要记英语单词，就是把考试大纲上的近4000个单词全部熟练掌握，其实考生没有必要这样做。
考纲上的单词，实际多数词汇量只要求考生能认识即可，不要求会默写，只有写作文的单词量需要考生重点记忆并会默写。
对于目前感到记英语单词仍困难的学生，建议只注重熟练掌握作文用的单词，而中学作文的常用单词量不会超过1千个，其它2千多个单词只要能做到脸熟、考试时能看懂即可，在以后的多用英语中再逐渐熟练掌握它们。
7）建议顺便加强英语文章的阅读（泛读）。
我早年高考英语最多只得6分，后来加强了的阅读（泛读）等，以后参加研究生以下级别的各种英语考试，在不太懂英语语法的情况下都能得80%左右的分数。
多阅读，最好还能多说、多听、多写，是语言的语感培养。
我所说的多阅读，多说、多听、多写，不是指多做卷子，而是把英语当工具多使用，这样可以节省大量的学习英语时间。
8）考试策略及临场心态。
沉着，冷静。
以上我们从信心、目标、复习方法三个方面分享了提分经验，从经验来看，只要考生在临考前一个月掌握了以上三部分的分享内容，高考中等生至少可以提高总分50分。
第四、保障措施（自我分析，复习计划，执行措施，检查落实）；1）重要性。
有了信心、奋斗目标和好的学习方法，就要有一个保障措施去保障你确确实实去实现你的奋斗目标，所以一定要把你的目标和想法写到纸上。
否则一切只是空想。
我遇到很多孩子，他们都有自己美好的梦想，我问他们如何去实现自己的梦想，他们都不清楚，所以最终只是空想，照样学习成绩低。
在我自己的成长历程中，凡是有书面计划的，都有可以看得见的进展和成果，没有书面计划，只是随便想想，有的有进展，多数半途而废；我孩子从小学高年级开始锻炼自己制定各种计划，最终取得高考胜利。
其他孩子，在我的建议下，锻炼自己制定学习计划，学习从迷茫变为清晰。
保障措施，实际上就是一个具体的行动过程，它分为：自我分析（analyse）→制定计划（plan）→执行（do）→评估检查（see）2）首先要进行自我分析（analyse），就是找出现在自己应该学和应该做的事。
我发现，我帮助过的中等程度的学生都很清楚自己的考试拿分点，也清楚哪些方面经过努力可以再挣几分。
