如何布置小学英语作业一、英语作业要讲究趣味性英语课程标准提倡激发和培养学生的学习兴趣,使他们树立学习的自信心。

在小学英语教学中,教师一定要让学生体会学习英语的乐趣,培养其敢于开口、积极参与的学习态度。

根据小学生的生理和心理特点,我常把“玩”渗透到作业中,让学生在玩中学、学中玩,感受学和玩是可以同时进行的。

例如,我们在学习了各种文化用具后,老师布置的作业是每个人给自己的学习用品贴上小标签,第二天,我们就进行展出,比比谁做的标签好,谁写的英文字漂亮。

由于学生好动好胜的心理,他们个个把标签写得端正漂亮。

在展出介绍时个个兴趣十足,妙语连珠This is my eraser. I like it very much.这样就让机械的单词抄写变成了生动有趣的活动。

又如学习了Happy Teachers’Day,我让学生制作祝福贺卡,要求学生用英语写日期和祝贺语。

第二天我收到的贺卡精美别致,富有创意。

这样的作业,符合儿童活泼好动、爱说、爱玩的身心特点。

同时我也发现要使作业完成得效果好,那就要注意发现和收集学生感兴趣的话题或问题,并以此作为作业的素材。

比如,教学表示数字的英语单词时,让学生收集自己家里有关数字的信息,让其在小组内用英语互相交流。

学生除了收集电话号码、邮编、门牌号码以外,还收集了小区内各个车牌号码等。

有的学生甚至还上网搜索了各国国庆节的日期等。

不难看出,这些趣味浓厚的作业不仅达到了让学生复习所学知识的目的,还激发了学生的智力潜能,从而更好地促使学生接受新知识和进行创造性学习。

二、英语作业要追求多样性作业内容的丰富性和形式的多样化是保持学生学习兴趣和提高作业质量的重要条件。

就我的教学来说,小学英语作业不能仅要求学生读几遍单词或课文,而应注重发展学生的听说能力和培养学生实际运用英语的能力,应倡导实践、探究和合作的新型作业方式。
