The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Create & implement sales strategies for the specified geography and accounts.• Identify the sales opportunities and execute the systematic sales approach in selling Kemet electronic devices into the OEMs, EMS and distributors.• Working closely with t he cross functional departments and provide the account management for all customer inquires• Provide feedback to the corporate business group about the competitive environment, market acceptance of devices and identification of opportunities and features for new products/product specs.• Organize and participate in the technical seminars, trade shows and sales campaigns.Responsibility:The Sales Engineer(SE) manages the assigned territory, and or key/strategic account team to facilitate solutionsfor customer's problems. Experience in sales and/ormarketing/ product marketing and/or business management- Experience in customer electronics industries including mobile communications, digital meida and mobilecomputing- Experience working for a North American high technology company. Expert in the Semiconductors industry;outstanding market/industry network and understanding- Engineering background, strong technology understanding in the relevant area. BSEE or equivalent workexperience related to MEMS, Acoustics, Sensors- Process and quality oriented. Experience with a regimented "design-in-to-win" methodology- The ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a multi-disciplinary team environment and to maintain a sense of priorities while responding to daily interruptions- Must be an effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels within the organization utilizing both written as well asverbal communication. Excellent communication skills, high credibility. Strong local and English communication skills (written and verbal). Good social skills, ability to establish open communication with top-level contacts- Multi-culturally sensitive, able to adapt behavior to situation. Must be multi-lingual in English and Japaness/Korean/Mandarin.- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office products such as WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT required.。
