Duties & Responsibilities:

- Developing customer leads through call center, shows, conference and all channels and defining opportunities and make a sales plan to follow; 20%

- Work with application engineers/managers to present solutions to industrial customers; 20%

- Developing new industrial customers in South China; 10%

- Nurturing and maintaining customer relation and improve customer satisfaction; 10%

- Pursue business opportunities and win deals to achieve his sales target. 30%

- Post sales support coordination 10%

1. Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade fact

2. Establish & manage sales and marketing strategy to obtain the market satisfaction and attract the new clients

3. Establish & develop the strategic plans for new project and identify the potential sales possibilities

4. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules,

merchandising techniques, etc.

5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

8. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

9. Must be able to manage selling and market activities with minimal supervision by using tools such as Outlook

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving System and FPGA hardware sales to exceed quota in the regions

Provide sales leadership to field sales team, FAE, marketing and engineering team in business engagement

Establish business plan and strategy to ensure success and continuous growth of the System and FPGA hardware business in the regions

Activities:

Works proactively in a team environment with other team members, field sales team, business unit, engineering, legal, sales operation and finance

Present monthly account plan and sales strategy to drive business growth in the accounts to manager, team member, field sales management, FAE and BU

Submit bi-weekly report on industry trends, customer projects details and competitive situation

Submit timely and accurate business forecast weekly

Conduct sales campaign to generate growth in the region

Lead and win technical benchmark with support from FAE, Marketing and Engineering
