术语词汇表先期产品质量策划——APQP目标工装能力——PpkDFMEA、PFMEA——过程潜在失效模式DFMEA是一份动态的文件,它是在概念设计阶段或之前发布的,并且在产品开发的过程中随着变化的发生获得更多的信息得到不断的更新。
它通过以下方式减少设计的失效风险:1)帮助评估设计要求,DFM和DFA;2)增加发现潜在失效模式的概率;3)明确设计的优先等级。
PFMEA的目的是确保已考虑并记录了过程可能产生的失效模式以降低RPN及缺陷的发生风险。
这是一个不断降低每个新零件风险的必须不断更新的动态文件。

比如说我们公司接了个开发手机APP的项目,要是没确定好这个APP都有哪些功能,哪些页面,是只做安卓版还是也要做苹果版,那开发人员就像没头的苍蝇,到处乱撞啦。
2. 项目进度(Schedule)- 嘿,这项目进度就好比火车的时刻表。
火车要是晚点了,那车上的乘客肯定急得不行。
我们做项目也一样啊。
我之前有个同事负责一个活动策划项目,活动日期都定好了,结果前期准备工作拖拖拉拉,到后面宣传物料没做好,场地布置也不及时,就像火车一路晚点,大家都愁死了,差点活动就搞砸了。
