摘要:随着社会经济的发展,蜂窝纸板包装在我们生活中越来越受到人们重视,蜂窝纸包装逐渐渗透入人们的生活。本文主要探讨正方形蜂窝纸板结构的有限元建模方法,并利用SolidWorks软件模拟分析这种结构的性能。主要研究成果如下:(1)建立厚度为20mm蜂窝窝芯为正方形结构的蜂窝纸板,并用SolidWorks 自带的SolidWorks Simulation 插件对蜂窝纸板进行静态模拟分析及跌落模拟试验。从应力曲线上可以看出正方形蜂窝纸板的结构面内力学性能。

(2)在材质相同的情况下,分别对高度为10mm和20mm的正方形蜂窝纸板进行同等条件下的静态分析,我们可以发现高度越高的蜂窝纸板受到的应力越大。

(3)从两次静态模拟仿真试验及两次动态模拟仿真试验中

得到的应力曲线上我们可以分析出,正方形蜂窝纸板受力时的凹凸面比平整面更具缓冲性能。

Abstract: With the development of social economy, honeycomb cardboard packaging has gained greater attention in our daily life. And the honeycomb paper packing has gradually permeated into people's life. This paper mainly discusses the finite element modeling method of square honeycomb paperboard structure, using SolidWorks to simulate and analyze the performance of the structure. And the main research results are as follows:

Firstly, after the establish of a three-dimensional model of square honeycomb

with a thickness of 20mm cellular core, proceed to the static simulation analysis using the plug-in of SolidWorks Simulation. From the point of stress curve, the

in-plane mechanical properties of the square honeycomb can be seen.

Secondly, under the same condition of material, conducting static analysis on the height of 10mm and 20mm respectively of square honeycomb cardboard, we can

find that the higher of the honeycomb cardboard, the greater the stress it gets. Thirdly, the conclusion we can draw from the stress curve , through the analysis

of the two static simulation experiments and the two dynamic simulation ones, is

that the concave and convex surface of the honeycomb board has better cushioning performance than the flat surface.
