KEL USL00-30L-B极细同轴线I连接器【产品 百度找→苏州汇成元】
极细同轴电缆(AWG#42)对应于0.40mm间距压接连接器
KEL“USL系列”是极细同轴电缆(AWG#42)的0.4mm间距压接连接器。
∙运用KEL的高端技术力,极细同轴的连接通过压接一次性完成的产品。
∙产品特别关注传输特性,在连接器部分尽可能减少同轴电缆的传
输特性衰减。
∙基板端连接器采用金属外壳覆盖,提高抗干扰性、产品强度和接
地性。
∙该系列实现了0.4mm间距,且将贴装高度控制在1.0mm。
∙与KEL目前销售的0.5mm间距极细同轴电缆用连接器“SSL系
列”相比,成功地将连接器嵌合时的体积大幅度缩小50%左右,可有助于设备的轻薄短小化。
∙基板端连接器是直角方式,电缆端连接器是直线方式。
∙极数有20、30和40极。

cPCI连接器类型
1、产品介绍1.1 产品分类◆2mm H.M.连接器系统是按IEC61076-4-101进行设计,共有11种基本规格:A 型、B型、AB型、C型、D型、E型、DE型、F型、L型、M型和N型,每种规格均是阴阳配套。
◆其中B型又分为B25、 B22、和B19三种类型;AB型又分为AB25、AB22、和AB19三种类型;◆其中A型、B25型、D型、E型、 AB25型、DE型、L型、M型是基本规格,长度方向都是25排接触件,长度也是符合标准的50mm。
A型产品只有22排接触件,因为中间3排被挖空成安装编码件的结构。

XL插接箱
[密集型母线XL插接箱]的产品信息产品名称:X L插接箱产品型号:X L点击次数:333次产品信息:1. 母线槽单元可以双面设置插接口,插口设置比较灵活,每个标准直线段单元(XLC为3m,XLA为3m或4m)最多可以设置10个插接口,插口之间的最小间距为575mm。
2. 额定工作电压为690V。
3. 防护等级XLC为IP42,IP54;XLA为IP54。
4. 有三种保护方式:采用断路器保护,XLC系统电流为16A~1250A,XLA铝母线槽系统最大馈出电流为1250A,断路器型号可以由用户自己选定。
采用熔断器保护,电流为16A~125A。
采用刀熔开关保护,XLC电流为32A~800A,XLA最大馈出电流为1250A。

系统选择具有大于相线50%容量的整个外壳作接地系统,保证足够的安全性,为接地故障提供可靠的接地路径,为地线短路提供最短的路径。
当发生高容量的接地故障时可有效的接地和保护整个系统。
馈电式母线槽可以垂直安装也可以水平安装。

传输设备侧光接口一般用SC接头“LC”接头与SC接头形状相似,较SC接头小一些。
“FC”接头是金属接头,一般在ODF侧采用,金属接头的可插拔次数比塑料要多。
l连接器的品种信号较多,除了上面介绍的三种外,还有MTRJ、ST、MU等,具体的外观参见下图l/”后面表明光纤接头截面工艺,即研磨方式。
“PC”在电信运营商的设备中应用得最为广泛,其接头截面是平的。
“UPC”的衰耗比“PC”要小,一般用于有特殊需求的设备,一些国外厂家ODF架内部跳纤用的就是FC/UPC,主要是为提高ODF设备自身的指标。
u另外,在广电和早期的CATV中应用较多的是“APC”型号,其尾纤头采用了带倾角的端面,可以改善电视信号的质量,主要原因是电视信号是模拟光调制,当接头耦合面是垂直的时候,反射光沿原路径返回。
由于光纤折射率分布的不均匀会再度返回耦合面,此时虽然能量很小但由于模拟信号是无法彻底消除噪声的,所以相当于在原来的清晰信号上叠加了一个带时延的微弱信号,表现在画面上就是重影。
尾纤头带倾角可使反射光不沿原路径返回。

连接器用铜带– 延展性能和成型性能 – 焊接性能 – 可镀性能2 Strip for connectors I Wieland Group对于铜基材料的要求广泛用于连接器的铜材以及铜合金电子元件的连接技术必须使用多种不同的连接器来完成各种任务,例如微型弹簧式端子、鱼眼端子连接器(图1)和大电流连接器。
所有这些连接器最适合用铜材和铜合金来制造,所以铜带材被经常地使用。
由于要完成的工作不同,对基础材料的要求也各不相同。
一方面,连接器的生产对进一步的加工性能有着要求,例如,对于鱼眼连接器的弹性的鱼眼部分进行深度冷压成形;另一方面,在产品的整个使用寿命期间,对机械和电气任务相关的功能要求等,都要由设计工程师设计选材,并由基础材料来提供相关性能。
对于可加工性的要求铜材及铜合金在客户端要经过各种加工过程,通常,冲压是第一步,冲压与各种成型加工相结合,比如折弯、压纹和深度拉伸。
进一步的加工可能包括焊接和电镀。
对这些加工制程,材料需具备的性能是:所有铜合金都能经过电镀加上锡、银、镍和铜等镀层。
此外,维兰德还可通过热浸镀锡的工艺来提供的预镀锡的带材。
我们有单独的手册中对热浸镀锡带的性能,优点,及其不同的工艺方案进行了介绍。
图. 1:鱼眼端子连接器功能要求根据连接器要完成的具体工作,铜材被制造成连接器后,必须能满足一些功能要求,这些要求转化为以下的材料的特性:–高导电性:在不自热的情况下,传导大电流和高速率信号,–高强度:以便使用大弹力–高温下的抗应力松弛能力:在很高的工作温度下,材料长时间内保持性能不变。
在一种合金中,由于有些性能不可以同时优化,比如导电性和强度,因此必须考虑哪个性能更优先。
如果连接器的任务是传输高电流并避免自热,则需要高导电性;在另一种情况下,如果高弹力是优先要求,则材料必须先具有高强度。
用于连接器的维兰德铜合金选择适合的铜合金对于铜材的选择,维兰德有种类繁多,性能不同的铜合金。
图2的“导电-强度”图表中列出了维兰德部分合金。

The RTI Class “L” connector line is a power connector with current ratings ranging from 40 through 200 amperes.This type of connector is required for all ground power equipment by MIL-STD-454, and are considered the preferred connector under MIL-STD-1453, which mandates its use in all equipment procured by the military.
