本节课我提供的评价方式习题测试。学生可以通过本节课的知识学习,自主完成相应的习题测试,最后小组讨论,小组长将每位成员的最后结果统计到相对应的导学案上,教师再将学生共同遇到的问题帮助学生解答,设计的这一评价方式虽然很传统,但是比较具有直观性与说服性,虽然新教学理念一直不断的在进步,但是我觉得这一环节还是依照传统模式比较好。

二、关于初中英语学习方法的调查有调查显示,在初中学生课堂学习策略方面,仅有10.1%的学生已经形成了良好的学习习惯,他们在课堂上经常记笔记,课后还会对课堂笔记进行整理、总结。
而74.8%的学生只是“有时”,或者“很少”这样做。
另有15.2%的学生从来都不记任何课堂笔记,这个比例也超过了经常记笔记的比例。
在与“很少”或“从不”记课堂笔记的学生的谈话中了解到,他们中的大多数并不是不懂得做随堂笔记的重要性,而是尚未养成良好的学习习惯。
这一结果同时也印证了调查得出的结论:多数中学生的英语学习方法不当,学习效果欠佳。
调查中,有35.7%的学生认为,教师授课是有效的英语学习方式,这一比例在所列的四种学习方式中处于第二位,仅次于“情境交际”(45.6%)。
目前课堂授课对学生们来讲还是非常有效的。
多数学生对除课本外的学习材料(如参考书)与课外辅导(如家教、课外辅导班)的态度相对比较理智,他们不会盲目选购过量的英语辅导书,或依赖课后补习。
调查表明,只有少数学生会经常购买额外的学习资料,超过70%的人“有时”或“偶尔”买一些辅导书,甚至有约17%的人从来不买此类书籍,有87%的学生从未请过家教或是参加课外辅导班。
由此可见,老师怎样教对于学生来说具有重要意义,而学生怎样学更是一个老师必须用心研究的问题。
老师如何指导学生学习是提高教学效果的重要途径,而善于发现学生学习中的问题并有效地解决这些问题将对我们的教学效果产生决定性的影响。
七年级篇现在我们的小学也开设了英语课,但个人感觉,小学英语目前还没有取得很好的效果。
据了解,在一些小学,英语课还不是很正常,不是没有英语老师,就是英语课被语文或数学课占用,或者,虽然上了课,但老师和学生都没有真正把英语当作重要课程来对待。
所以学生上七年级的时候,我们的英语课还是需要面对原来需要面对的问题。
一、不会读七年级学生的首要问题就是读不好的问题,所以七年级英语教学还要认真从字母开始教起,因为在这里我们可以引入音标,带领学生认读并逐步让他们学会拼读。
这对后来的学习有着极其重要的意义。
七年级英语教学一开始需要像小学一年级或幼儿园识字教学一样,需要慢一点,甚至一遍一遍不厌其烦地反复让他们听,教他们念,变着法儿的让他们重复。
逐步教会他们认读音标,教会他们拼读单词二、不会背首先是背单词和短语:一要引导学生有意注意字母与发音之间的关系,逐步记住一些的字母的常规发音和常见的字母组合的读音;二要明确要求当天所背的单词要能默写,并且要反复默写几遍;三要根据艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线的规律给学生提出复习巩固的要求。
可以布置抄写作业。
初中生英语学习过程中的抄写作业是必不可少的。
四是要在教学中引导学生自己发现记忆的一些小技巧,如同音词,同义词,同类词,同根词等等……三、不理性现在的七年级学生也就是十一、二岁吧,所以他们往往会很任性,很多情况下也是不懂得道理的,他们需要老师的教导。
他们在学习英语时就可能会因为老师的要求让他们无法接受,他们不愿意跟你“玩”。
所以我们得告诉学生他们需要做什么,为什么要这样做。
老师要学会“哄”学生,哄得让他们乐意听你的,乐意跟着你学,哄得他不知不学地改掉了自己的毛病。
这个时候,老师丢掉的“尊严”就会自然而然地回来了,而且是发自学生内心的尊重。
一切都是为了教育孩子,正所谓因势利导,循循善诱。
八年级篇八年级的学生虽然可能仍然保留着七年级学生的一些问题在身上,但他们还会出现一些新的问题,具体表现为以下几个方面:一、学习困难加大、学习热情不足一些学生在学习中情绪化严重,因为一点点什么事情不高兴然后就可能不想学习了,这样以来到了八年级以后,积累的问题越来越多,于是学习越来越困难,成绩越来越差,所以他们往往是学一阵子停一阵子,学习热情一天天的削弱下来,渐渐地不想学了。
学生在这个时候最需要老师的关爱、引导和鼓励。
老师在学生背不掉单词或背不掉课文时,或是在考试失利时主动找他们谈谈心,指出他们存在的问题,帮助出出主意,问题较严重的甚至还可以帮助他们找个同学每天帮一下,让学生既感到温暖又能有效解决问题。
在此过程中,老师们还需要主动联系家长,以确保孩子在家庭里同样得到关爱,让亲人多帮助,少指责。
二、学习思路不清,心理困惑迷茫有不少学生既不是很用心,也不是不愿意学,只是因为有人叫他做他才做的,缺乏激情,所以成绩不会太好,也不是不可救药。
老师们一旦发现了这些学生,首先找他们个别谈心,指出他们没有好成绩并不是因为笨或是不聪明,而是学习时间没有别人长,学习效率没有别人高,学习过程没有别人专注,学习激情没有别人高。
谈完以后再注意跟踪一段时间,特别是当他们取得初步的成绩时再及时地鼓励一下。
九年级篇九年级不论对于学生还是对于老师或是学校可能都有着特殊的意义,因此,九年级要分三个层次来做工作:一是对于处在前列的学生要指出如何提高,二是对于学习态度较好,学习效果不佳的学生要加强指导,三是对起步较晚的学生要尽量帮助。
一、“响鼓也要重锤擂”有时老师们把精力投入到中等生和问题学生的身上,成绩比较好的学生反而没有得到足够的重视,成绩较好的学生往往自己也可能比较满足,所以他们学习中存在的问题往往容易被忽略。
老师们一方面要注意检查他们平时的学习情况,另一方面,要注意检查一下他们的试卷,看看他们在什么地方丢了分数,这些地方是什么原因丢了分数,能不能通过主观努力加以改善,是不是因为他们平时的努力不够,尤其是后期训练量不足的话会严重影响他们的知能转化,上不了高分。
二、天道为啥不酬勤有不少学生学习态度端正,平时很努力,但就是成绩上不去。
这里有几种不同的情况:一是上文所讲的既想学又不太用功的学生。
发现这类学生老师们需要通过谈话,弄清不同情况,耐心劝导,提出明确要求,加强监督检查;二是不会用心的学生。
他们看上去很努力,什么事情都做了。
但实际上什么事都没有真正用心做事情,所以要学什么、出现什么问题、什么原因,都是一本糊涂账。
因此老师需要对这类学生的学习过程进行分析,具体指导,使他们改变态度、改变做法,优化学习过程。
三是不会考试的学生。
有少数同学心理素质较差,思想压力较大,考试过程中患得患失,缺乏自信。
对于这些同学,我们要细心帮助他们找出试卷上的得分因素,还要指出他们的问题实质--怯懦,缺乏战胜困难的勇气,要想方设法激发他们内心的斗志和决心。
三、青春尚在咋会晚一些原来不爱学习的学生慢慢懂事起来,想学习了。
他们不知怎样才能把课程补上,他们不知道从哪里补起,不知道是不是还能补得上,时间还能不能来得及。
这时老师需要给他们一个信心,给他们一个明确的学习思路--需要做什么、怎样做、为什么。
既要告诉他做什么,使他们思路清楚,还要告诉他们怎样做,使他们不至于困惑,还要告诉他们为什么,这样他才会重视起来,学习起来才会目的明确,这样才有更好的效果。
老师的工作就是“哄”孩子。
为了让后知后觉的孩子们能满怀信心去学习,给他们编个故事有什么不可以的呢?你可以告诉他们你就是用一年时间所初中英语学完了而且还在中考中得到了高分。
综合篇除上述问题之外,我们的初中英语教学可能还存在以下问题,如教材《新目标》在使用中存在一定的局限性,一些老师在教学策略上和一些具体教学方法上也还有一些值得探讨的地方。
虽然我们今天讨论的是学法指导问题,还是请允许我少量的涉及一点教法吧。
现在就这两个方面的问题提出几点个人看法,供各位同仁教学时参考。
一、不能被课堂活动“忽悠”了《新目标》安排了大量的交际活动,这是为学生创设语境、体验语言、运用语言服务的。
老师们在上课时要防止注意力过度集中在活动本身的组织上,尤其是运用游戏法不能上成了游戏课,造成课堂很热闹,为学习很飘浮。
因此,我们在组织教学活动时,一定要注意通过活动让学生体验语言、通过活动让学生理解语言、把握语言规律,通过活动让学生运用语言、形成熟练技能。
(插入土豆视频)二、不能死扣语法玩个性英语课程改革的重点,就是要改变原英语课程过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授、忽视对学生实际语言运用能力的培养的倾向。
《新目标》在我们这里推行有十个年头了。
实际上交际法教材是从1993年在我们县就推行了。
但是非常遗憾的是,至今我们仍有少数老师在死扣语法,拿什么材料都可以当作语法课来讲,而且见着什么都可以从语法的角度进行展开。
三、不能把语法“淡”没了《课标》课程目标中指出:在基础教育阶段,学生应该学习和掌握的英语语言基础知识包括语音、词汇、语法和话题等五个方面的内容。
语法是从大量的语言现象中抽象出来的语言规律,是对使用语言进行的规范。
学习语法就是学习语言规律,学好语法可以指导语言的学习。
过分扣语法显然是走了理论极端,然而,如果把语法淡没了也是走向了另一个极端。
