班会的另一个要点是“中段考后的打算”，让一些学生上讲台说出他们中段考前的不足之处和中段考的计划。
这不仅让学生自己找出自己的不足以便改正，更让学生在学习过程中学会反思，反思后制定大体计划，更有目的地进行学习。
这也培养了学生上讲台的心态。
虽然没有每一个学生在班会上都发言，但是我坚信每一个学生都有了自己新的计划、新的打算。
每一个学生对上台发言的同学都深有感受。
