立式多级凝结水泵适合作大型火力发电厂的凝结水泵，包括有100、125（145）、200、300、600、1000MW汽轮发电机组用的各种规格。也可用作抽送物理、化学性质类似于清水的其它液体的高吸程用泵，液体的温度不超过80℃。

Vertical multi-stage condensate pump is used for handling condensate water in100MW,125MW(145MW),200MW,300MW,600MW and1000MW power stations and pumping other liquid that is physically and chemically similar to clear water as high suction head pump as well.The temperature of the liquid can not be over80℃.

640—nominal outer diameter of diffuser vane(mm).

I—shaft seal is mechanical seal.

II—pump itself carries axial thrust.

III—pump itself carries axial thrust,shaft seal uses mechanical seal.

5—pump stage number.

凝结水泵为立式外筒形，有三种结构形式：

（1）A型-初段双吸导叶式多级离心冷凝泵

（2）B型-初段双吸螺旋形导叶式多级离心冷凝泵

（3）C型-初段双吸螺旋形斜流式多级冷凝泵

泵机组安装形式为直联安装，轴向力由电动机承受，也可由泵本体承受。泵轴向密封为填料密封，也可采用机械密封。

There are3kinds types in construction for vertical condensate pump with barrel as follows:

(1)Type A—double-suction for the first stage guiding-vane type multi-stage centrifugal condensate pump.

(2)Type B—double-suction for the first stage screw guiding-vane type

multi-stage centrifugal condensate pump.

(3)Type C—double-suction for the first stage screw mixed flow type multi-stage condensate pump.

The pump and motor are directly connected,pump axial thrust is carried by either motor or pump itself.The shaft seal is either packing seal or mechanical seal.

从电动机往泵看，泵逆时针方向旋转。

The rotation of pump rotor is counter clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.

壳体：QT450-10

Impeller:Stainless steel.

Shaft:High-quality carbon steel No.45.
