有机硅阻燃剂的应用有机硅阻燃剂是一种新型高效、低毒、防熔滴、环境友好的无卤阻燃剂,也是一种成炭型抑烟剂。

有机硅阻燃剂在赋予基材优异的阻燃性能之外,还能改善基材的加工性能、耐热性能等。

因此,作为阻燃剂的后起之秀,从20世纪80年代开始得到迅速发展。

目前,有机硅阻燃剂的应用主要有一下几个方面:1. 聚硅氧烷1.1线型聚硅氧烷1981 年,Kamber等发表了聚二甲基硅氧烷( PDMS)与聚碳酸酯共混,可使聚碳酸酯( PC) 阻燃性提高的研究报告。

但聚二甲基硅氧烷本身阻燃效果并不好,为提高其阻燃性,在其结构中引入一些反应性官能团,如端羟基、氨基或环氧基等。

日本Mitsubishi Gas Chemical公司在使用羟苯基烷基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷制备有机硅阻燃剂方面作了大量工作,合成了一系列含聚硅氧烷链段的阻燃剂,并申请了多项专利。

美国Dow Corning 公司开发并已商品化的“ D. C. RM 系列”阻燃剂,包括不具反应性的RM4-7105、带有环氧基RM4-7501、甲基丙烯酸酯基RM4-7081 和氨基RM1- 9641。

在适用的塑料中添加0.1%~ 1.0%的阻燃剂就可改善加工性;添加1% ~ 8%,即可得到发烟量、放热量、CO 产生量均低的阻燃性塑料。

Wang 等合成了一种环氧单体-三缩水环氧苯基硅烷( TGPS),将TGPS与环氧树脂Epon828 以不同比例相混合,采用4, 4- 二氨基二苯甲烷( DDM) 进行固化处理,环氧树脂的极限氧指数(LOI) 随着TGPS含量的增加而提高,并且由于硅的引入使得炭层的热稳定性得到有效地改善,在高于700℃时,就不再发生因炭层氧化而失重,在空气中的成炭率达到31. 9%。

Fujiki等研究的阻燃性有机硅树脂,包括二甲基乙烯基硅基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基氢硅氧烷等,通过交联反应制成透明制品,适用于集成电路和混合集成电路中的保护材料。

Masato shi、Shin在研究中发现,在硅氧烷分子链中端基含有甲基、苯基、羟基、乙烯基时,其中端基为甲基苯基的支化的硅氧烷对聚碳酸酯( PC)的阻燃效果最好,阻燃级别达到UL94V-0 级。

Greater than 90 percent of full physical properties should be attained within 24 to 72 hours and varies according to product. Faster manufacturing throughput is achieve however since the adhesive and component can be handled in much shorter times of about 10 to 120 minutes depending on the adhesive selected and the amount of applied. These adhesives are not typically used in highly confined spaces or where a deep section cure is required as they generally cure from the exposed surface inward at a rate of 0.25 inch per seven days. Cure progresses from the outer exposed surface and is dependent on the moisture in the air. Mild heat below 60°C (140°F) may be used to increase through-put by accelerating the cure. Dow Corning silicone adhesives retain their original physical and electrical properties over a broad range of operating conditions which enhance the reliability of and service life of electronic devices. The stable chemistry and versatile processing options of these adhesives offer benefits for a variety of electronics needs from increasing component safety and reliability, reducing total cost or increasing the performance envelope of devices or modules. PACKAGINGRTV Adhesives are typically packaged in 100 ml syringes and 330 ml cartridges, 1 kg tubs and pails (18 - 25 kg). In general, Dow Corning adhesives/sealants are supplied in nominal 0.45-, 3.6-, 18- and 200-kg (1-, 8-, 40- and 440-lb) containers, net weight. Shelf life isindicated by the “Use Before” datefound on the product label.PREPARING SURFACESAll surfaces should be thoroughlycleaned and/or degreased with DowCorning® brand OS Fluids, naphtha,mineral spirits, methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) or other suitable solvent.Solvents such as acetone or isopropylalcohol (IPA) do not tend to removeoils well, and any oils remaining onthe surface may interfere withadhesion. Light surface abrasion isrecommended whenever possible,because it promotes good cleaningand increases the surface area forbonding. A final surface wipe withacetone or IPA is also useful. Somecleaning techniques may providebetter results than others; usersshould determine the best techniquesfor their particular applications.SUBSTRATE TESTINGDue to the wide variety of substratetypes and differences in substratesurface conditions, general statementson adhesion and bond strength areimpossible. For low-temperature performance,thermal cycling to conditions such as -55°C (-67°F) may be possible, but performance should be verified for your parts or assemblies. Factors that may influence performance areconfiguration and stress sensitivity of components, cooling rates and hold times, and prior temperature history. At the high-temperature end, the durability of the cured silicone elastomer is time and temperature dependent. As expected, the higher the temperature, the shorter the time the material will remain useable.SOLVENT EXPOSUREWhen liquid or vapor solvent or fuel exposure can occur in an application, the silicone adhesive discussed in this brochure is intended only to survivesplash or intermittent exposures. 二.规程适用X围本规程适用于盐湖海纳化工XX莱宁搅拌机的维护和检修,具体清单如下。

更换机械密封前,需在车间将机械密封组装好,并试压或检漏完成后带到设备所在现场。

一、旧机械密封拆卸1、确认工艺设备交出,停电,停水,停汽,罐内已无压力。

并做好准备工作,包括工器具、抹布、砂纸,以及现场脚手架的搭设;2、撤除低速联轴节防护罩。

并撤除相关密封系统管路;3、旋转机械密封安装固定插销,插入到机封轴套的定位槽内并拧紧螺栓。

并松开轴套抱紧环的顶丝。

4、齿轮箱输出轴和齿轮箱空心轴脱开。

详见,齿轮箱的检修章节中的更换齿轮箱的第四步〔齿轮箱的现场撤除〕中的a~d程序。

5、再将止推板中心的螺栓撤除,并用螺栓将止推板和上锥套作为一个整体拆下来。

6、在齿轮箱输出轴顶端安装一吊耳螺栓并用吊车或葫芦吊住,以防止轴掉下。

LSR简单介绍

LSR简单介绍LSR是英文LiquidSiliconeRubber的缩写,意思是液体硅橡胶,实际上,所有的固化前为液体,固化后为弹性体的有机硅产品都可以叫做LSR(液体硅橡胶),但是习惯上说起LSR通常指狭义上的液体硅橡胶,GE公司是这么定义的:LSR是指按照1:1重量或体积配比用注射成型方法生产弹性体的双组分加成型硅橡胶,也就是SHINETSU产品分类上所指的LIM(LiquidInjectionMolding,液体注射成型),指专门用于注射成型的硅橡胶,常用来做大批量标准制件。

而DOWCORNING公司产品分类的LSR不但包括注射成型的产品也包括敷形涂料等1:1混合的无色透明的双组分加成型硅橡胶,在国内,晨光院把所有加成型无色透明的产品统称为硅凝胶,而我们一般只称象HT316这样无色透明,没有硬度很软,几乎没有强度的加成型灌封产品为硅凝胶,国外大公司的分类也是单独列出,即SiliconeGels产品。

我们这里沿用DOWCORNING的说法,LSR是指无色透明或者半透明,粘度较大(一般大于10Pa&#8226;S),按照1:1重量或体积配比的双组分加成型硅橡胶,可以做透明半透明的硅橡胶制品,也可以配合颜料、底涂剂等使用。

据报道:目前全国加成型液体硅橡胶生产量在500-800吨/年,进口量在5千吨/年,高温硫化硅橡胶生产量5万吨/年以上,随着加成液体硅橡胶发展和成本下降以及加工设备国产化,高温硫化橡胶至少有60%-70%的用量将被液体硅橡胶所取代,预计到2010年市场需求量在40000吨以上,该产品发展空间很大[1-5]。

二、LSR的特点1工艺性:双组分组成,可以直接从不同的通道直接加入到混合器;颜料等辅助材料可以自动加料;等比例混合可以方便地通过静态混合器加入模压机;可以通过控制输送体积、注射压力和速度精确地填充模具空间,不产生任何边角料;许多用于塑料注射成型的注塑机可以容易地转化为LSR注射成型机;可选择的填充型腔可在同一条生产线上同时生产HCR(高温混炼胶)和LSR制品;固化速度可调节范围大,加热高温固化可以有很高的效率(200℃可以几十秒内固化),等[1,5]。

DOW corning道康宁RM4-7081活性硅氧烷树脂改性剂道康宁RM4-7081硅酮,学名一般叫硅氧烷、聚硅氧烷.市场上用的硅酮粉一般是用较高分子量有机硅酮加二氧化硅生产而成,就是把硅氧烷分散到二氧化硅里,低分子量硅酮一般是液态的,我们俗称硅油。

但是分子量足够大的话,可以使其成片状的固态。

一般硅酮粉以硅氧烷含量的多与少来区别分级,如果你的硅酮粉里硅氧烷的含量是40%即硅酮粉应该是40%硅氧烷(硅油)+60%二氧化硅和其他助剂(如偶联剂等),如果硅酮含量比较高,较弱剪切不容易分散,最好先做成母粒,因为硅氧烷的分子间作用力较强,不容易通过物理方法分散均匀,需要强剪切才能完成。

硅酮粉里硅氧烷含量越高,材料的黏度就越大,用于塑料时越不容易分散。

硅氧烷的含量和分子量较高时可做耐磨剂使用,但这时其润滑性能就相反了,润滑的作用机理是,硅酮跟硅酮之间的摩擦系数小,硅酮稳定平均分散到体系中才会有这现象,如果体系中都分散不开,那谈不上润滑好了。

所谓的硅酮母粒,即稀释后的硅酮(一般还是用硅氧烷+二氧化硅)再用50%-30%的载体和其他助剂,载体一般为聚烯烃,可以直接添加当成无机填料的浸润剂使用。

一般改性行业很少直接使用硅油(低分子量硅氧烷),因其分散性的缺陷所致。

如果直接使用硅油的话需要保证充分分散才能有理想的效果,目前普遍使用在弹性体中用来改性(如SBS、SEBS),一是可以改变其耐磨性,另外可以调整其硬度,此过程行业中通常称为充油,这种方法生产出来的产品使用局限性比较大,易析出,也就是通常所说的出油。

硅酮粉同偶联剂的区别:偶联剂一般由两部分组成,一部分是亲无机基团,可与无机填充剂或增强材料起作用;另一部分是亲有机基团,可与合成树脂起作用。

在塑料配混中,改善合成树脂与无机填充剂或增强材料的界面性能的一种塑料添加剂,又称表面改性剂。

而硅酮粉里面有无机的成分,就是我们讲的硅(这里是指硅或硅酸盐,就是硅酮粉里的硅和玻纤或者无机填料里的硅酸盐,高份子里的填充料几乎都是硅酸盐)它是以成核的结构包覆在高分子材料,(聚硅氧烷)里面的,其分子间的作用力强于高分子和无机物,另一端是高分子与烷烃的结合,在界面层起承上启下的作用,一边拉住无机物,一边融合高分子,比偶联剂单纯的改善界面极性强度要高很多。
