来北京外国语大学外研社培训中心参加全国的中小学英语教师的国培学习,今天已经是第三天了,从一开始的来的排斥,抵触,厌恶到现在的接触,融入,喜欢。

真的是一个不知不觉的转变过程。

现在,我来回顾一下这三天的心路历程吧!10月21号,下了飞机,走出首都国际机场,天空阴暗又干燥,还下着淅淅沥沥的小雨,阴冷的空气让我缩紧了脖子。

乘上出租车项目的地驶去,沿途我压根都没有看到大都市的繁华,也没有欣赏到美丽的风景。

只看到破烂的平房,和团团升起的乌黑的浓烟。

60多公里的车程,180元人民币的车费。

把我送到了外研培训中心。

负责接待的老师亲切的询问和介绍也丝毫没有减少我一开始来的厌恶和排斥。

报道完毕,先安顿行宿,走进宿舍,6个人共用一个套房,一个厕所,狭窄的空间,陌生的环境,没有空调,没有暖气,没有网线。

这一切让我只有一个感受:北京,来了我就想回去的城市!情绪无论怎样的低落。

当天晚上7:30----21:00的入学教育我也得去参加。

走进学术报告厅,没想到一开始给我们做入学教育的就是北京外国语大学的教授,国家《英语课程标准》研制和修订专家组的核心成员,全国基础外语教育研究培训中心常务副理事长,外研社《英语》(新标准)高中阶段教材副主编张连中教授。

之前,在遂宁的学习中,我也听过他的讲座,所以对他很崇拜。

这让我的心里有些暖和的气息。

小学英语国培计划研修日志“日月如梭”这次的国培即将结束,我之前总在为自己找借口没有时间认真的坐下来,好好地听听各位专家的讲座。

记得有人说过时间就像挤牙膏一样只要挤还是可以挤出来的。

今天我又一次比较认真的听了马红宇教授的讲座《教师职业怠倦调节策略》,真是让我恍然大悟,受益匪浅,感慨良多。

我踏上教师这个岗位到今年是第七年了,特别是最近两年我觉得我真的变了,变得迟钝,没有当时的激情,信心,热情,冲劲了,教出的学生成绩也不理想了。

所以我常常在想我是不是知识不够了,那么我也在不断的学习啊?我的这一生就这样了?碌碌无为,可是以前的我不是这样的啊?这到底是怎么了?是我换了环境不适应?是学生的差异,还是领导对我的不重视,压力大等等。

这些问题在我脑海里出现了,随着时间的流逝它们不是消失而是越来越强烈了。

我几乎快崩溃了,到底是什么让我变成这样的。

今天听了马老师的讲座,我才如梦初醒,原来我是有些职业怠倦了。

其实造成我这个原因的因素也是马老师讲到的很多种我都有。

比如,压力,我刚从边小小学调入镇中心校,总想做出点成绩来,总是给自己施加压力,可是第一个学期的成绩给就我一个大大的打击。

在接下来的的岁月里打击总是比鼓励多,慢慢地我的激情,信心,冲劲等。

一切的一切就变了。

然而我变得有些自卑了,总是对着家人,尤其是我的另一伴,莫名其妙的发脾气,我自己也经常觉得身体不舒服,但还好跟其他人的相处还是没有改变多少,只是比以前冷淡了些。

悬崖勒马还来得及,我的教师生涯才刚刚开始,从今天起我不再像以前一样了,就像马老师说的对任何事都要有一颗宽容的心,当你受到挫折时要学会另外一种想法,如,她举的例子一个农夫用斧头辛苦修建房子而大火烧的故事和喝柠檬汁让我深受启发,是啊,世上哪会有,没有坎坷,一帆风顺的人生。

只是当我们遇到挫折时不要只做受害者,一味抱怨,而是应该为自己做点什么。

总之我相信在以后的教学工作中会找回原来的我,对工作充满了热情,信心,激情;对学生理解,关心等。

There were shots of the lecture halls, the group work sessions, the museum tours, and even the dorm rooms decked out in random Englishprompts and motivational posters. It looked like a pretty awesome adventure if you ask me!The last few days were definitely the hardest though. The trainers kept them up late, reviewing everything they'd learned over the past few weeks. Then they gave the teachers this massive final exam to test their new skills. Even Ms. Roberts was a little nervous!But of course, she passed with flying colors. In fact, she said a bunch of the teachers did so well that they received special certifications and everything. How cool is that?! We're so lucky to have such a well-trained English teacher.On the very last day, they had this epic closing ceremony. Ms. Roberts said it felt like graduating all over again. There were speeches from the head trainers, thanking the teachers for their hard work and commitment. Then they handed out the official training certificates.After that, it was just a big rager! Okay, maybe not a rager... Ms. Roberts said they just had a little party to celebrate. There was food, music, dancing, and the teachers could socialize one last time before parting ways and heading home to their families.I'm not going to lie, diary. I was pretty sad that Ms. Roberts had to leave for so long this summer. But after hearing all about her amazing training, I can totally see why it was so worth it. She's going to be an even better teacher now!Just you wait until school starts up again. With all her new knowledge and enthusiasm, Ms. Roberts is going to make English class a blast. We'll be speaking, reading, and writing like pros in no time! I betcha we'll be the smartest students in our whole grade.Ughh, I guess that's about it for now though. This is going to be one awesome year!Laters gators![Student Name]篇6Dear Diary,Wow, what a day! Today was the first day of my mom's big English teacher training program and I got to tag along. I was alittle nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect, but it ended up being really fun and interesting.We got up super early this morning and mom made us a nice big breakfast to start the day. She said she wanted us to have full tummies and lots of energy. After breakfast, we hopped in the car and drove over to the big school where the training was being held. There were already a ton of cars in the parking lot when we got there!When we went inside, I saw that the hallways were decorated with colorful English words and alphabet posters. Mom signed us in at the front desk and then we found the room where the first session was happening. It was a really big room filled with tons of little desks for all the teachers. Mom and I picked seats near the front so we could see everything well.The first speaker was a woman named Ms. Jenkins. She was the head English teacher leading the whole training program. She seemed really nice and greeted everyone with a warm smile. She started by going over the schedule for the full two-week training course. I was excited to hear we'd be learning about using games, songs, and fun activities to teach English!After Ms. Jenkins went over all the basics, they split the big group up into smaller groups based on what grade level theteachers taught. Mom's group was for 3rd-5th grade teachers. Their first session was about building reading comprehension skills. The instructor gave them some books and had them practice strategies like visualizing what you read and making predictions. It actually looked really engaging!During the break time, I got to walk around and see some of the other sessions happening in different rooms. One class was learning how to teach grammar in a fun way using clay sculptures. Another was practicing role-playing activities to build conversation skills. There were also some tech sessions about using tablets and language learning apps. I'll have to show mom that Endless Reader app I like at home!After the morning sessions, we all met back in the big hall for lunch. They had a bunch of different ethnic food options, which was really cool to see! The lunch area had a little stage too where some teachers performed an English skit while we ate. It was hilarious watching them try to speak English with over-the-top accents. Even the grown-ups were cracking up!The afternoon was more learning sessions, with one focused on English games and activities. Mom's group played a bunch of simple games like Hangman and Hot Potato, but using English words and phrases instead of our native language. For HotPotato, they tossed around a soft ball and whoever was holding it when the music stopped had to say an English sentence. You got eliminated if you couldn't think of one in 10 seconds! It looked like a great way to get kids speaking and thinking in English quickly. I'll have to show those games to my friends.At the end of the day, they had all the teachers gather again for a closing meeting. Ms. Jenkins went over everything they had learned and gave out assignments to practice over the next few days before reconvening again. She reminded everyone that while learning a new language and new teaching techniques can be challenging, it's all about making it fun and engaging for the students. I。

经过了一段时间的学习,我自感受益匪浅,国培专家们对小学教学问题的讲解,发人深省,令人三思。

最近学习到关于师德师风的内容,感触良多。

师德师风是教学过程中最现实的一个问题。

但它又不同于教学方式、方法等具体问题,它的表现通常都具有一定的隐藏性,却有极大的传播能力和影响力,对学生造成的影响也是最大的。

所谓“学高为师,身正为範”,这个“身正”,讲的就是师德师风,只有“身正”,只有师德好、师风佳,才有资格作为别人的“典範”,学习的榜样,也只有这样,才有资格当老师,这个师範大学的校训首先就对所有的师範学子敲响了警钟。

但这并不影响当下教师师德师风参差不齐,少数教师师德败坏,风气腐败,腐化学生的事情发生。

眼下很多学生逢年过节就会送大量的礼金、贵重礼品给老师,甚至家长会后、家访时,学生家长都会藉机请老师饕餮一番,以示自己对老师的“敬爱之情”。

但要我说,敬爱之情不需要大鱼大肉,逢年过节的关怀、问候更不需要贵重的礼品来彰显,这样的做法,看起来打着冠冕堂皇的旗号在尊重老师,实际上却在用社会上那一套低俗、恶俗的拜金主义在腐化校园。

而那些好看的旗号,好听的口号,也让很多教师把持不住,认为这是一种“潜规则”,也就随之而“潜”进去了。

这样的风气,最终导致的结果,是对学生的腐化。

让拜金主义植入到孩子脑海中的,也正是这样的行为。

我相信,当下许多教师同志是可以抵抗得住腐败,却无法抵挡这种潜规则的。

但正是糖衣炮弹,才是最可怕的。

英语国培研修日志

英语国培研修日志有幸参加了这次英语国培学习,我认真学习13个专题,认真听,有时还做一些关键性的笔记,收获颇多,影响极深,对我的英语教学有很大的帮助。

回想我十几年的教学过程,每一年都认认真真,兢兢业业,但学生的成绩都不太理想,曾经无数次地埋怨过学生,也曾经无数次的反思自己的教学方法,苦了自己,但收效太少,农村中学的孩子见识少,学习英语的氛围不够浓厚,课堂上跟着说几句,课后就完全给忘了,没有语境让他们训练。

倒是一个知识点要反复讲好几次还不能掌握。

还有学生觉得记单词,写作,听力等都很困难,也是我感到头疼的事情,听了几位专家的讲座之后,给我指明了教学的方向,单词的记忆、短文的阅读、小作文的书写以及听力等方面都给了我们好方法,让学生学得轻松,记得牢固,从而提高课堂实效,提高学生英语成绩。

在以后的教学中,我想结合专家的讲座来构建高效课堂,将从以下几方面着手。

1、课前准备(1)要充分了解学生学生是学习的主体。

因此,我们在备课时必须心中始终装着学生,善于分析学情,即学生是什么样的水平,具备了哪些知识;这节课上应该引导学生做什么,说什么,分别由谁来做,谁来说;该课之后不同的学生分别可以达到什么样的水平,应该获得哪些知识,这是制定精确目标的基础。

如上文所述,学生存在差异性,作为教师,大概一周左右的时间基本可以摸清所任班级学生的性格、学习英语的兴趣和所具备的英语水平。

(2)从学生实际出发,精确定位教学目标《英语课程标准》针对学生不同年龄段的身心特点,对不同学段的教学目标做出了科学而具体的规定。

这一标准是我们英语教师制定教学目标的依据。

如七年级的课程目标是:对英语学习表现出积极性和初步的信心,能与教师和同学就熟悉的话题交换信息等。

但这只是整体目标,我们应该细分到每月、每周,以至每堂课。

我们每堂课所设计的目标应该是班级的80%的同学可以达到的,过高,学生达不到,就会失去学习英语的信心,过低,起不到培养的`作用,也就是说,目标设计要有层次,学生的水平是不同的,不可能每位同学达到相同的目标,所以要根据不同的目标设计不同难度的问题。

小学英语国培研修日志
经过这些天的培训,我收获了很多,感悟也很深。

我深深感觉到自己的教学水平和教学方法还需要进一步改进,不能停留在原有水平上纹丝不动。

在培训中能够得以聆听众多专家、乃著名专家教授的讲座,倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解,能够观摩一线教师的课堂教学,学习他们的教学技能,对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼,心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

我深深地感到自己教学的肤浅,知识的匮乏,学识的浅薄,能力的欠缺,专家们精辟的论述,独道的见解,新颖的教法,人格的魅力,渊博和知识无不影响着我,感染着我使我明白我要转变思想,提高能力。

转变教学思想,由重知识传授转变为能力培养:我们不仅仅教给学生知识,还应该教给他们学习的能力,既“授之以鱼不如授之以渔”在教学中,课堂上学生是主体,因此,我们要尽量不要面面俱到的去讲解,要学会放手,让他们有充分的时间、空间自己去学去探索,让它具有开放性。

这样的课堂,有利于培养学生的自学能力、探索能力这次培训主要是对教材的教学思路、教学方法、教学特点、技巧等逐一进行了解,通过讲座、研讨等这样的形式,我学得都非常认真,而且感悟颇深,不仅提高了我的理论水平而且也开拓了课堂教学的新思路。

主要收获:在我参加工作两年的时间里,我认为我的课存在很大的隐患,随意性太强,现在有效有益的授课过程在
新课程中的表现我并不知晓,通过这段时间的学习,从他们身上学到了课堂教学和课下指导的最有效的方法,这也增强我继续把课讲好的信心。

所以这次培训对于我来说,是一场及时用,一次再教育,一次生动的手把的教练。

教学工作是辛苦的,但是我们做工作要始终保持一火热的心,不能忽视师生沟通,生生沟通,我们要走进学生之中,做他们的良师益友,亲其师方能信其道,与学生心心相通才能让我们的感受到教学相长,收获到学生的成长以及教学带给我们的快乐。

这次培训既充实了生活,又能在短时间内迅速提升课堂教学能力,还能和同仁们自由无限制地交流在教育教学工作中的困惑和难题。

在这些真诚交流中,我发现自己的教学功底很差,以后会通过扩大阅读量,不断丰富提高语言素养,绝不能再裹足不前。

用者,课堂数学方面对课堂教学学的把握,整体教学手段技巧方法的运用,欠缺很多,所以要在今后的教学实践中学会学习学会借鉴、学会转化,以待新的进期步!
我的小学英语研修日志
在教学过程中,我有了许多收获,同时有了许多困惑,我很想参加一个研修来解决这些问题。

正好今年的网络研修满足了我的这个愿望。

以前存在或者困惑的问题:
1。

有关对认读能力的理解方面:以前我认为,在低年级认读能力就是认读单词,认读课文的能力;在高年级,认读能力就是朗读,甚至于认为认读能力的培养就认为是培养阅读能力。

2有关认读能力培养的重要性方面:不否认听说的重要性,可是在现阶段的考试制度下,认为只有培养认读能力才能使学生取得好成绩。

3。

有关认读能力培养的要求方面:以前要求学生能认读出一节课刚刚学习的生词。

4。

有关语法方面:受以前老教育思路的影响,认为语法就是和学生先说明白语法结构,然后再练习一下就行了。

5。

有关课堂教学实效性方面:如何处理好听、说、读、写的实效性,一直是我所困惑的。

6。

有关形成性评价方面:以前认为只要纪律好了就行。

7有关终结性评价方面:以前认为终结性评价就是考试,唯考试分数而已。

通过这次研修,现在我明白了;认读不仅仅指认读一个
单词,它还有认读意群,然后遂步过渡到认识这个句子,能够把句子连起来,然后才过渡到对语篇的理解。

认读单词,更多是要求孩子们懂得意思,还有懂得它的发音。

背单词,更多的是看孩子是否能写出这个单词,而且还要能够知道它的意思。

认读是阅读的基础。

阅读应该是一个更高级的一个层次,更高级的一种能力,而认读是初步的一种识别单词以及单词意思的一种能力,识别句子意群的一种能力。

培养认读就是
为了将来能够运用英语,作为一个工具来阅读获取信息。

而不仅仅是为了考试。

认读能力的培养不能放到高年级去做了,小学一二年级就开始坚持培养孩子的认读能力。

老师在呈现单词或者检测学生对单词的理解或者认读等等方面的能力的时候,要想清楚这个活动到底是检测哪个能力。

在语境中认读单词比独立的认读单词,如死记硬背单词效果会更好。

语法最好是先隐性,即先列好几个句子,然后让学生总结,再让学生应用练习。

所用的教学方法,一定要有实效性,形成性评价应用于教学的每个环节,包括课堂上和课后。

课堂上积极进行评价,课后让小组长进行评价,都进行记录。

终结性评价不只是考试分数,它要和形成性评价的结果相结合,对学生进行评价。

在培训即将结束的时候,想说的话真是很多很多,但我明自,只有把培训中学到的知识技能转化成自我前进的内驱力,我才会在教学中有所成。

今后
我会以此次学习为契机,我也相信在倾听,记录,反思,沉淀,实践中,我的英语教学之路会愈趋于成熟。

把所学应用到平日教学中,把学生的能力、学习成绩都大幅提,促进大面积提高教学质量。
