第一阶段：样品开发阶段

First stage:The sample develops a stage

一、客人沟通、接单,掌握客人样品的工艺要求

1、先对工艺单进行文字处理，翻译成中文。

2、参照客户原样和工艺单进行核对（主要指老客户），着重看一下有无特殊要求，工艺单指示不明的地方要及时和客户沟通。

3、对着客户工艺要求进行逐项检查：

（1）首先是主料，如面料的品种、纱支、结构、克重、颜色；

（2）辅料，包括拉链、绳、扣、风眼、花边、松紧带、梭织布、横机罗纹、主标、水洗标、吊牌、装饰牌等。

4、对照工艺单认真研究英绣花及其它处理方式。

二、根据客户要求填写核价单

认真研究完工艺单后，安排进行核价，即填写核价单。

1、核实工艺单上客户要求的纱支、克重、幅宽或有关面料生产的生产难易度。

2、协同相关技术人员进行有关工艺用量的计算。

3、业务员对照工艺单，协同供应商进行生产量及加工费的计算。

4、汇总资料，核算价格。

5、报价时如对某些辅料及印绣花价格不明确的，报价时要注明。

三、备样，确认批板、确认面辅料及特殊工艺（洗水、印绣花）

准备样品时要注意保证交期及质量以及样品的准确性。

（一）样品

1、初样、款式样：面料品质要正确，辅料可以代用，款式、工艺要正确，工艺尽可能简单。

(A)Sample

2、确认样,作为确认样,颜色要对,辅料要齐,印绣花也要按照要求的去做,确认样是给设计师看的,所以一定是好的和准确的,符合设计师口味的。

3、尺码样：客人确认尺寸的样品，了解客户跳码要求。

4、PP样、产前样：这是客人查货的标准样，做给客户看的样品,代表大货水平,所有面辅料品质、颜色、工艺、尺寸、包装都完全正确。

5、广告样、推销样：广告样一般来说是在订单确定后,大货出货前,客户用来扩大宣传,增加销售量的样品,齐色齐码,外观效果要好。

6、水洗样，要保证成衣水洗尺寸，必须做好前提做好面料缩水率。

7、大货样、船样：这是代表大货的样品，是客户验证的样品。
