1) break down动词短语,意为“发生故障”,可用句型something is wrong来替换。

2) ...it’s still being repaired. 此句为现在进行时的被动语态,表示某件事正被做。

其构成为:be+being+过去分词,be随主语的变化而发生变化。

2. Me neither!
此句为口语用法,相当于句子Neither am I!表示前面的否定情况也适合自己。
