争取缩小差生范围,不拖其他课的后腿对同学进行抱负教育。

二、学情分析:六班级有两个班,两班同学人数多。

从学习状况及知识技能掌控状况看,大部分同学学习积极性高,学习目的明确,基础知识薄弱,整体上书写较差。

还有部分同学对英语这门课程还没入门。

因此本学期除在教学过程中要着重同学的个体差异,通过培优辅差的方式使优秀同学得到更好的进展,潜能生得到较大进步。

三、详细措施:1、仔细备好每一次培优辅差的内容,努力做好学习过程的趣味性和知识性相结合。
