My mom comes into my room to wake me up. I don't like waking up that early, but I have to be at school by 8am. I get dressed, brush my teeth, and head to the kitchen for breakfast. My favorite is waffles or pancakes!The bus picks me up at 7:30am. I like looking out the window and watching the neighborhoods go by on my way to school. When I get to school, I go straight to my classroom and put my backpack in my locker. No more homework, no more waking up early, just months of freedom and fun ahead. My parents had some awesome plans in store too which made it even better.Our first trip was to the beach. We went to this really cool beach town a few hours away from our house. The beach was huge with soft golden sand that felt amazing between my toes. The water was this beautiful blue-green color and nice and warm for swimming.
