英语高效课堂教学案例分析
白银市六中李菊霞
初中英语是一门重要的基础学科,通过三年的英语学习后,既要培养学生灵活运用语言
知识的能力,又要让学生从容面对中考,归根结底广大教师应该懂得创建高效的英语课堂。
创建高效的课堂,需要英语教师有敬业爱岗的责任心,有扎实过硬的专业知识,有关爱学生
的师德素质。教师要能够利用一切的优质资源,融洽师生关系,吸引学生喜欢重视英语学科,
提高课堂四十分钟的效率。所谓"高效",应该是学生不仅学得多,而且要学得快、学得轻松~
下面我就以冀教版八年级英语上册Unit 7 Enioy Your Hobby Lesson49 Hobbies Are Fun~
这一课的教学片段为例来阐述一下如何提高英语课堂效率。
一、教学过程
1)Lead-in (2’)以字谜的形式导入本课的中心话题“Hobby”。
Hi, I am a new word for you. I have six letters. The first letter is in the word "half" but not in
"wolf". The second letter is in "boat" but not in "bath". The third and the fourth letters are the
same. They are in "bank" but not in "kangaroo". The last letter is before "z" in the alphabet(字母
表). Can you guess what I am? 待学生猜出后,出示本课课题
教学情境化的设计会让学生有身临其境之感。创设真实的语境,让学生置身其中,成为
课堂的主体。字谜的设置打破常规,更能激发学生的兴趣。
2)Have a discussion (2’)小组讨论What's a hobby?
学生发言后,教师总结:A hobby is something you enjoy doing. A hobby is not a job or a
school subject. It's not something you need to do. It's just something you like to do . It's a great
joy.
3)Brainstorming (2’) What hobbies do you have or what hobbies do you know?
根据课前准备,让他们尽可能多得说出不同的爱好,并尽量按中西方文化进行归类。然
后出示一些图片。在观看过程中带领他们操练His / Her / Their hobby
is …的句式。本环节主
要是检查学生的预习情况。
4)Teaching vocabulary (5’)
Now we have been ready. Look, I have a new camera with me, but I can’t use it. So I can use the instructions to help me.
利用情景和图片进行生词教学。为了使生词得以巩固并为下一环节的听力扫清障碍,让
学生尽可能多的利用这些单词造句进行实际运用。词汇的拓展学习。学生掌握了利用音标识
记单词后,在八年级的单词教学中可以适当呈现构词法,一方面有利于学生更加系统高效地
记忆单词,另一方面还可以提高学生在阅读时的猜词能力。如在教"sell:时,呈现出"buy,
seller:,并说“What is the opposite of buy?”Let them have a guess “What is the meaning of sell?”

5)Listening (5’)
Danny is in the shop to buy something for his hobby. Here is a listening text, let’s listen and
find out the answers
1、Where does Danny go shopping for his hobby?
2、What would Danny like to buy?
3、What does he want to do with the photo frame?
4、What is Danny's hobby?
无论是为了应试还是为了交际,听力训练在英语学习中起着至关重要的作用。而把本课课文设置为听力材料,并充分利用活动手册,把练习一加以挑选作为听力的练习题,既处理了教材又练习了听力,一举两得。)
6)Reading(6’)
So let’s practice the text fluently. Please read aloud and find the questions you can’t understand.
朗读在英语学习同样起着重要作用。可以促进听说写。鉴于学生对课下课文朗读的作业大打折扣的现实,利用课上时间让学生跟读、朗读,点滴积累,事半功倍。
7)Explanation the text (4’)
教师:Who has questions? Let’s discuss.
教师对学生所提出问题的处理方式为:学生解答,教师适时点拨、总结。
这是对于教材处理必不可少的环节。通过释疑,扫清学生学习的障碍。并且学生提问学生答的方式,既照顾了差生又给优生巩固知识及探究的机会。
8)调查探究(project) (6’)
If you already have a hobby,talk about it!Bring your hobby to school and show it to your
classmates. Talk about why you enjoy it.
If you don’t have a hobby,what hobby would you like to have?
小组成员互相讨论用英语表达自己的爱好并说明原因。然后对其他成员的兴趣爱好做一个调查。以“展”为重点,突出“探究展示”。主要是学生就自主学习,合作学习两个阶段的学习成果进行展示、交流,让学生通过读、说、谈、演、写等形式把学习成果呈现给老师和同学。本环节既是对教材中project的处理,也是从交际的角度为学生提供了空间。
9)交流分享(3’)
教师:Good survey. Now who wants to show your survey to Danny or tell him about your
hobby.
根据谈论结果,抽取部分同学把组内讨论内容向全班同学作以汇报。
10)Homework (1’)
Danny is interested in your hobbies. So he told you to write letters about your hobbies to
him. And today’s homework is to finish the letter.
