摘要

本设计研究的课题是锻压设备的一种:曲柄压力机,这种机械在我国的制造产业中占有重要地位。我的课题是曲柄压力机拐轴机构的设计,从确定压力机的参数开始,选择电动机。首先进行了曲柄压力原理方案设计,知道曲柄压力机的偏心原理是通过在曲拐轴的曲拐颈上加一个偏心套来实现偏心,通过调节套与法兰连接,再与螺钉连接来锁紧偏心装置,对偏心机构进行了运动分析和受力分析,深入理解机构的偏心原理,进行了传动方案设计,并确定为由V带传动和圆柱斜齿轮传动组成的二级传动,传动系统将电动机的旋转运动转化为滑快的直线运动。通过二级传动把机械能传到了偏心机构上的曲拐颈上,从而控制滑快的往复运动使零件冲压成型,得到所需的零件,根据相关经验公式计算拐轴的经验尺寸,并对拐轴进行了校核,以满足运动要求,整个压力机的运动会产生摩擦,造成对零件的磨损,为了提高压力机的寿命,研究了手动稠油泵对机构进行润滑,延长了机械的寿命,达到了毕业设计的目的。

Abstract

The research task of my Graduation Project is about crank press, which is one of the forging equipments. This kind of machinery plays an important role in promoting and developing the manufacturing industry of our country. The Subject is about the design of crank throw type crankshaft. Beginning with the parameters of the press determining, the motor has been selected in the design. Firstly, the Scheme design of the crank press machinery must be determined, understanding the eccentric center principle of the crank press. It is to realize eccentricity by adding an eccentric sleeve on the crank term of the crank shaft. In order to locking the wobble, the regulation set connected with the flange, and then connected with the screw. To make dynamical and motion analysis of the eccentric mechanism, and understanding the eccentric center principle of the mechanism. Design the transmission scheme of this Subject. it is through the two-stage drive that composed with the V-belt transmission and the cylindrical helical gear transmission. Through the transmission agent , the rotary motion of the electric motor is translated to linear motion of die-block, so that the problem is resolved. The mechanical energy transferred to the crank cervical of the crank shaft by the two-stage drive. Thus, controlling the reciprocating movement and to make the parts plastic pressure formed. As a method of making the parts processed. During this design, in order to meet the movement requirements, checking the crank shaft is needed after the experience size of the axis has been calculated .It can produces friction among the movement of the press, and the parts would be worn. In order to improve the lifetime of the press, the mechanism lubrication by manual viscous oil pump is also considered. The practice shows that it prolonged the mechanical lifetime, and realized the aim of the graduation project.
