This will preventsiphoning and/or backflow of liquid from a treatedline in the event of tubing failure.INTRODUCTIONThe Model 77390-00 PTFE Tubing Pump, Figure 1, provides quick loading of the special PTFE tubing assemblies. The pump is designed to work with the MASTERFLEX 2mm ID PTFE Tubing Model 77390-50 and 4mm ID Model 77390-60 and provides a wide flow range when used with compatible MASTERFLEX Pump Drives. Appendix A lists most of the MASTERFLEX®L/S® Pump Drives which can be used with this pump.The step-by-step instructions in this manual are task-oriented for easy reference. The manual provides information for installing, operating and customer maintenance of the Model 77390-00 PTFE Tubing Pump. CAUTION:Improper setup or operation may result in damage to the pump system components. Read instructions priorto use.Figure 1.Model 77390-00 PTFE Tubing PumpAPPLICATION DATAThe Model 77390-00 PTFE Tubing Pump is used to pump caustic and/or sterile liquids, particularly those liquids that are not compatible with other existing MASTERFLEX tubing materials. The use of PTFE tubing provides improved liquid compatibility and maintenance of liquid purity. The specially designed tubing assemblies provide for intermittent operation at pressures up to 100 psig. Various compatible accessories are available including PTFE valves, T-connectors, fittings, etc. for connection to remaining user system components. Make sure that the fittings used are properly sized and are compatible with the pressure rating of the pump. Contact your dealer.A typical application is transfer of liquids from storage containers to those used in experiments. Metering of such liquids is another application when the pump is used with an appropriate MASTERFLEX® L/S® Pump Drive. The higher pressure capability allows use in low-volume filtering, chromatogra-phy sample injection and other applications.GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe PTFE Tubing Pump (see Figure 1) is composed of a Body Assembly and an adjustable Occlusion Bed. The Body Assembly is used to attach the pumpto a drive and to support the six-roller ball bearing Rotor Assembly and the Occlusion Bed. The Occlusion Bed holds the tubing and mounts to the Body Assembly. It is held in place by increasing the occlusion to an appropriate level. Occlusion is controlled by adjustment of the Occlusion Adjustment Knob. A Locking Ring maintains the occlusion setting. The six-roller configu-ration provides low pulsation and prevents back-flow when the pump is stopped.Tubing is held in place without the use of special retainers. The curvature of the groove along the lower surface of the Occlusion Bed matches the curve of the tubing assembly and holds the tubing in place during pumping. Two different diameter specially fabricated PTFE tubing assemblies are available. The tubing is semi-flexible and chemically inert.INSTALLATIONMounting the Pump Head to a MASTERFLEX® L/S® Pump DriveThe Pump Head is attached to the drive unit with four supplied screws as shown in Figure 2.NOTE:Two Tang Boots are provided. The Pump Head is shipped with the closed end Tang Boot (A-3480) installed which matches mostMASTERFLEX® L/S® Drives. Replace with open end Tang Boot(A-3514) when necessary.1.Rotate the Occlusion Adjustment Knob fully counterclockwise to lift theOcclusion Bed as shown in Figure 3.2.Remove the Occlusion Bed by sliding out the front of the Body Assembly.3.Align the Tang on the Pump Head (including installed boot) with the slotin the motor drive shaft.4.Align the lower mounting holes on the Pump Head with the mountingholes on the drive and fasten with the two thumbscrews.5.Insert the two Phillips screws through the mounting holes in the upperpart of the Body Assembly. The upper two screw holes are accessible by removing the Occlusion Bed.This completes the mounting of the Pump Head. Use of improper fit-tings and/or improper connection to fittings may re-sult in leakage at the fittings.6.Attach connecting fitting to the inner PTFE tubing in the Pump Head.Never attach connecting fitting over the larger of the two concentric PTFE tubing sections.WARNINGS:Do not operate the pump without the following precau-tions:Either of the following two conditions can result insudden and/or extensive tubing failure. Tubing failuremay result in liquid leaking from pump. In the event oftubing failure, operating pump at elevated speeds andpressures will result in accelerated liquid leakage. Recommended Occlusion SettingCAUTION:Do not run the pump dry for an extended period of time.Pumping dry or over-occluding can cause overheatingand pump damage.Proceed as follows:1.Dip entry and exit connecting tubing approximately one inch into the fluidto be pumped.2.Be sure Pump Drive is turned on and set to desired operating speed.3.Rotate Locking Ring fully counterclockwise. Ring should be againstlower side of Occlusion Adjustment Knob.4.Slowly rotate Occlusion Adjustment Knob clockwise just until bubblesfirst appear at output of the exit connecting tube. Roughly, this will occur when 1) the top of the Occlusion Bed becomes even with the top of the Body Assembly, and 2) the pump noise level decreases.5.Rotate Occlusion Adjustment Knob an additional one-fourth turn clock-wise.6.Rotate Locking Ring fully clockwise until it is tight against the top of theBody Assembly, thus locking the Occlusion Adjustment Knob in place.Optimized Occlusion SettingsOcclusion is reduced by rotating the Adjustment Knob counterclockwise. Some applications require adjustment of the occlusion setting to maximize tube life while others require adjustment to maintain flow rate when substan-tial system pressure exists. However, the recommended setting will meet the requirements of most applications, giving both good tube life and some pressure capabilities.To Maximize Tubing LifeOcclude according to recommended setting described above and allow pump to prime with the fluid to be transferred. Then, while the pump is running, simply reduce the adjusted occlusion setting by slowly turning the Occlusion Adjustment Knob until the flow drop-off becomes unacceptable. Then turn the knob slightly clockwise and lock in position with Locking Ring. To Maintain Flow Rate at Higher PressuresTurn Occlusion Adjustment Knob clockwise just until flow rate returns to the desired level. 1 用途:汽车制造中的酸洗、喷漆工艺;有色金属冶炼中的电解液输送;离子膜烧碱项目中的氯水、废水处理和加酸等工艺流程。

2 设计特点:本系列产品按国际标准设计制造(ISO2858),泵体采用金属外壳内衬氟塑料,叶轮及泵盖均采用金属嵌件外包氟塑料合金模压成型,使其具有超强的抗冲击能力又有卓越的耐腐蚀性能,轴封选用先进的外装式波纹管机械密封,对磨的密封面有:碳化硅、陶瓷、四氟、硬质合金可供选择。

泵的构成:运动:根据实际的计量情况而调整电机转速, 并通过推杆及复位弹簧将往复运动变为直线运动。

传递运动: 铸铝弹性接头调节:在工作状态下和静止状态下, 都可以通过调节复位弹簧, 在0%-100%之间调整流量。

液力件:通过吸口阀计量并吸入液体,然后通过出口阀排出。

电机:三相或单相电机。

结构: V18-F-CVE三相电源: 220/240V±80/415V 50Hz; 220/280V-380/480V-60Hz单相电源:230V-50Hz我们可以根据客户要求, 提供不同电压和频率的产品。

1.3需方在本技术协议书中提出了最低限度的技术要求,并未规定所有的技术要求和适用的标准,投标商提供一套满足本技术协议书和所列标准要求的高质量产品及其相应服务。

对国家有关安全、环保等强制性标准,必须满足其要求;1.4如果投标商没有书面对本技术规范书的条文提出异议,则需方认为投标商提供的产品完全符合本技术规范书的要求;投标商对本技术规范书中有疑义或未涉及到的内容条款,须按招/投标文件及澄清书中相关内容执行。

1衬氟阀门法兰盖板不能随意打开,除非已准备与管路连接,否则PTFE法兰面可能因温差、异物造成磕碰划伤或扭曲变形而影响密封,如因检验需要而移动盖板,也必须待检验后速将盖板重新复位,以保护PTFE法兰面。

2衬氟阀门与管路连接时,一般并不再单独使用垫片,但与异种材料(金属面等)法兰面相接时,应采用适当垫片,以保护PTFE法兰面。

3衬氟阀门在系统使用中,如在较高温度下发生泄漏,应首先将系统温度降至室温后,再查明原因,进行维修。

4安装时法兰螺母应按对角线方向(对称)依次均匀旋紧,并配以适当力矩:
a若法兰密封面发生泄漏,并且泄漏位置螺母已锁紧,此时应放松泄漏位置螺母半圈,再将其对侧施以同样力矩再次锁紧;
b若上述办法仍未止漏时,应检查PTFE法兰面是否有凹凸压痕、划伤,届时可用细纱纸、布予以整平重新连接。

5不允许在衬氟阀门上做任何高温焊接工作,以免造成衬里层的损害。

6衬氟阀门应存放于干燥通风的室内,严禁堆叠放置。

7经维修后的衬氟阀门在使用前要按相关标准测试合格方可安装。

8手动操作衬氟阀门时,不允许借助其它杠杆加力强行开、关阀门。

9有方向性要求的衬氟阀门在安装时要注意介质的流向应顺阀体上箭头所示方向,并确保操作、维修方便。

衬氟离心泵实际安装使用注意事项衬氟离心泵的安装技术关键在于确定水泵安装高度。

这个高度是指水源水面到水泵叶轮中心线的垂直距离,它与允许吸上真空高度不能混为一谈,衬氟离心泵铭牌或产品说明书上标示的允许吸上真空高度是指水泵进水口断面上的真空值,而且是在1标准大气压下;水温20摄氏度情况下,进行试验而测定得的。

它并没有考虑吸水管道配套以后的水流状况。

而水泵安装高度应该是允许吸上真空高度扣除了吸水管道损失扬程以后,所剩下的那部分数值,它要克服实际地形吸水高度。

水泵安装高度不能超过计算值,否则,水泵将会抽不上水来。

另外,影响计算值的大小是吸水管道的阻力损失扬程,因此,宜采用最短的管路布置,并尽量少装弯头等配件,也可考虑适当配大一些口径的水管,以减管内流速。

应当指出,水泵安装地点的高程和水温不同于试验条件时,譬如当地海拔300米以上或被抽水的水温超过20摄氏度,则计算值要进行修正。

即不同海拔高程处的大气压力和高于20摄氏度水温时的饱和蒸汽压力。

但是,水温为20摄氏度以下时,饱和蒸汽压力可忽略不计。

从管道安装技术上,吸水管道要求有严格的密封性,不能漏气、漏水,否则将会破坏水泵进水口处的真空度,使水泵出水量减少,严重时甚至抽不上水来。

因此,要认真地做好管道的接口工作,保证管道连接的施工质量。

在实际使用过程中应当注意一下事项,以保证衬氟离心泵稳定安全的运行。

1、衬氟离心泵使用过程中不得空转。

2、衬氟离心泵所打的介质液体不能有颗粒(如果有结晶必须在停机后进行清洗,防止叶轮与机封损坏)。

3、衬氟离心泵在安装前应对泵和电机进行检查,各部分应完好无损,泵内应无杂物。

4、将机组在基础上,在底板和基础之间放成对楔垫,通过高速垫,找正泵的水平。

5、衬氟离心泵的吸入,吐出管路应有支架,不能用泵来支承管路。

进出口管路口径应与泵进出口口径相统一。

6、衬氟离心泵安装完毕,最后用手转动联轴器,检查有无擦碰现象。

7、扬程高的泵在出口管路上还应该安装逆止阀,以防突然停机的水锤破坏。

Read these instructions and the instructions covering operation of the pumpdrive unit. Do not operate the gas engine (if so equipped) until you have put oil in the engine. Do not run the pump dry. Always fill the pump with water or the fluid being pumped before starting the drive unit to avoid premature pump seal failure.The gas engine (if so equipped) is shipped with no oil in it. Consult your engine owners manual for specific oil recommendations and maintenance procedures. For engine warranty service contact your local engine dealer.Make certain that all hose and pipe connections are air tight. An air leak in the suction line may prevent priming and will reduce the capacity of the pump. Always place the pump as close to the liquid to be pumpedasas possible. Keep the suction line short and with few bends. Keep the pump and engine on a level foundation. A poor foundation and a heavy suction hose (made heavier when “primed” full of liquid) could result in a pump “down the hole”. It is not necessary to drain the pump body after use, unless there is a danger of freezing.There are important instructions regarding the preparation of the engine for long periods without use. (Reference the engine instruc-tion manual.) Under these conditions, drain the pump. Leave all plugs (fill and drain) out of the pump. Always store the pump unit in a heated, dry building.When pumping dirty water or liquids containing solids, always use a pump strainer on the end of the suction line.There are no points on the pump that need lubrication. The pumppump seal is cooled and lubricated by the fluid being pumped.WARNING! Do Not use with Flammable Liquids.Do not pump flammable liquids or other hazardous liquids with this pump. Failure to follow this warning can result in explosion, serious bodily injury or death. For safe operation read and follow the safety precautions in the following owners manual. Remove the 10 body screws (12720), lock washers (V07018) and nuts (V07019) from the pump assembly. Remove the body from the pump assembly.2. Remove the check valve (12705) from the volute (12702A). Remove the one upper volute screw (12900) and the two smaller volute screws (12725) from the volute. Remove the volute from the remaining pump assembly.For 3" PUMPRemove the check valve (12705) from the volute (13702). Remove the one upper volute screw(12900) and the two smaller volute screws (12725) from the volute. Remove the volute from the remaining pump assembly.3. Remove the impeller bolt (12765A) from the impeller (12771A/12772). Remove the impeller bolt gasket (12774VA) from the impeller.For 3" PUMPRemove the impeller bolt (12765A) from theimpeller (13772). Remove the impeller bolt gasket(12774VA) from the impeller.1224. Screw the supplied 7/16-14 hex head cap screw into the impeller snout. As the bolt is tightened the impeller will be pried off of the shaft of the drive unit. Remove the 7/16-14 screw once the impeller has been removed from the drive unit.If the pump impeller is going to be reused the ceramic seal half (12713) should be removed from the impeller at this time. The impeller key (12902A) located behind the ceramic seal half should be replaced at this time also.5. Remove the four bracket screws (12715A), rear bracket washers (12901), and screw head O-rings (12717) from the rear bracket using a ½" socket. With the four bracket screws removed the rear bracket can now be removed from the drive unit.6. Remove the carbon seal half from the rear bracket. This may be done by using a round object such as a wrench socket and tapping it gently with a hammer. The seal is very fragile so take care not to crack the seal if it will be reused. With the pump completely disassembled; clean all of the reusable parts thoroughly, removing any traces of old gasket material and trapped or dried liquids that were run through the pump.At this time, it may be necessary to polish the drive unit shaft to remove any corrosion that may haveformed.456A SSEMBLY I NSTRUCTIONS1. Install the pump slinger (12706) on to the drive unit shaft. The slinger should be slid all the way back on the shaft of the drive unit so that the slinger covers the step on the drive unit shaft as shown.3. Place the seal O-ring (12710) behind the lip of the carbon seal half. The carbon seal half (12713) should now be installed into the rear bracket as shown at right.3. To install the carbon seal half into the rear bracket use a tool such as a 1 ½" pipe nipple or arbor press to give even pressure on the metal flange of the seal housing during installation. Gently press the seal into position until it bottoms.4. Clean the threads of the bracket screws (12715A) thoroughly. Once clean, install the four flat washers (12901) and four screw head O-rings (12717) onto each of the bracket screws.11345. Install the rear bracket onto the drive unit using the bracket screw assemblies from the previous step. The handle of the rear bracket should be to the top of the drive unit. Tighten the screws securely.6. Verify that the impeller hex nut (12775A) is located at the bottom of the impeller snout, itshould be installed now. A very light press fit may be required to install the nut into its cavity.Install the ceramic seal half into the impeller. The seal half is pressed into the hub of theimpeller by using an arbor press or similar tool that will provide a uniform press fit. The outside diameter of the rubber boot may be sparingly coated with silicone to ease installation. Be absolutely sure that the ceramic seal half is bottomed out and installed squarely. If theinstallation is not square, seal wobble will occur leading to premature seal failure. Care must be used when handling the seal to not scratch the seal surface.7. Place the impeller key (12902A) in the slot located inside the impeller snout. The impeller (12771A/12772) is now ready to be slid onto the drive unit shaft.8. Secure the impeller to the drive unit shaft with the impeller bolt gasket (12774VA) and impeller bolt (12765A). Tighten the impeller bolt until snug.For 3" PUMPPlace the impeller key (12902A) in the slot located inside the impeller snout. The impeller (13772) is now ready to be slid onto the drive unit shaft. Secure the impeller to the drive unit shaft with the impeller bolt gasket (12774VA) and impeller bolt (12765A). Tighten the impeller bolt until snug.57bracket as shown.10. Install the volute (12702A) onto the rearbracket using the three volute screws (1-(12900), 20(12725)). Install the check valve (12705) onto the snout of the volute. The drive unit should be turned over a few times to check for clearance between the impeller and volute. A small amount of drag between the impeller and volute will cause no problem, however, if the drive unit will not turn over because of the lack of clearance a bracket shim may have to be used.For 3" PUMPInstall the volute (13702) onto the rearbracket using the three volute screws (1-(12900), 20(12725)). Install the check valve (12705) onto the snout of the volute. The drive unit should be turned over a few times to check for clearance between the impeller and volute. A small amount of drag between the impeller and volute will cause no problem, however, if the drive unit will not turn over because of the lack of clearance a bracket shim may have to be used.101011. Place the pump body O-ring (12719A) around the outside flange of the rear bracket. The O-ring may be sparingly lubricated with silicone to ease installation of the pump body in the next step.12. Install the pump body (12712) as shown below with the outlet flange facing up. Install the 10 body screws (12720), 10 lock washers (V07018), and 10 nuts (V07019) to secure the pump body to the rear bracket. Tighten the bolts securely all the way around.For 3" PUMP12. Install the pump body (13712) with theoutlet flange facing up. Install the 10 body screws (12720), 10 lock washers (V07018), and 10 nuts (V07019) to secure the pump body to the rear bracket. 1. 安装前应检查机组坚固件有无松动现象,泵体流道有无异物堵塞,以免水泵运 行时损坏叶轮和泵体。
2. 安装时管道重量不应加在水泵上,以免使泵变形。 3. 安装时必须拧紧地脚螺栓,以免起动时振动对泵性能的影响。 4. 为了维修方便和使用安全,在泵的进出口管路上各安装一只调节阀及在泵出口
附近安装一只压力表,以保证在额定扬程和流量范围内运行,确保泵的正常运 行,延长泵的使用寿命。 5.安装后盘动泵轴,叶轮应无摩擦声或卡死现象,否则应将泵拆开检查原因。
