尽量使用委婉的语言表达自己的建议：

1. You had better take part in more activities, which can not only improve your ability but also can broaden your horizons.

2. It would be a good idea if you practice speaking Chinese with your Chinese friends. The more you practice, the earlier you will benefit from it.

3. Why not make some friends?

4. You should work hard at English, which can give you more opportunities to communicate with others.

巧用过渡词，善用“一二三”

顺序型：First, … Second, … Finally…

副词型：Firstly, … Besides,… Moreover, …短语型：First of all, … In addition, … Last but not least, …
