正常人闪光视网膜电图的特征
【摘要】目的:探讨闪光视网膜电图在正常人的变化规律,以获得正常参考值。
方法:应用法国Metrovision 公司生产的Vision Monitor 视觉诱发系统检测正常人53例73眼。
F-ERG的5个标准反应,包括暗适应25dB弱光刺激时的反应、暗适应0dB强光刺激时的反应、振荡电位、明适应白色标准闪光刺激时的反应和明适应快速
重复闪烁光刺激的反应。
按照10岁为一年龄组分成4组:20~29岁,20眼;30~39岁,22眼;40~49岁,19眼;50~60岁,12眼。
比较4个年龄组振荡电位总振幅和a 波、b波的振幅及潜伏期。
结果:F-ERG暗适应25dB弱光刺激时a波无明显反应,b波潜伏期为±,振幅为±μV;暗适应0dB强光刺激时a波潜伏期为±,振幅为-±μV,b波潜伏期为±,振幅为±μV;明适应白色标准闪光刺激时a波潜伏期为±,振幅为
-±μV,b波潜伏期为±,振幅为±μV;明适应快速重复闪烁光刺激b波的振幅为
±μV;震荡电位总振幅为±μV。
随着年龄的增加,振荡电位总振幅和其余4个标准反应的b波振幅逐渐降低,a波振幅与年龄的增加无明显相关性,50~60岁年龄组a、b 波的潜伏期较其他组延长,但各年龄组两两比较无显着统计学差异。
结论:确定了正常人F-ERG的5个标准反应的正常值,并比较了振荡电位总振幅和a,b波振幅及潜伏期与年龄的关系,振荡电位总振幅和b波振幅随着年龄的增加逐渐降低,a波振幅与年龄的增加无明显相关性,50~60岁年龄组a,b波的潜伏期较其他组延长,但各年龄组两两比较无显着统计学差异。

Spatial characteristics of flash electroretinogram in normal subjects Abstract AIM: To study the characteristics of Flash Electroretinogram (F-ERG) in normal subjects so as to obtain normal reference : By using Vision Monitor
visual evoked response imaging system, the standards for five obtained Flash Electroretinogram (F-ERG) were recorded on 53 normal subjects (73 eyes), including F-ERG to a weak flash (arising from the rods) in the dark-adapted eye,F-ERG to a strong flash in the
dark-adapted eye, oscillatory potentials, F-ERG to a strong flash (arising from the cones) in the
light-adapted eye, and F-ERGs to a rapidly repeated stimulus (flicker). The data were divided into 4 groups by age: 20-29 years old, 20 eyes; 30-39 years old, 22 eyes; 40-49 years old, 19 eyes; 50-60 years old, 12 eyes. The sum amplitude of oscillatory potential , the amplitudes and implicit time of a wave and b wave with 4 groups were analyzed. RESULTS: F-ERG to a weak flash (arising from the rods): a wave was no obvious, the implicit time of b wave was ± ms,
the amplitude of b wave was ±μV;F-ERG to a strong flash: the implicit time of a wave was ±, the amplitude of a wave was -±μV, the impl icit time of b wave was ±, the amplitude of b wave was
±μV;F-ERG to a strong flash (arising from the cones): the implicit time of a wave was ±,the amplitude of a wave was -±μV, the implicit time of b wave was ± ms, the amplitude of b wave was ±μV;the amplitude of b wave of F-ERGs to a rapidly repeated stimulus (flicker) was ±μV; the sum amplitude of oscillatory potentials was ±μV. CONCLUSION: Our results record the normal reference values of F-ERG in normal subjects. The amplitudes and implicit time of a wave and b wave with four groups are analyzed. As the age increasing, the sum amplitude of oscillatory potentials and the amplitudes of b wave gradually reduce, the amplitudes of a wave and age groups
have no relevance, the implicit time of a wave and b wave of 50-60 years old groups is longer than other groups, but there was no statistical meaning(P >). · KEYWORDS: normal subjects; electroretinogram; oscillatory potentials

膜电图是视网膜受不同形式光刺激后产生
的电位变化,反映光感受器到无长突细胞的视网膜各层细胞的电活动,是一种广泛应用于眼电生理检查的方法。
我们旨在探讨正常人ERG的特征为眼科临床和基础研究提供参考数据。
1对象和方法
对象正常人53例73眼,进行闪光视网膜电图检查,男30例,女23例;年龄21~58。
