Read this manual carefully, in particular the chapterconcerning the safety rules, before installing and using the pan & tilt motor.Safety rulesPan & tilt motors comply with the normative laws in force at the time of editing of this manual, concerning electric safety, electromagnetic compatibility and generalrequirements.Anyway, in order to ensure the users (installer, technician and operator), thefollowing warnings are specified for your safety:The appliance (and the complete system, which it belongs to) must be installed onlyby qualified technical staff.The appliance must be opened only by qualified technical staff.The tampering of the appliance may void the guarantee terms.Connect to a device corresponding to the specifications indicated on the data plate(see next chapter Identification data).Before any shifting or technical operations on the appliance, the cables connected toother appliances must be removed.Do not use voltage cables showing wear or ageing, since they may seriously exposurethe users' safety.Do not use the appliance in the presence of inflammable substances.Do not allow children or people not familiar with the appliance to use it.Make sure the appliance is fixed in a solid and reliable way.The appliance is completely off-line only when the cables connected to otherappliances have been removed.For after-Sale service call only authorised technical staff.Keep this manual close to hand for any future reference. 4.5 限位调整 a.水平限位调整 通过调整水平限位块实现, 限位块位置见图 1,松开螺钉打开侧板, 即可调整限位块。 b.垂直限位不可调整 五、ID 设置 拨码开关的定义: 在解码板上有两个 8 位拨码开关,拨码从左到右依次为 1、2、……7、8。面对拨码开关, 左边的 8 位拨码开关用来选择功能,右边的 8 位拨码开关用来选择地址。

4.3 将云台与支撑物固定。 (云台安装尺寸见图 5) 将云台安装座直接与本公司专用支撑物连接,具体安装方法见图 6。 注意:为安全起见,支撑云台和防护罩的支撑物至少应承受 5 倍云台和防护罩 的总重量,建议承受重量 40kg 以上。

RS485 云台解码器使用说明
1.解码器是与监控系统配套使用的一种前端控制设备,可控制球机、室内外交流 24V 云台、电动 三 可变(电压为 6V 或 12V)镜头;提供摄像机电源等。
2.使用通用的 RS-485 通讯接口;兼容多种常 用的控制协议;自带 120 欧匹配电阻。
3.可提供稳定的 12V 直流电源(500MA)供摄像机及红外灯使用。 4.具有超强的防雷、抗死机性能,性价比极高,适用于各款数字硬盘录像系统、矩阵系统、键盘、 PC 控制等设备。
五 摄像机电源:
1.提供经稳压电路稳压的 DC12V 电源,电流小于 500MA(保险丝限流为 750MA)。
2. 如果使用的摄像机的电流在 200MA 左右时,可以同时供 25 米以内的红外灯电源,电流不超过
300MA 为宜,即两者(摄像机和红外灯)的电流总和不能超过 500MA,超过 500MA 时,板上有部分零
7. “协议开关”是解码器通讯协议的选择开关。本系统提供 16 种常用协议,如没有您系统上所要求之 协议,请您将说明书上的协议逐一试之,也可根据您的系统定制您需要的协议。

2.4参数设置2.4.1. 地址设置调整地址时须打开云台前面盖,调整内部电路板的拨码开关SW1设置云台地址地址拨码:SW1设定云台地址,地址范围0~255。
从DIP-1到DIP-8相当于一个8位的二进制数。
DIP-8为最高位,DIP-1为最低位。
每一位的“ON”状态表示1,“OFF”状态表示0。
注:地址拨码需断电修改,否则云台不予识别。
2.4.2.协议和波特率设置内部电路板的拨码开关SW2的DIP1、DIP2和DIP3设置云台协议和波特率,拨码开关SW2的DIP1和DIP2负责云台波特率的调节,DIP3负责云台协议的调节,每一位的“ON”状态表示1,“OFF”状态表示0。
2.4.3 巡航预置位设置内部电路板的拨码开关SW2的DIP4设置云台巡航状态,当云台配合镜头正常使用巡航功能时DIP4拨到OFF状态,如果云台不接镜头单独测试巡航功能时DIP4拨到ON 状态。
单独测试云台时与镜头连接正常使用时2.4.4误差选择位内部电路板的拨码开关SW2的DIP5和DIP6用于云台水平方向误差微调,DIP7用于云台俯仰方向误差微调,一般云台出厂时已被设置成最佳效果,用户不需要重新设置。

云台使用说明书本文档描述了DVR里的一个主要功能——云台控制的设置。
主要功能包括:控制云台方向、速度、变倍、聚焦、光圈,预置点、点间巡航、轨迹巡视、边界扫描、旋转、云台复位等通过下列途径找到该设功能设置的界面:直接在预览界面上点击鼠标右键,找到【云台控制】,界面如图1所示:图1前提条件1.操控前,请确认球机的A、B线与硬盘录像机的A、B接口连接正确,连接线上有注明A线和B线,用户进行连接时要先查看线的接口2.云台支持的功能项,由云台协议支持的功能项决定,即由用户所购买的球机的功能决定。
3.操控前,请先右键【主菜单】>左键【摄像机】>选择【云台设置】,设置云台参数,云台设置的界面如下图2(里面的参数是默认值)图2“云台参数”在刚打开球机的时候,预览界面上有显示,显示界面如下图3:图3在云台设置,上图2中首先选择“通道号”,接着设置步骤如下:图2中云台协议对应图3中控制协议,在云台协议的下拉框中选择协议:PELCO_D1图2中云台地址对应图3中的球机地址,在云台地址的文本框中输入球机地址:0图2中的【波特率】、【数据位】、【停止位】、【校验】分别对应图3中的9600、、8、1,N(意思是无),在图2云台设置界面中填写对应下拉框,选择对应的参数。

Standalone DVRs, PC-based DVRs, keyboard joystick PTZ controllers, video servers, and a variety of other CCTV equipment usually have an RS-485 interface (push terminals, D-Sub connector, etc.) for PTZ control. The CCTV equipment transmits control signals while the PTZ camera receives the signals and performs the function required.RS-485 utilizes two wires ; a ‘+’ wire and a ‘–’ wire. Any type of wire can be used for the connection, but 0.56mm (24AWG) twisted pair is recommended.++-- PTZ Physical ConnectionsControllerBaud Rate is the data transmission rate in bps (bits per second). Both the controlling device and PTZ must use the same baud rate. Most PTZ camera and devices default to a baud rate of 2400 bps.The maximum theoretical transmitting distances of RS-485 are below using 0.56mm (24AWG) twisted pair cable.Baud Rate Maximum Distance2400 bps 1800m 4800 bps1200m9600 bps800mIf thinner cables are used or the dome is installed in an environment with strong electromagnetic interference or many PTZs are used on the same line, the maximum distance will be decreased.For multiple PTZ installs , RS485 standards require a daisy-chain connection between the equipment. Up to 32 devices, including the controller can be daisy-chained. A 120 Ω termination must be made on the first and last device in the chain. Most controllers are already terminated. To terminate the last PTZ in line, simply locate the 120 Ω termination resistor jumper on the PTZ’s protocol PCB and set the jumper to pins 1 & 2. By default, the PTZ is not terminated, thus having the pins on 2 & 3. For Star Configurations, see the next page.Termination Jumper Location.Continued on Next PageMultiple PTZ (cont.)Some circumstances require the use of a star configuration. The termination resistors must be set on the two devices that are the farthest distances away from each other, in this case #1 and #15 as seen below.As the star configuration does not conform to the RS485 standards, problems such as signal reflection and lower anti-interference performance arise when the cable runs are long. In addition, the reliability of control signals are decreased which may cause the PTZ to respond intermittently, not respond at all, or operate a single command continuously without ever stopping. In these circumstances, the factory recommends the use of an RS485 distributor (DR-HB16). The distributor can change the star configuration connection to the mode of connection stipulated in the RS485 standards. With the distributor, reliable data transmission can be received.PTZ Addressing and Communication ProtocolBefore installing PTZs, you must understand 3 things:CameraID-PTZProtocol-PTZ-PTZ Baud RatePTZ Camera ID - Each PTZ camera in an install must have a unique ID number assigned. MostPTZs default to ID#1. The PTZ controller must be told what PTZ camera tocontrol, and this ID number is called to control the corresponding camera. ThePTZ ID number can be set to any number 1 – 1023.PTZ Protocol - All PTZ controllers and cameras need to support a common communicationlanguage in order to send/receive control commands. This language is called aprotocol. The protocol set in the PTZ camera must match the protocol set in thecontroller. 用前准备
收到设备后,请先给设备进行充电,建议前三次给予完全的充放电循环,以确保电 池获得最佳状态。充电时,当充电器绿灯点亮后,还应继续为设备充电 2 小时左右, 方可完全充满。由于设备内部 Li 电池有保护芯片一直运行,故长时间不使用设备, 有可能电池会因过度放电失去部分容量,为防止此类现象发生,建议 3 个月给设备 进行一次充放电作业。 另需特别注意,切勿直接使用车载 12V 电源给设备电池充电 , 仅能使用本云台配套 专用充电器!
当外出拍摄或之前忘记给设备充电,在拍摄过程中遇到电量报警时(控制器状态灯 长亮),即表示设备将很快会自动关机,此时为完成拍摄作业,可即刻插入外接电 池临时给设备进行供电以完成后续拍摄任务。(外接电池需另行购买)

首先将底部转台安装在脚架之上,务必注意的是:脚架的 3/8 连接螺丝冒出的高度 切勿太高(11 mm 内),适当调整 3/8 螺丝的高度后再连接底部转台(见右图脚架 蓝色部分)。若螺丝太高会顶死底部转台内部的齿轮轴,以至于底部转台无法正常 运转。 如果您的脚架连接螺丝高度不能调节,同时又过高时,请制作一个垫片套上再连接 底部转台,垫片的直径最好大于或等于底部转台的外径。

小提示: 上图中前后物体的距离越大,且前物体(铅笔)离相机的距离越近,调节出来的位 置就越准确。 在以上拍摄过程中建议使用小光圈,以获得足够的景深便于观察确认。 鱼眼与广角等短焦距镜头对节点的准确性要求越高,焦距越长的镜头,对节点位精 确性要求越低,以至于在使用 200MM 以上镜头时,甚至可以根本不考虑镜头节点 问题。
设备内部 Li 电池在完全充满后,经数次循环测试,有较强的续航能力。测试期间镜 头夹角参数为 3 度、上下电机速度为 7(最慢及耗电量最大时)、马达延时时长为 0.5 秒、反光镜不预升、曝光时长为 1 秒,HDR 关闭、回差修正开启、液晶屏幕背光 全程开启、负荷为 5D markIII 机身 + EF 100-400mm F5.6L(400mm 端 ) 情况下, 按每组矩阵图片 50*18=900 张测算,可连续拍摄 12-15 套 900 张一组的矩阵图像。 能完全应付绝大多数的使用需求。 以上数据为测试数据,并不代表实际使用标准数据
用户可选择水平仪作为脚架和野猫云台的连接中间件,水平仪能很好地解决设备架 设的水平状态,同时保持水平状态对设备运转受力均匀性也有很好的帮助,也能减 小内部机构的使用磨损。 最后装上上部转台和相机快装座,并连接好控制器及上下电机控制线缆(如 右页所 示)。

控制器与相机的快门连接,标配为有线方式连接。用户还可自行购买(可根据用户 使用的不同系统购买匹配的永诺 602 引闪器套装及一条 3.5 单声道耳机插头转 PC 螺纹头线材)使用永诺的 602 无线引闪器作为本系统的无线快门驱动装置(仅永诺 602 可直接使用,若用户选购 603 则需要自行改造其内部走线)。 永诺 602 无线引闪器的连接方式示意图如下:

SETTINGS 设置说明
Camera 有关相机具体参数的设置。 Motor 设备电机相关的参数设置。 Lens 相机系统(由镜头和机身画幅确定)视角覆盖范围设置。 Maintaining 齿轮磨合维护程序,如果长时间使用固定的齿轮区间,会造成齿轮 的磨损区间不同,故可根据需要定周期进行齿轮传动件的磨合。

在使用长焦镜头时,前面已提到节点问题可以不用考虑。由于长焦镜头通常重量大, 故挂在设备上后会形成较大的运动惯性,以至于设备在停止转动后会出现小幅度摆 动状态。为减小这种运动惯性造成的摆动,建议用户按照整体设备重心尽量与底部 转轴轴心重合的方式来架设设备,同时降低底部电机转速。

打开控制器电源开关,进入主导航界面(通过上下键可选择所需的项目,并按“OK” 键进入设置或执行相关子程序)。主导航界面分两页,如下图所示:

通常在大负荷(挂载较重的长焦镜头和机身)时,为减小惯性晃动, 可适当降低水平电机转速或增加 Motor Delay 时长,竖立电机的 速度根据负载状况选择 4 以上的速度。 Motor Delay 电机停止转动后需要延时多长才进入拍摄工作。该延时设定主要是 让相机拍摄启动前等待设备运动惯性晃动停止(特别是在大负荷挂 载下或低速快门设置时,以便能更清晰的捕捉图像。 Fix(水平) 对水平转台的机械传动间隙修正。机械传动都会存在一定间隙,马 达在转向运行时,该间歇会形成传动空转,而这种间歇只有在马达 转向的第一格会发生,该参数就是对这种转向空转的一个补差修正。 用户要设置该参数时需要挂在相机系统,在有负荷并水平的状况下 进行调试设置。 实际矩阵拍摄中,这种间歇对最终图像是否能拼接成功不构成任何 影响,只会对取景范围构成一定影响,也就是说拼接后的图片比试 图取景的范围稍稍宽度要小点点(360 全景不存在取景范围问题)。 如果用户不设置该参数,只需在矩阵拍摄选开始和结束点位时约超 过取景需求即可。 Brake 电机刹车是否开启,若水平电机速度设置在(1-6)以上的速度级, 水平电机在运转停止前会自动减速并停止,以达到部分缓解惯性目 的。该设置仅对水平电机有效,同时可能会增加设备的运行噪音。
完成设备架设后,通过控制器调整镜头视角参数并保存,在以后使用相同系统时便 可直接调用对应的镜头参数进行各类拍摄任务。(镜头参数设置方式见 17 页) 还需将镜头的对焦模式调整为手动模式,选择适合的光圈获得满足需求足够的景深, 并进行测试性手工试拍,同时关闭相机的休眠模式或设置更长的休眠时间 。 检查各个线路是否已正确并稳固连接,一切准备就绪后便可通过控制器进一步设置 系统参数或调用相应程序进行正式拍摄任务。

Camera 设置说明
通过按“左”“右”键移动箭头光标到需要修改的参数旁,然后按 “上”“下”键选择或更改所需参数,更改完毕后按“OK”键保 存参数,按“X”键则取消并退出设置。以上操纵方式适用于本控 制器绝大多数项目操纵,若有不同会特别给予另行提示。
Ratio 根据自身系统选择正确的画幅比例(1: 1、4: 3、3: 2)。 H/V 机身横片 / 竖片放置方式选择,H 代表横片、V 代表竖片,默认为 竖片方式,注意多层全景拍摄需要选择竖片方式。 Mirror 相机反光镜是否预升的匹配设置,0 代表相机没启用反光镜预升、

1 代表相机设置为启用反光镜预升。后面的时长参数为反光镜预升 开始到快门触发之间的时间,根据需求设定合适的时长以避免反光 镜预升造成的相机机震。 Multshutter 包围曝光是否启用,用户根据自身相机系统包围曝光设置的张数对 应匹配选择正确的数值。如相机设置包围曝光张数为 5,则该参数 也应设置为 5,参数的范围涵盖常规张数 1、3、5、7、9,若选择 参数 1,则对应表示相机关闭包围曝光功能,执行常规单曝光拍摄。 Time/Expusure 曝光时长设定,即设备需要多长时间来适应相机快门。通常该时间 值应约大于相机当前快门值(如相机快门为 3 秒,该值可设为 4 秒), 若相机处于包围曝光模式,该值还应长于包围曝光中最长快门值。 同时还应考虑使用的存储卡读写速度,相机的缓存能力大小等问题 来合理设置该值,若该值过快,特别是在多张包围开启时,有可能 相机的数据写入速度跟不上拍摄进度而错过拍摄。 当然目前新出的相机和储存卡在此方面基本上不存在问题了,不过 还是请用户特别注意。
