外贸海运术语1. FOB（Free on Board），离岸价，这可是外贸海运里的大明星啊！就好比你在商场买东西，你只需要付商品本身的价钱，从商店门口开始的运输啥的就不管了。

比如说我和国外客户谈生意，产品价格报的FOB上海港，那就是货物在上海港越过船舷之前的所有费用我来承担，过了船舷，那就是客户的事儿啦。

哇塞，是不是很清晰呢？2. CIF（Cost, Insurance and Freight），成本加保险费加运费。

这就像你点外卖，不但付了餐费，还付了配送费和餐品保险费（如果有的话）。

我朋友做外贸的，他给欧洲客户发货，报的CIF鹿特丹港。

他就得负责把货物运到鹿特丹港，还得给货物上保险，这期间的成本都算进去了。

哼，要是不搞清楚这个术语，可就容易吃大亏咯！3. CFR（Cost and Freight），成本加运费。

这就像你坐公交车，只付车费，车上发生啥意外就自己担着。

我之前有个客户，他做服装外贸的。

和中东的商家交易时用的CFR迪拜港。

他承担货物到迪拜港的运费，但是保险由对方负责。

哎你可别小瞧这个区别哦！4. EXW（Ex Works），工厂交货。

这就像你去农民伯伯地里直接拿菜，你得自己想办法把菜运走。

我认识一个小工厂老板，他和国外采购商做交易用EXW。

采购商得自己安排车到他厂里提货，什么包装啊，运输啊，都跟他没关系喽。

哈是不是很简单粗暴？5. FCA（Free Carrier），货交承运人。

这有点像接力赛，你把接力棒交到下一个人手里，你的任务就完成一部分了。

我同事做电子产品外贸的，他把货物交到指定的货代那里，用的FCA条款。

从交到货代那一刻起，责任就开始转移啦。

哎，你说这是不是很有趣的一种界定呢？6. CPT（Carriage Paid To），运费付至。

想象一下，你寄快递给朋友，你付了快递费让包裹到达某个指定地点。

我有个同行做家具外贸的，他给美国客户发货，用CPT芝加哥。

他负责把货物运到芝加哥指定地点的运费，就这么简单明了，难道不是吗？7. CIP（Carriage and Insurance Paid to），运费、保险费付至。

Container: 集装箱，用于装载货物的标准尺寸的金属箱。

Freight: 货物，泛指运输的物品。

Charter Party: 租船合同，船东与租船人之间订立的协议，规定船舶的租赁条款。

Cargo Manifest: 货物清单，列明船上所有货物的详细信息。

Customs Clearance: 清关，指货物进出口时，必须经过海关的检查和批准。

2. 船舶术语Vessel: 船舶，泛指各种水上交通工具。

Ship: 船，通常指较大的船舶。

Barge: 驳船，用于运输货物的小型船只。

Hull: 船体，指船舶的主体结构。

Deck: 甲板，船舶的上层结构。

Hold: 货舱，用于装载货物的船舱。

Bridge: 驾驶室，船舶的指挥中心。

3. 货物类型Dry Bulk: 干散货，指非液体、非包装的散装货物，如煤炭、矿石等。
