中国从跟着别人学到领着别人做，其四十年的沧海桑田已经使中国人深深懂得：落后必须先学习先进，逐渐打造与先进对接的条件，然后才能共同发展；先进必须扶持落后，使之增强能够消化先进的基础，然后才能实现共赢。

高铁输出，桥梁技术输出，培训发展中国家人才，拓展国外投资领域等等，无不是对"合作共赢"理念的具体实践。

新加坡著名评论家郑永年曾经担心中国倡导建立的"亚投行"在西方国家的阻挠下半途夭折，因为他理解中国的和平发展理念。

他也曾担心中国的人民币不会成为国际储备货币，无法形成与美元抗衡的力量。

他之所以担心，是因为他懂得美元霸权是损人利己的，而中国的合作共赢才是人类共同的福音。
