每天我们收到不少询盘,但是往往回复过去就如泥牛入海,客户也不回复。
既然客户有意向给你询盘,为什么他不回复呢,值得我们思考和探索。
大致原因如下1只是为了探寻价格,暂时无购买意向2收到很多回复,不能一一回复3回复的内容不能对客户形成很好的吸引力4邮件不专业所以抛开客户因素,我们努力把自己做得最好,最有吸引力,减少不必要的损失,尽量让客户和我们沟通交流,相信我们会做的很好。
我简单分享一下我的意见,个人愚见仅供参考1收到询盘,第一时间打开,记住第一时间,也就是你最快的时间,竭尽所能。
用一分钟打开,2-3分钟,认真阅读邮件内容(一般不会太长,且比较简单,最多5分钟分析完毕)2回复相信大家都有自己的模板,没有的最好建立一个模版。
并不断完善.我说的只是模板,然后要修改,一定要修改。
记住客户需要的是唯一性,只有你认真对待他,让他觉得你为这个询盘有很认真的准备。
3内容1开头,dear加他们的名字或者其他,自己感觉2简单说下他的询盘we are pleased to receive your inquiry hear that you are interested inour。
4如果熟悉他们国家的市场,你可以说。
wearegladthatourproductsellsgoodinyourmarket(不清楚就别乱说,反正写下,你们的产品非常适合他们的市场,要是新市场,就说这个市场我们正在努力开发中,我们以优异的质量和强有力的价格已经取得了一些成就,或者实在没有就说,我们很高兴,有你这样一个伙伴帮助我们开发市场。
我们会给你提供最低的价格和最好的质量帮助你打开市场。
反正就是说对他们有利的话,一行--两行4然后简要介绍一下客户提到的产品,最小起订量,大概因素,一定要主打的,你们的优势,每个公司又是肯定不一样。
如果价格觉得有竞争力,报一个价格,你们的最小起定量(也可以转化成优势的,降低MOQ),大概的运输方式,支付方式,这个根据客户的询盘来考虑报与不报。

我习惯每个阶段地对自己作一次总结,也为了回报福步对我的帮助,今天来跟大家说一下,我这5个月里面学到的些皮毛,就按整个外贸流程来说吧。
首先是在阿里巴巴平台上接到询盘后判断哪些询盘需要重点跟进的,判断依据有以下几点:1、是不是我们的经营范围内的产品?2、询盘内容是不是太复杂,或者是不是太简单?3、询盘有没有明确指出哪一种规格的产品?4、询盘信中的联系方式跟公司联系信息是不是相符?对上面四点进行分析有以下几种情况:1、如果是我们的经营范围内的产品,但询盘内容太复杂,但又没有实质性的对某个特定产品的相关信息询问的询盘,像下面这个询盘:Dear Sir,Good day!This is Vivian from Ess Tee United Traders (H.K) Ltd.--Guangzhou Office.We need to export one 20' container of wet wipe to european contries, kindly please choose your best sell model for that market and quote us your best prices with pictures and other details.And if you have cosmetic tissues and soft handkerchiefs and make up cleaning wipes, please also quote.Please be noted that we don't have any pictures or other details from client,so reply with quotation sheet directly will be highly appreciated.Have a nice day!Looking forward to your soonest reply!Many thanks and best regards!说了很多,但是没有说明自己真正想要产品规格,而是问我们的畅销产品,而且问得产品种类很杂,有cosmetic tissue\soft handkerchiefts\make up cleaning wipes,而且还让我们回复带有图片的报价表格给他,说他的客户并没有给他任何产品图片和其他详细信息。

以下是本人在做外贸一年多来关于阿里询盘首次回复的一些简单的心得分享,有很多不足的地方希望大家见谅。
简单介绍一下,楼主比较懒,没有写过开发信,主要依赖阿里询盘转化客户。
在一年多的时间里,我通过询盘开发了四十多个新客户,因为我们公司询盘量也不多所以开发数量也不算多。
今天献献丑把之前整理的公司内部分享内容发出来给大家参考参考。
分享不是传经诵典,而是一种思想的碰撞。
本文适合刚做外贸的新人,其中内容与楼主自身行业息息相关,大家可以根据自身情况做相应的调整,灵活运用即可。
一、前戏:准备好相关的工作恭候询盘到来。
1)简易,全面,舒服的邮件签名。
这些不仅很好地展示公司文化,也体现了你的personality, professional.2)惯用邮件字体大小,字体颜色。
客户常用的字体包含:Arial, Times New Rorman, Sylfaen, Calibri; 字体颜色尽量用黑色,部分客户也用浅蓝等其他颜色。
二、高潮:如何有效回复客户询盘1)收到询盘后,先反复看两至三遍;2)通过客户名字,网址,公司名,邮箱等信息进行搜索,尽可能地找到客户更多信息,知己知彼百战百胜。
3)最后根据客户询盘相对应的进行回复。
客户询盘类型大抵可以分为以下几类, 我们一一分析。
几款潮流的垃圾询盘:① This message was sent to 20 suppliers. 这种询盘属于群FA询盘,看内容而定,如果客户有提到我们相关的产品或者您有足够的空余时间,回复无妨;反之,直接拉黑。
