质检中心仪器设备操作规程YSSH-ZJ-WJ-YB-002 分析一站润滑油组第1版第1次修改序号:CZGC-5001Kestrel 4500手持气象站操作规程1适用范围用于测量方向、风速、侧风、逆风/顺风、温度、风寒、湿度、热指数、露点、湿球、气压、海拔、海拔密度。

2操作步骤:2.1按下电源键即可开机。

2.2如第一次使用或更换电池后需要进行时间和日期的设置,进入日期及时间设置界面,通过和键选择对应菜单,通过和键在设置选项选择。

输入时间和日期后按电源键推出时间和日期的设置。

2.3校准数字罗盘以下两种情况需进行校准数字罗盘:a.重新安装电池或更换电池。

b.风向、侧风、逆风显示uncalibrated。

校准数字罗盘步骤:a.按电源键进入主菜单,选择system。

b.选择Compass Cal,按或启动校准功能。

c.弹出提示信息后,按键开始校准。

d.以Y轴为中心转三圈,转动速度最佳在10秒/圈。

e.校正完成后,显示pete,按电源键返回。

2.4方向的测量切换到方向显示界面,背对着需要测量的方向,且必须保持仪器处于垂直状态,屏幕上即可显示出方位角度。

2.5风速的测量a.打开叶轮盖。

b.切换到风速显示界面,保持仪器处于垂直状态,屏幕上即可显示出瞬时风速、平均风速。

2.6侧风和逆风/顺风的测量本仪器可自动计算跑道或目标物的侧风或逆风,首先需要设置“heading”,按键进入set heading界面,有两种设置模式:a.自动设置:通过数字罗盘来输入目标角度。

b.手动设置:手动输入目标角度2.7相对湿度的测量本仪器能够精确的测量相对湿度,精度为:±3%RH,为了其测量精度,需注意以下几点:a.避免在直射阳光下操作。

b.环境湿度有很大变化的时候需要注意。

NK4500使用说明书一开机1 安装两节7号电池,注意底部正负极符号,避免电池装反2 进入开机界面,3秒钟后进入时间设定界面,第一次启动仪器或每一次安装电池都会进入时间设定界面,按▲或▼符号设定时间,完成后按键退出界面3 以后每次按键开机,按键人工存储数据,按键开启背景灯二方向标定NK4500可以测量风向,第一次开机或每次安装电池以后都要标定方向,标定方法:1 将NK4500垂直放置在水平桌面上,不能倾斜,随机附赠的塑料块可以帮助你使仪器垂直2 将风叶罩打开3 开启仪器,按开机,再按键进入主菜单,按▲或▼选择system,按键进入系统设置,然后选择compass cal,按键进入,界面会提示你转动仪器3圈,大约10秒钟转动一圈,按键进入标定界面,开始标定,标定完毕后系统会自动提示标定完毕三系统设定开机后按键进入主菜单,可以进行系统设定,系统选项包括:1 off:关机2 Memory options:进入后可以选择Clear log(清除数据)、Reset MMA(清除最大值、最小值和平均值)、Auto Store(自动存储数据)、Store rate(存储速率)、Overwiter(覆盖数据)、Man store(人工存储数据)3 Measurements:选择需要测量的项目,默认是全选4 Graph Scale:进入可以修改风速、温度、湿度、压力、海拔和密度高度的图片刻度5 Units:选择测量项目的单位6 User Screens:包含3个User Screens,可以修改每个User Screens所包含的测量项目7System:进入后可以修改屏幕对比度、自动关机时间、数字罗盘标定、压力标定和湿度校正8 Date&Time:设定时间和日期9 Language:选择语言10 Restore:恢复米制、英制和默认四浏览数据1 按键开机后进入到测量界面,按▲或▼可以依次浏览时间、风向、风速、顺风、逆风、温度、风寒、湿度、热力指数、露点温度、湿球温度、气压、海拔、密度高度、User Screen1、User Screen2、User Screen3的实时数据。

AQ4500采用浊度和吸光度的原理进行测量。

If the gasket is to be subjected to non-static loading and stress fluctuations due to temperature and pressure cycling, it is advisable to select a gasket material which is less prone to embrittlement with increasing temperatures (e.g.KLINGERgraphite laminate,KLINGERtop-chem or KLINGERtop-sil). The output of the built-in program-mable calibrator is available from a Type-N connector located on the front of the instrument. This calibrator is used to automatically calibrate sensor offset and linearity, and can also be used as an internal signal source. Before starting any measurement by using the 4500B power meter, the sensor must be connected to the built-in calibrator and need to be calibrated. The internal calibrator has a dynamic range from -50 dBm to +20 dBm. The report includes: Status, Serial Number, Soft-ware Version, Calibration Date and Internal Temperature.Calibrator Report InformationThe internal calibrator of Boonton 4500B power meter has two selectable output modes – CW and Pulse. The calibrator output mode can be set as CW by selecting buttons “Spcl” > “Calibrator” > “Cal Mode” > “CW”. For Pulse mode, the button selection should be as “Spcl” > “Calibrator” > “Cal Mode” > “Pulse”. For each out-put mode, the calibrator output need to be enabled by selecting “Calibrator” > “Cal” > “Output” > “ON”.Calibrator Output ModesSpecifications of the Internal Calibration SourceThe internal calibrator of Boonton 4500B peak power analyzer can be configured as a programmable pulse signal generator in pulse mode, with the options for modulation rate and duty cycle. The preset internal pulse period can be adjusted as 0.1, 1 or 10 msec and the internal pulse duty cycle can be adjusted from 10% to 90% in 10% increments. The pulse measurement can be started by pressing “Esc” button, and then selecting “Measurement” > “Run”, “Measurement Mode” > “Pulse” and finally “Auto-Setup” > “START”. The highlighted automatic measurement parameters in pulse mode are: Pulse width, Risetime, Falltime Period, Duty cycle, Pulse Period, Overshoot. The screenshot of pulse measurements by using the internal calibrator as a internal signal source is shown in Fig. 2Calibrator as an Internal Pulse GeneratorThe 1 GHz internal calibrator can also be driven by an external modulation source. An external pulse generator with TTL compat-ible output must be connected to the rear mounted BNC connector of the 4500B power meter labeled as “EXT PULSE”. The source for the calibrator output pulse modulation can be selected by pressing the “Calibrator” > “Pulse” > “Source” > “Ext” menu key to specify the calibrator output pulse is to be externally generated. Now if the internal calibrator is selected as a “Pulse” mode, the output will be pulse modulated by the external source. 故障检查过程: (1)“风速计1故障”、“风速计2故障”
首先从监控系统观察风速计有无数字显示或两个 风速计的风速信号是否一致,若无数字显示或显示不 一致,应就地检查控制面板中M4模块的数字是否正常 (一般为5位数),若数字显示为红色,则判断为风 速计本身故障;若数字显示为黑色但位数不正确或数 字不跳动,应上机检查,观察风速计是否在转动,若 风速计转动,紧固各个接口,观察此时显示还是不正 常;则判断为可能是风速计到模块的接线有问题或模 块坏了,再将各个接口处风速计1和风速计2的线逐一 对调后观察控制面板上的数字显示,将检查出的线更 坏,如果是模块损坏,则需更换新的模块。

(2)“风速计结冰” 可根据天气情况,若舱外温度很低,一般应检查加
热线是否接上,然后观察风速计是否在动;也可将两个 风速计的线对调后观察,若对调后正常,则可能是加热 线坏了,否则应检查是不是风速计本身损坏。 (3)“风向标故障”

� 整个Metasys ADS系统由操作 站、网络控制引擎、现场控制器组 成�一个典型的系统架构如下图所 示。
