一、设备用途WK-35挖掘机是我公司新近开发的大型矿用机械正铲式挖掘机。

在露天矿山单斗—汽车开采工艺系统中,它可与载重量为172t~263t的矿用自卸汽车相配套,适用于年产量1500万吨以上的大型露天煤矿、铁矿及有色金属矿山的剥离和物料采装作业。

为了适应国内外露天矿山采装设备大型化发展的趋势,我公司在现有矿用挖掘机系列产品的基础上,总结几十年设计、生产大型矿用挖掘机所积累的成功经验和失败的教训,结合消化、吸收国内外先进的设计和制造技术,采用国际先进的技术手段、技术方法、技术标准、工艺和材料处理方法以及最新发展的、已经被实践证明为成熟的交流变频和PLC控制技术,适时开发出了采用交流变频电机驱动的齿轮-齿条推压式大型矿用挖掘机。

该机从整体上提高了产品的技术水平和可靠性,为国内外广大露天矿山用户提供了综合性价比更高的产品。

二、设备简介WK-35挖掘机推压机构采用齿轮-齿条推压方式,铲斗采用焊接结构,斗体采用高强度钢板与高锰钢铸造斗唇焊接而成。

斗杆采用双梁、变截面和变板厚组合式高强度斗杆,推压齿条采用高锰钢铸造齿条。

起重臂采用单梁箱形焊接结构,根脚与回转平台采用大跨距销轴联接。

推压机构采用硬齿面圆柱齿轮传动,并配有力矩限制装置。

双脚支架前压杆和后拉杆采用板梁焊接结构。

绷绳装置采用四根等长的死绷绳结构。

回转平台采用箱形焊接结构。

提升机构采用硬齿面圆柱齿轮传动装置,提升钢丝绳采用单卷筒双钢丝绳缠绕方式。

回转机构采用立式硬齿面圆柱齿轮传动加一级行星齿轮传动装置,回转立轴采用简支梁支承结构。

辊盘的辊子采用圆锥形结构。

底架和履带架采用焊接结构。

履带行走装置采用多支点支承型式,驱动方式采用左、右履带单独驱动。

行走减速机采用硬齿面圆柱齿轮传动加二级行星齿轮传动,其第一级行星传动可与回转一级行星齿轮传动完全互换。

驱动轮、张紧轮、支重轮等采用合金钢或高锰钢铸件或锻件,履带板采用高锰钢铸件。

主要承载焊接结构件:如铲斗、斗杆、起重臂、双脚支架、回转平台、底架和履带架等均采用焊接性能好,低温冲击韧性高的低合金高强度调质或正火钢板和耐磨钢板。

产品介绍本厂生产的微装牌游乐挖掘机,是根据工程用挖掘机的工作原理设计开发的一款益智游乐设备,具有外观大方简洁、技术先进、工艺精湛、结实耐用、操作简便等特点。

本系列产品为电动液压工作系统,适用于公园、游乐场、广场、体验馆等场所。

主要性能参数产品执行标准使用方法一、将本机平稳放置在结实平整的地面使用膨胀螺栓固定,并且加装防护栏,防护栏距本身最近处应大于1.5米。

二、本机使用交流220v电源,请使用带有漏电保护开关和接地线的电源。

三、使用前须加注液压油,建议使用品牌液压油,油量须在液位计80-90中间。

四、工作装置连接部位应加注润滑油。

五、首次开机应连续启动停止三次以上,并空运行5分钟以上,以排除管路中的气体六、机器出场前都已调试正常,速度适中,如须调整速度请参照下方说明:1.调节设备速度,可调节液压阀上方的调压阀,顺时针旋转增大压力,逆时针旋转减小压力(为整机压力)2.调节单个动作的速度,可调节液压阀中间的调速阀,相应的工作指示灯下为每个单个动作,顺时针旋转减小压力,逆时针旋转为增大压力,旋转量因需要而定。

3.设备为360度旋转和静止两种模式,360度旋转速度可调节回转调速控制器上的旋钮,顺时针为加快,逆时针为减慢。

注意事项·请使用带有漏电保护和地线的三线电源。

·本机使用环境温度应在10-38℃,不适于可能有水喷溅的地方使用。

·本机应放置平稳,以防侧翻。

·冬天在室外工作时应空运转10分钟。

·须加装护栏,机器运转时禁止行人在护栏里走动。

·长期停用应切断电源。

·禁止幼儿在无人看护的情况下操作。

·经常检查设备的螺丝是否松动,销子是否脱落,定期给工作装置连接部加注润滑油。

1-2年根据油量性质决定是否更换液压轴。

故障排除星级售后服务本厂对产品负责到底,用户购买日起享受保修一年,对超过保修期或因为其他原因造成产品的损坏,不论时间多久,只要用户需要都给予维修和供应配件,本厂在维修后收取适量的工本费。

9、发现刮板链太松时要及时调紧,如果链条磨损后伸长,可以拆除相连的两小节。
10、斗齿磨损后要及时更换,以免损坏斗齿座。斗齿座损坏后要及时用气割切除,磨平后用506或507焊条焊上新的斗齿座。
11、刮板链驱动链轮磨损后应更换。更换时应把刮板链调整到最松的位置后拆开链条,先把链轮上的弹性销拆除,再把链轮开口处的焊接部位用火焰割开,链轮即可分成两块敲下来。换上新链轮,新弹性销后把两块链轮按原样焊好。

如每次停机后都存在此故障,请与我们的服务工程师联系。

3.1.2柴油机起动后:柴油机在油门档位对应的转速运转;当第一次操纵启动,直接进入默认值:模式工作为S;以后每次操纵重新启动时,系统模式工作回到S。

若在5秒内工作装置没有动做,则进入怠速转速运行(1400转/分)。

3.1.3在显示屏上通过“模式”按钮切换工作模式,当按住显示屏上的模式选择按钮时,在显示屏上以“S”、“H”、“L”、“B”、“S”的顺序显示,同时进入相应工作模式,最高转速及作业效率上就会有不同。

松开按钮时,显示定格,同时该模式生效。

3.2.1自动怠速自动怠速:显示屏上按键显示“小乌龟”为具有“自动怠速”功能。

当液压操纵杆回中位时间超过3.5秒。

KC-MB-10自动减少发动机油门开度,使发动机在1400转运转,当扳动操纵杆重新作业时,KM-MB-10立即控制发动机,使它迅速恢复到设定的工作速度。

显示器按键显示为“小兔子”。

此时为全速状态,发动机一直工作在油门档位设定的转速上。

3.2.2雨刮器开关1) 按下开关右侧以接通雨刮。

按下开关左侧以断开雨刮器。

检查原因。

如果开关一直开着,会损坏雨刮电机。

3.2.3喷水器开关⑴按下并压住开关右侧以启动前洗涤器。

按下开关时,洗涤液会从喷嘴喷出。

当放松开关后,洗涤器便会停止。

⑵如果洗涤器连续使用超过20秒,或使用中没有洗涤液喷出时,应立即切断开关,否则会导致电机损坏。

3.2.4工作灯开关按下工作灯开关右侧,则动臂左、右工作灯与旋转台工作灯亮,按下开关左侧以断开工作灯。

It is recommended that air pressure of these tools measure 90 PSI at the tool while running free.Higher pressure and unclean air will shorten the tool’s life because of faster wear and may create a hazardous condition.Water in the air line will cause damage to the tool.Drain the air tank daily. Clean the air inlet filterscreen on at least a weekly schedule. The recommended hook-up procedure can be viewed in Figure 2.The air inlet, Figure 1, used for connecting air supply, has standard 1/4" NPT American Thread.Line pressure should be increased to compensate for unusually long air hoses (over 25 feet). Minimum hose diameter should be 3/8" I.D. and fittings should have the same inside dimensionsAIR SUPPLYBefore operating this sander, it is important to ensure that the sanding pad is secure. To do this, hold the stop spanner on the gear shaft and turn the pad clockwise until tight.Note: Make sure dead handle is installed on appropriate side of sander for positive grip while operating tool.To change sanding discs: Remove retaining nut , place abrasive disk on sanding pad, then replace retaining nut. Again, make sure pad is tightened securely.Let the sander do the work. The normal weight of the machine is sufficient for efficient sanding. Do not put excessive pressure on the machine. This will only slow down the speed of the pad, reduce sanding efficiency and put an additional burden on the motor. Start the sander off the work, set it down on the work evenly and move it slowly back and forth in wide, overlapping areas. When finished sanding, lift it off the work before stopping the motor.OPERATIONTROUBLESHOOTINGLUBRICATION & MAINTENANCEWARRANTYLubricate the tool daily with a good grade of air tool oil. If no air line oiler is used, run a teaspoon of oil through the tool. The oil can be squirted into the tool air inlet, Figure 1, or into the hose at the nearest connection to the air supply, then run the tool. A rust inhibitive oil is acceptable for air tools.Matco warrants its air tools for a period of 1 year to the consumer. We will repair any air tool covered under this warranty which proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.In order to have your tool repaired, return the tool to any Matco Authorized Warranty Center, freight prepaid. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem. • 检查燃油位,加燃油
• 当加燃油时,不要让燃油溢出否则会 造成火灾。如果燃油溢出,要彻底擦 净。由于燃油是非常易燃和危险的, 故燃油附近严禁烟火。
• 1、打开燃油箱上的注油口盖 (F)。 • 2、检查燃油箱是否满,通过往油箱
里看和通过浮尺进 行检查。 • 3、如果油箱不满,通过注油口加油
• 1、打开机器上的发动机罩。 • 2、拔出油尺 (G)并用布把油擦掉。 • 3、将油尺 (G)完全插入油尺管,然后把油尺
拔出。 • 4、油位应在油尺 (G)上的 H 和 L 标记之间。
如果油位低于 L 标记,要通过注油口 (F)加油 。 • 5、如果油位高于 H 线,打开发动机油底壳底 部的排放阀(P),排掉多余的机油,然后再检 查油位。 • 6、如果油位合适,把注油口盖拧紧,关好发动 机罩。 • 发动机运转后检查油位时,应关闭发动机并等 待至少 15 分钟再进行检查。 如果机器是斜的 ,在检查前要使机器保持水平。

• 开始操作前或换操作人员以后,要调整座椅位置。使 操作人员在背靠座椅的情况下可以自由方便地操作操 纵杆和开关。
• 调整后视镜的安装,以便可以看到机器后方左、右侧 的人 。
• 在使用安全带前,要检查安全带托架或安全带的安装 有无异常。如果安全带磨损或损坏,要进行更换。
• 3、拆下油水分离器上端的排气螺塞 (5)。 • 4、松开油水分离器底部的排放阀(1),把
水和沉积物排入容 器。 • 5、 松开排气螺塞 (5),往滤芯壳体 (3)
内添加燃油,当燃 油从排气螺塞 (5)流出 时,拧紧排气螺塞 (5)。

挖掘机操作说明书
一、操作前准备
1. 确保挖掘机安全稳定地停在平坦的地面上,并拉起手刹。

2. 检查液位是否在正常范围内,包括发动机机油、水箱、燃油和液压油。

二、启动挖掘机
