本节课课型是单词课,在新授单词时有注重利用语篇进行教学,利用了学生喜爱的动漫人物进行情境创设,让学生从语篇中去感知单词的音形意,而且各个流程环环相扣,自然衔接,学生最后也能做到把知识内化为能力输出。但在实际教学中,新授单词环节显得较为枯燥,要进一步加强营造轻松愉快的教学氛围,一些课堂用语学生处于半猜半懂的状态,因此也要精炼教师课堂用语。

(三)趣味操练 (Practice)
1.小组比赛。教师出示一张词卡,如library,组内学生依次说出与该词有关的其它单词,如:flowers,red,colour,trees等,这样既复习了学过的单词,也为继续学习Let’s do打下基础。
2.瞧Let’s do的图片(没有文字),让学生仔细瞧动作,然后跟着声音做动作。播放声音,教师指导学生做出正确的动作。然后分组进行练习,采用组与组竞赛的方式,可以就是做动作猜句子并说出单词,也可以就是听声音,做动作。让其她的组的学生进行评价。评价包括动作就是否准确、到位、优雅等。
2.播放本课的录音Let’s learn A, 教读生词。教师可引入句型“It’s on the first floor、为下一课时进一步学习序数词做铺垫。通过教师领读与听音跟读,让学生掌握本课时四个生词的正确读音。在练习library的发音时,可复习已学过的含辅音连缀的单词,如ice-cream, brother, friend, hungry。
2.播放本课录音Let’s talk 部分。教师可以就对话内容提一些问题,如:How many American friends are there? What do you do in the playground? 在提问与回答的过程中,将难点各个击破。
3.进行模仿或跟读练习,注意提醒学生this与that中“th”的发音要咬舌头。

四、课前准备:录音机单词卡挂图五、教学过程:1、Geetting ready:教师事先从报刊杂志上收集公寓套间中各种不同房间的图片(如难以找到,可用本教材的图画卡片代替)。
T:(展示一张卧室的图片)Look、It’s a bedroom、Repeat、Bedroom、[Ss: Bedroom、]用同样新方法呈现单词living room 与dining room、让学生瞧着课文。
T:Let’s listen to the tape/di sc and read the story、要求学生一边听录音一边用手指,课文中的句子。
T: Let’s listen again and repeat、播放录音,逐句暂停,让学生跟读。
鼓励学生尽量模仿录音中不同角色的语气语调。
让学生分成四人小组,并安排她们分别扮演Dad, Gogo, Tony, Jeny的角色。

T:(指着厨房的图片)Kitchen, repeat、[Ss: Kitchen]将卡片翻过来,显示单词的一面,并用手指从左到右在单词下划线。
