G-20安全预警仪用户手册Ver 22.4.1一、配件主机车载充电器(输出12V 1A)支架USB数据线二、结构按键说明M键:菜单键,用于系统功能的切换。
左/右键:用于各种功能的设定及声音设定。
显示器:主要显示时间、速度、距离、方向及各功能显示。
电源接口:车载充电器接口USB接口:可连接电脑下载数据三、安装方法1、请将本机配送的支架放置在仪表板上的适当位置。
2、将主机与支架连接。
3、将车载充电器插入点烟器口。
4、将DC头插入本机电源接口,本产品开机运行。
显示屏上的字符方向,此操作可解决按支架方式安装主机可能出现的字符倒立的现象。
五、 系统功能设定 1、基本功能在一般模式下,连续按M 键可进行速度设定、超速设定(定速巡航功能)、模式设定、感度设定、亮度设定、速度补偿,通过左/右键调节设定,同时播报语音。
如图:提示:速度补偿指根据不同车型咪表的误差差异值不同,用户可自行调整咪表与本机显示速度差异。
2、声音设定正常使用情况下,直接按左/右键可调节音量大小,共有4个音量级,其中0表示静音。
3、返回功能在任何按键菜单提示下,无按键操作超过7秒钟,返回工作界面。
4、一键恢复在开机状态下,长按M键5秒钟,设备自动恢复到出厂设置。
※速度设定:在自设速度限值以下,自动静音功能,若车速在自设速度限值以上,收到雷达讯号或检测到照相点信息时,则会发出语音警报。
※超速设定:用户设定速度内本机无超速警告提示,车子在设定速度值以上,则语音警告提示超速,本功能为定速巡航功能。
※若主机已与卫星讯号连接时,荧幕时间显示中间“:”则会呈现持续闪烁状态。
※若主机未与卫星讯号连接时,荧幕时间显示中间“:”则不会有闪烁状态。

显微镜观察纤维形态结构一、实验目的:1、了解显微镜的结构原理,并正确使用显微镜2、应用显微镜观察和认识各种纤维表面及断面形态二、使用主要仪器和材料显微镜、Y172型纤维切片器、载玻片、盖玻片、各种纤维三、基本知识介绍1、介绍纤维的纵向形态特征,棉天然卷曲扁平带状,羊毛表面有鳞片,桑蚕丝平滑透明,宽度不匀,苎麻有横节竖纹粘胶纵向有沟槽等;截面形态特征棉腰圆形有中腔,桑蚕丝不规则三角形,羊毛为圆形或接近圆形、有毛髓,苎麻腰圆形、有中腔及裂缝等。
合成纤维截面形态依喷丝孔的形状而定。
2、显微镜结构显微镜结构可分为光学系统和机械系统两部分,光学系统:通常有反光镜、旋转光圈、物镜、目镜,机械装置包括镜脚载物台、镜臂、镜筒、物镜转换装置、粗动调焦装置、微动调焦装置等。
各种显微镜光学系统基本相同,但机械装置可能有差异。
四、实验方法和步骤1、试样准备(1)观察纤维纵向特征A 取一小束试样,手整理平直,用右手姆指和食指夹取约10根左右纤维,将夹取的纤维放在载玻片上,盖上盖玻片。
B 在盖玻片的两对角线上各滴一滴蒸馏水,使盖玻片和载玻片粘着以增加视野的清晰度。
(2)观察纤维截面特征(制作纤维切片)A 取Y172型纤维切片器,松开螺丝,取出销子,将螺座转到与座板城垂直(或取下),将底板分开。
B 将整理平直的纤维束嵌入切片器底板的狭缝内,合上底板,在用刀片切去露在底板正反面外的纤维,将螺座恢复到原来底板位置,先用销子将螺座固定,然后旋紧螺丝。
C 顺时针旋转螺丝上的刻度二格,用刀片切去被顶出的纤维,然后正式旋转一格半,用玻璃棒将火棉胶涂在漏出纤维上,待其干固。
D 用刀片把切片器上已被火棉胶包固的纤维切下,将切下的试样放到载玻片上,盖上盖玻片。
2、观察纤维(1)将准备好的试样,放在载物台上,使试样对准物镜。
(2)选用低倍物镜,转动粗调装置,将物镜下移至最低位置,不要使物镜触及盖玻片。
(3)用一目自目镜下视,转动粗调装置缓缓升起镜筒至见到物像时停止,再用微调装置调节选用低倍物镜,使物像清晰。

目前弹性纤维有聚氨酯、聚醚酯、聚烯烃、PTT 及双组分复合卷曲聚酯纤维等[2]。
氨纶为开发最早,应用最为广泛的高弹性纤维,它是聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的简称,1962年由美国杜邦公司实现大规模工业化生产,并命名为Lycra(莱卡)。
中国氨纶生产起步于20世纪80年代末,虽起步晚但发展较快,代表公司为烟台氨纶股份有限公司、浙江华峰氨纶股份有限公司等。

三原组织织物拉伸力学性能有限元仿真李瑛慧;谢春萍;刘新金【摘要】为使织物在设计前就可预估其拉伸性能,对织物拉伸过程进行了有限元模拟和试验验证.通过超景深数码显微镜对织物试样的细观照片进行尺寸测量,得到纱线的几何结构参数,借助AutoCAD绘图软件建立了三原织物单胞物理模型;基于纱线拉伸试验和织物周期边界条件理论,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究了三原织物的拉伸性能;并将有限元仿真结果与拉伸试验结果进行对比.结果表明:织物经向拉伸时,经向平均应力、经向平均应变、纬向平均应变和泊松比的有限元模拟结果与试验结果的差异均在5%左右;经向弹性模量的有限元模拟结果与试验结果的差异也在10%以内;证明有限元仿真的可行性.%In order to predict the tensile properties of fabrics, numerical simulations of fabric tensile process were studied by using finite element method, and corresponding experiment verification was presented. The geometry parameters of the fabrics were obtained by observing the morphology of the fabrics by means of super depth of field digital microscope VHX-5000 . The mechanical unit-cell models of the three-elementary weave were built by AutoCAD. Then, based on the experiment of yarn tensile and the periodic boundary conditions, the tensile properties of the three-elementary weave were studied using ANSYS software. Results of numerical simulations and experiments were compared. The results indicate that when fabrics are stretched along the warp direction, the error of warp average stress, warp average strain, weft average strain and poisson ratio between the simulated and the experimental results are all about 5%. 一、概述电子单纱强力机用于测定棉、毛、麻等单纱断裂强力和断裂伸长率,可作等速拉伸试验。
测试结果由中文液晶显示器显示,或打印出拉伸试验报告。
适用标准GB/T3916-1997,GB/T14344-1993。

四、操作方法4.1将仪器放在稳固的工作台上,主机底盘四只底脚螺丝上垫上防震橡胶圈,并校正水平,控制箱、打印机接好电源线,控制箱与主机之间连好电缆。

如果没有数字显示,而只是显示:0000,则可以用小的一字螺丝刀调节以下“线路板示图”中的顺时针或逆时针都可以调节的,直到调出以上相应的数值即可(五,六十都可以的),************************0060*************************然后再按一下“标定“键,“去皮键”,关电源。

2,放一个200g的砝码(附件),看一下液晶屏幕上“强力”的位置上是显示多少,正常情况下应该显示196CN左右,稍有偏差是允许的,如果没有达到这个值,则可以调节“线路板示图”中的□2号电位器,调节的方法和以上调节□1号电位器是一样的,调到到相应的数字就可以了。

佛山市三水山龙纺织印染厂有限公司摘要:本文主要是通过使用原位矿化染色新技术展开关于纯棉筒子纱活性染料染色试验,试验结果表明,该项新技术的应用可将用水量以及蒸汽量降低至40.56%、30.24%;染色废水CODCr、染色废水BOD5低至69.99%、79.18%;染色废水氨氮总量呈现增加趋势,增至468.93%;且降低49.89%左右的染色废水色度及36.55%的染色废水总磷含量,节省电能、蒸汽量消耗。
关键词:筒子染色;原位矿化;纯棉筒子纱引言:目前,传统的棉纤维活性染料染色加工面临着耗水量以及排污量加大的问题。
为改善此类问题,开始使用原位矿化染色加工技术。
该项技术不仅可以大幅度缩减用水量,同时也能够达到深度节能降耗的作用。
在相同的染浴温度下循环15-30分钟,添加矿化剂XBC和矿化剂XYS,转化废弃染料以及有机污染物为二氧化碳和水,消解附着在被染纤维上的废弃染料,降低染色残浴的污染负荷,后续不需要耗费大量的水进行清洗,本文主要是以某原位矿化染色生产为例,对比传统染色工艺以及原位矿化染色工艺。
一、试验部分(一)材料、试剂及仪器第一,文章所使用的材料包含14.76 tex纯棉筒子纱;第二,试剂包含七种为安诺素活性橙YQ-B、安诺素活性红YQ- B 、丽源深黑EXFH/C、代碱剂M- 231P、矿化剂XGA、矿化剂XBC、矿化剂XYS等;第三,设备包括设备COS-166节水型筒子纱染色机、DY型耐洗色牢度测试仪、Y571B型摩擦色牢度测试仪、YG020A型电子强力机、LXLGR-100E 水流量表、LFX-25分流旋翼式蒸汽流量计[1]。
(二)染色工艺在染色设备中放入700千克纯棉筒子纱,维持30℃染浴温度,并加入软水展开纯棉筒子纱的传统染色与原位矿化染色工艺。

一、仪器特点及用途
YG020A型电子单纱强力机是我公司根据单纱试验方法、弹性回复试验方法、国际标准以及国家标准,结合我国纺织行业的特点而专门设计制造。
仪器采用计算机处理报表,液晶屏幕直接显示测试数据,并打印输出测试报告,同时仪器也可与电脑连接,实现数据的保存、试验曲线打印等功能(电脑选购)。
仪器符合GB/T3916-1997、ISO2062-1993、ASTM、JIS、BS等国内外常用测试标准,适用于棉、毛、麻、丝、化纤等纤维纯纺和混纺纱线及钨(钼)丝的断裂强度及断裂伸长率的测试。

1、YG020A系列电子单纱强力机的键盘定义
如图2所示:“点升”、“点降”键控制下夹持器的点升和点降运动;
“+(加一)”、“-(减一)”键在设置参数值时,用来
改变参数值;
“清零”键在试验界面,用来清除皮重;
“剔除”键在试验界面,用来剔除认为无效的试验数据;
“选择”键用来移动光标,选择参数项;
“确定”键用来进入选项或者执行选中的操作(进入
试验选项、重新试验、续前试验打印、删除等);
“停止/退出”键退出选项或使下夹持器运动停止;
“启动”键用来启动下夹持器,进行试验;
“电源”键用来打开电源和关闭电源。
2、 YG020A电子强力机的键盘操作
第一步:插上电源插座,打开电源开关,此时液晶屏显示图3界面,按任意键进入试验类型选择界面,如图4;

第二步:如图4,按“选择”键选择试验类型,按“确定”键进入选中类型,如图5;

后,再按“启动”键进行试验,如图10;在此菜单界面:“清零”键用来清除皮重;“剔除”键用来剔除您认为无效的试验数据。
当试验到最后一次的次数后,上夹头在做完试验后并不回复至原挟持点,必须再次按“启动”按键重新寻找挟持点后再做以下试验,这样能减少由于试验次数增多而可能造成的积累误差。

第六步:按“停止/退出”键退出试验菜单界面,按“选择”键选择检索菜单,按“确定”键进入检索菜单界面,如图11;按“选
择”键选择“上页”、“下页”,按“确定”键进行翻页查看各
次试验结果。

第七步:按“停止/退出”键退出检索菜单,按“选择”键选择统计菜单,按“确定”键进入统计菜单界面,如图12;按“选择”

执行删除命令。
打开打印机时,请务必先打开仪器,强烈推荐打印机在用时
打开,不用时关闭。

第八步:做完一种试验类型后,如果想切换到其他试验类型,需按停止/退出键,显示到如图7的试验界面,再按选择键,选中其
他选项后,按确定键进入其他的试验种类选择界面,如图13。
按选择键选择你要切换到的试验类型,按确定键进入你所选
中的试验,操作过程如步骤二。

第九步:试验结束后,关闭仪器电源。
五、仪器的安装及调试
1、本仪器采用整台立放装箱,在搬运过程中,不许将木箱侧卧,严禁木箱倒置。
2、仪器在运输及拆箱过程中,应尽量防止受到冲击或剧烈震动,
在开箱时应先拆箱盖,然后取下四侧箱壁。
3、仪器应安放在清洁干燥的环境中,基础稳固无震动,环境温
度为 20±3℃,相对湿度≤65%。

4、仪器安装完毕后,必须细心擦试干净,并在各金属表面涂擦
洁净的防锈机油。
5、水平位置调整:仪器安放后须调整至水平位置,具体方法为:
调整底座下方的四只底脚的高低,使仪器目测水平即可。
六、仪器的保养
a)仪器出厂之前已对强力示值进行校准,非专业检定维修人员,
不得任意拆卸仪器的任何部件,否则,会使仪器测力失准。
b)注意上夹钳受力应小于仪器的满量程示值,切忌上夹持器承受
力的冲击,否则容易损坏测力传感器。
c)做好仪器清洁、保养工作,及时对齿轮箱、导向杆加润滑油。
d)定期做好仪器的检定工作,以确保仪器测量值的准确性。
e)非专业维修、检定人员不得拆动仪器,每次拆修后必须进行计
量性能检定,以免产生仪器失准现象。
f)测试过程中,如不使用打印机,请关闭打印机。
