一个外国人看中了这幅画，想买，就问：“多少钱?”那个人说：“500美元。
”外国人觉得太贵，便说：“能不能少点儿呢?”那个人说：“不能少!”一边说，一边将画撕碎了。
外国人吃了一惊：“年轻人，你怎么撕了它呢?多可惜呀!500美元不卖，少点儿也行呀!你是生气了吧?”
那个人平静地说道：“先生，我没有生气，这画我要价500美元，说明我认为它值500美元，你跟我讲价，不愿出500美元，说明在你眼里它不值这个数，也认为它不好。
所以，我要再接再厉，撕了它，重画，直到顾客认可为止。
”
那时，那个人还不是大师，是个普通的青年。
那个人当时太穷了，太需要钱了，可他没有降低自己追求的标准，没有让物质的诱惑干扰他的最高追求。
他追求的不是钱，是艺术的境界。
假如是常人，他会能卖多少卖多少，先换到钱再说。
就是这个心态，使这个青年日后成为一代雕塑大师，当上了中国美术馆馆长，主持雕塑“人民英雄纪念碑”上的浮雕，留下了许多传世经典雕塑作品。
这个人就是一代宗师刘开渠。
是什么成就了大师?是心态。

大家好。
今天我要讲的是《为梦想而奋斗》。
高尔基说过;“当大自然剥夺了人类用四肢爬行的能力时，又给了他一根拐杖，这就是梦想!“梦想是人生的太阳”德莱特的这句话至今仍是很多人的座右铭。
梦想，不仅是一个美好的名词，更是人活一世奋斗努力的目标，倘若没有了这个目标，人生也会随之黯然失色。
奥运史上第一个独得三枚田径金牌的女子是美国的威尔玛·鲁道夫，她辉煌的成绩足以令世人感叹，可她曾经被医生判定为终生残疾，曾经有六年不会走路。
年幼的威尔玛立志要成为最优秀的田径运动员，这个可望而不可即的梦想激励着她不顾别人的嘲讽，日复一日年复一年的努力，终于赢得了鲜花和掌声，创造了辉煌的奇迹。
梦想，这一盏不灭的灯趋走了威尔玛心灵的阴影，照亮了她前进的方向。
人生之路不是一马平川，也不是鲜花碧草铺就，困苦挫折在所难免。
但只要有梦想这盏不灭的灯相伴，就能冲破迷惘，步入灿烂的里程。
毛主席年轻时借问大地谁主沉浮，可谓是鸿鹄之志比天高。
但如果不去努力，不带领中国人民前仆后继，英勇奋战，哪来的新中国的成立，哪来的今天的幸福生活。
歌德说过：“人人心中有盏灯，强者经风不熄，弱者遇风即灭。
这盏灯，就是梦想。
”梦想之灯虽然美好，但也是虚无缥缈的。
若想让梦想之灯放出光芒，需要付出艰辛的劳动甚至是一生的努力。
前人说得好：有志之人立长志，无志之人常立志。
据于梦想而不去奋斗的人是平庸的，他们像阿q一样整天处在幻想之中，把未来的生活打扮得五光十色，然而却只能是雾里看花，海市蜃楼罢了。
因此，单单手执梦想之灯是不够的，更需要你汗水凝成的灯油与奋斗汇成的火焰。
没有梦想的人，就像一艘无舵的孤舟，终将被大海吞没;不肯为梦想奋斗的人，就像一颗黑夜的流星，不知会陨落何方。
寻找你的梦想之灯并将它点亮!

亲爱的老师同学们：
大家早上好!
今天我很荣幸能够和大家一起度过这美好的周一清晨。
今天我讲话的题目是《我的梦想》。
因为缘分我们九个来到了XX二中，初来乍到，对这里的情况一无所知，我们只知道：未来半年的顶岗实习生活将是我们九个一起肩并肩走过。
但是令我们庆幸的是二中的领导和老师们给了我们许多帮助，他们不厌其烦的给我们介绍学校里的情况，不仅关心我们的生活，还认真告诉我们有关教学及班级管理的一些方法，使得我们在教学工作上能够得心应手，同学们也非常配合我们的工作。
在这里我代表顶岗实习临西二中小分队感谢学校的领导老师和同学们。
时间如白驹过隙，转瞬即逝，四个月的时间，悄悄在上课间溜走，在自习时跑掉，但我们的顶岗梦在一步一步的实现。
顶岗梦是我们的中国梦，前些日子，提出的中国梦，征集中小学生的中国梦是党的号召，很多学生积极参与到此活动中来，纷纷写下自己的中国梦。
有的同学写到：长大后我要当一名医生，有的同学写到长大后我要成为一名人民教师;还有的写到长大后要考上一个好大学，做一个对社会有用的人……但是梦想不只是挂在嘴边上说说的，我们更应该拿出实际行动，为了自己的梦想努力奋斗。
常言道，“一分耕耘，一分收获”，有了辛勤的劳动，我们才会有成果，不劳而获的事情是不存在的。
许多的伟人名家，他们都是从青少年时期发愤努力，立志成才的：爱迪生因为勤奋才有一千多种伟大的科学发明;毛泽东在青少年时期就经常博览群书，把仅有的一点点伙食费拿去买书，为此常常饿肚子，过着吃不饱、穿不暖的日子。
美国科学家富兰克林小时候没钱读书，就借，常常争分夺秒地阅读，困了就用冷水洗脸，第二天准时还书，被称为“读书谜”。
还有革命家孙中山先生也曾说“一天不读书，便不能生活”，但是有些同学，对于学习不感兴趣，把学习当成一种苦差事;有些同学在学习困难和落后时往往垂头丧气，心灰意冷。
同学们!暂时的落后并不可怕，可怕的是思想上的自甘落后，精神上的萎靡不振。
鲁迅说过：真正可贵的是在比赛场中远远落后而仍然坚持跑到最后的人。
学习就是一种长跑。
当成绩不大如意之时，决不能轻言退却，一定要努力，努力，再努力!不达目标誓不罢休!
这样坚持下去，肯定会有成功的一天。
请相信，只要努力学习，奋力拚搏，立志成才，我们的生命会更加灿烂辉煌。
梦想，是走向成功的伴侣，是战胜困难的利剑，是达向理想彼岸的舟楫。
有了它，就迈出了成功的第一步;有了它，就走上了义无反顾的追求路。
勤奋，是梦想进取中折射出的生命灵光，是孜孜追求路途中永恒的生命潮汐，是成功碑塔下第一块灵活辩证的基石。
可爱的同学们，有了梦想，才会拥有自我，才会拥有成功，才会拥有辉煌灿烂的人生。
