摘要
随着建筑行业各项技术的不断进步,我国十二五规划将建筑信息模型技术写入建筑信息化建设发展纲要,可见BIM技术的发展和应用对工程管理的重要性。BIM代表了信息技术在建筑业中应用的新方向,BIM技术可以消除可能导致工期拖延的设计隐患,提高项目实施中的管理效率,保证项目工程进度,控制工程成本,实现工程项目精细化管理。
本次设计采用案例分析法,以BIM系列软件中的斯维尔相关软件为基础,根据图纸建立一个立体的三维模型,包括土建、装饰以及钢筋部分,然后利用三维模型输出的工程量对该工程进行造价计算。通过对BIM斯维尔相关软件的操作,了解BIM技术的内涵,加强识图以及编制招标控制价的能力。在毕业设计过程之中,小组成员团结协作,顺利完成了对图纸的三维建模以及计价,更完成该项目投标报价书的编制。
随着社会信息化程度的不断加深,工程造价管理的信息化已成必然趋势。在信息调整膨胀的今天,工程造价越来越依赖计算机手段,其竞争从某种意义上讲已成为信息战,现有计价模式难以实现信息化趋势,因此BIM 必将是未来建筑业发展的趋势。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of the technology in the construction industry, China's second Five-Year Plan to build the construction information model technology into the building information construction and development of the outline, we can see the development and application of BIM technology importance of project management. BIM represents the new direction of application of information technology in the construction industry. BIM technology can eliminate the design hidden dangers that may lead to the delay of construction period, improve the management efficiency in the project implementation, ensure the project progress, control the project cost and realize the fine management of the project.
This design is based on the case analysis method, based on the Sage software in the BIM series software, according to the drawings to establish a three-dimensional three-dimensional model, including civil, decoration and steel parts, and then use the three-dimensional model output of the project on the project Cost calculation. Through the operation of BIM-related software, we can understand the connotation of BIM technology, strengthen the ability of mapping and the ability to prepare tender control price. In the process of graduation design, team members work together to successfully complete the three-dimensional modeling of drawings and pricing, but also to complete the project tender offer book.
With the deepening of the degree of social information, engineering cost management information has become an inevitable trend. In the information adjustment expansion today, the project cost more and more dependent on computer means, its competition in a sense has become information warfare, the existing pricing model is difficult to achieve information trends, so BIM will be the future development trend of the construction industry.
