村田贴片电感配料性能参数村田代理商2019-01-08主要参数:1.电感的尺寸。

0402,0603 等,要注意是厘米标注,还是英寸标注,电感尺寸标注各家公司不一致,村田公司有时一种标注方式,有时两种标注方式都有。

如无特别声明,一般指英寸标注。

2.电感的感值。

电感基本参数是电感量,主要单位:亨利(H)、豪亨利(mH)、微亨利(uH),它们之间的关系:1H=1000mH=1000000uH3.电感的额定电流。

分两种一种为根据电感值变化的额定电流(感值变化30%),根据电感升温的额定电流(电感升温40 度或以下,最终温度低于125 摄氏度)。

有时只给出一种,说明另外一种额定电流不是限制因素。

除了这些以外,了解客户电感的使用场合、使用电感的作用、电感的结构是必须的,否则配出的料可能不准确。

次要参数:4.有时会对感量误差有一定要求。

5.直流电阻6.自谐振频率电感配料比较复杂,根据构造不同,可以分为绕线型,叠层型和薄膜型,根据适应电路不同可以分为100MHz 以上射频用,100Mhz 以下一般用,电源线用。

各分类方式产品适应有重叠。

电源线、一般电路用推荐LQH(绕线型铁氧磁体芯,扼流用,电磁屏蔽型扼流用)系列或LQM(叠层型铁氧磁体芯,直流电源扼流用)系列,主要用于电压转换,扼流,谐振电路,一般滤波电路。

射频电感推荐LQW_H LQH_H 系列(绕线性铁氧磁体芯),LQW_A 系列(绕线型非磁性材料),LQG 系列(叠层型非磁性材料),LQP 系列(薄膜型非磁性材料),主要用于阻抗匹配,高频滤波电路,射频扼流。

绕线型无线电频率用射频电感器特性为高Q 值,大感值。

中频用绕线型射频电感器主要特性为高Q 值。

叠层型射频电感器主要特性为工业标准设计。

薄膜型射频电感器主要特性为尺寸小,高Q 值。

自谐振频率(SRF: Self-Resonant Frequency)的定义由上图可知:1、当频率低于自谐振频率(SRF)时,电感感抗随频率增加而增加;2、当频率等于自谐振频率(SRF)时,电感感抗达到最大值;3、当频率高于自谐振频率(SRF)时,电感感抗随频率增加而减小;电感的应用场景1、当电感作为扼流电感(扼流圈/扼流器)使用时(如射频放大器输出端的直流供电电感),应该让信号的最高频率在电感自谐振频率处,考虑电感误差,电感自谐振频率应略大于信号最高频率。
