感谢您能来参加孩子的期中家长会，我是英语刘老师。
今天我主要讲三点一、班级学生状况我们班同学整体学习状况良好，通过一二年级攀登英语的学习，我们班绝大多数同学都对英语产生了浓厚的学习兴趣，升到三年级后学习外研版教材，很多同学觉得有些知识是学过的，就放松了警惕，没有认真地投入到学习中去。
之前的英语仅限于听说，但现在不仅要会听说，还要会认读。
也就是看到单词或句子要认识，会读并知道是什么意思。
三年级刚开始不久，我发现有很多同学还没有认读的意识。
对话没问题，但就是见到句子不会读。
另外，由于一二年级英语不作为考试科目，有些学生认为英语不重要。
到了三年级，很多孩子还没有转变这个观念，课上听听说说玩玩就过了，课后不积极主动也不认真完成作业，导致考试成绩不理想。
二、两次考试成绩分析第一次月考只考三个模块，内容也相对简单，很多都是一二年级学过的知识，我们班有十多名学生考了一百分，多数九十分以上，只有一个不及格。
期中考试不仅增加了听力，笔试容量也增大，最后的阅读题难度较大，以致此次满分人数寥寥无几。
翻阅试卷，错误率最高的是基础知识题。
三、需要家长的配合为您的孩子制订一份近期学习计划，如每周，每月学到多少知识，每次考试达到多少分或进步多少。
千万不要打击孩子，十句批评不抵一句鼓励。
为孩子创造一个良好的学习英语的环境，包括教辅书，习题书，点读笔等。
家长不懂英语或工作繁忙没关系，请家长每天抽出一定时间关心孩子督促孩子按时完成老师布置的作业，包括笔头书写、听录音、课文朗读背诵等。
我也会把每天的作业发到家长群里，方便家长及时了解。
如果家长方便，在孩子作业上签名，对孩子也是个很好的鼓励方式。
住校生，如果是朗读背诵作业，我安排了小老师来督促。
成绩在分以下的学生，我都安排了小老师帮助他，我也会抽查“一帮一”的效果。
学习外语要持之以恒，英语作为第二语言，没有母语接触得多，所以必须坚持每天抽出—分钟时间听录音，读单词课文。

我是三年级的英语任课教师，我姓王。
今天我想就三年级的英语教学和这半学期在教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。
先说说本学期英语学习的内容：1、____个字母大小写，会说会写，并且在书写英文字母时会正确书写顺序;在初学英语的阶段掌握好____个字母的听说读写，这对我们今后所要接触的大量的词汇的听说读写很重要。
2、课本后的单词表，颜色越深表示越重要。
这就要同学们回家去复习，消化这些单词。
词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。
3、课文中的对话，日常交际用语。
不要求每个同学都会背，但是要求熟练，流畅的读出来，说出来。
4、听力训练：试卷中听力题的比重占三分之二。
所以说每天的听录音跟读任务还是不容忽视的。
三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。
其实要学好英语，课上占____%，其余的____%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。
在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。
但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。
况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。
大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
所以这也造成英语成绩两极分化十分严重，无论是每次的听写小测试还是刚刚结束的期中考试，有的同学____分的成绩，而有的同学只有三、四十分的成绩。
所以请家长一定要从现在起重视孩子的英语学习，不然到了五六年级补都来不及了。
可是，每个班总会有一部分不自觉的学生不能按时完成作业、不能背诵课文、不做回家作业、更不能正确的听写出课文的单词……，通常为了让孩子有个适应过程，我教得很慢，并且上英语课之前都安排班上读音清晰，准确的同学上台来带领全班同学读学过的课文和单词，照理说有足够的时间，可以课课过关了，可是出乎我意料的是有几个同学连第一课几个句子都不会背。

We've started doing little things like changing the phone's language settings to English or putting TVs and movies in English audio with subtitles. Pro tip for any other 3rd graders out there: the blueberry scene is way grosser in the book!Another highlight has definitely been the Mystery Reader days where a surprise guest comes in and reads us a book. Even though she didn't end up approving the extra recess, she said our letters were very well-written and organized.My personal favorite writing assignment was when we got to write fictional stories based on pictures that Mrs. Smith put together into books for us. I wrote about a girl who finds a magic seashell at the beach that grants her wishes. It was so much fun to use my creativity and imagination!We've also been working on our speaking and listening skills through partner discussions, oral presentations, and group projects. Sometimes we'll read a short play out loud with assigned roles, or have debates about questions like "Which is better - winter or summer?"Just last month, we got into groups and each group had to research and give a presentation about one of the U.S. states. My group studied Hawaii and we taught the class about its geography, history, culture, and traditions. I really enjoyed learning about the Hawaiian language and how to do some hula dancing!Looking ahead to the second half of the year, we'll start learning more about grammar. I'm honestly not very excited about diagramming sentences, but Mrs. Smith promises to make it more interesting by relating it to our reading. For example, we'll analyze the grammar of some of our favorite book quotes.We'll also begin doing more research projects where we have to use different sources and take notes before synthesizing the information to write reports. I'm looking forward to choosing my own topics to explore for these longer assignments.Overall, I've learned so much already in English this year and I know we still have a lot more ahead of us. My reading and writing skills have grown so much thanks to the engaging lessons and activities Mrs. Smith plans for us. 通过这次考试能发现，那些学生平时学的比较扎实，而那些学生不够扎实，哪些同学进步了，哪些同学退步了。
接下来通过考试谈谈英语学习，英语教材是相互衔接的，如果你以前的英语没有学好，那相对来说，你现在学的比较累；同样的，如果你现在不好学英语，那将来的英语学习也就会比较困难。
现在小学英语，如果有心的家长仔细看的话，会发现小学英语词汇量还是比较大的。
所以，我们只有现在打好基础，才不会导致英语越学越难，越学越差。
这次三年级成绩低的同学重点就是26个字母不过关，其实，这点是我最想不通的，字母是最早学的，上课背诵、默写，听写，家庭作业让抄写，默写，是用时最长的，结果还是有的孩子写不全，乱写，字母书写格式不正确，字母记忆不熟，书序书写错乱。
请这部分孩子的家长在家多多督促孩子，尽快把字母记熟、写会。
听力部分大部分同学做的都不错，三年级的单词量大，我们有一些听音选词题，有些同学单词没记清楚就会直接导致选不出，连线题也是同样的，不明白单词的意思，很难做出正确的连线。
这学期，我在课堂上教单词时，重在交给学生记单词的方法，课后再次布置家长负责听写，巩固单词，课上我会再次检查单词记忆情况。

作为孩子们的英语老师，我很荣幸地和诸位家长共同探讨孩子的学习情况，发言中如有不当之处，敬请各位家长批评指正。
首先，我认为英语学科是一门换换相扣的学科。
三年级是孩子英语学习的初始阶段，孩子们都处在同一起跑线上，一开始不好好学，学不好，那将来的英语学习就，为了孩子以后的学习更容易，我们家长朋友要想学校一样，重视孩子的英语学习。
经过半期的英语学习，学生与学生之间已经有了些差距，一些好的学生学习积极性极高，课堂能积极思考，踊跃发言，课后能及时巩固，形成了良性循环的好势头。
