中小企业融资的现状与出路

摘要

从改革开放初期到现在，我国社会发展迅速，经济飞速前行。与此同时，中小企业也得到了短期内快速的提升，同时随着中小企业的提升推动了我国经济的进一步发展。因为中小企业整体竞争能力比较弱，筹资能力不强，资金来源渠道还是相对的狭窄，使得我国中小企业在经营过程中存在资金不足且融资难的难题。中小企业亟需寻找适合的融资形式。但由于其本身的特点影响，导致在中小企业融资过程中出现许多问题，影响中小企业健康的发展。因此，以中小企业做为研究目标，来探讨研究如何解决中小企业在进行融资时面对的问题。

本文依照我国中小企业融资现状来对我国中小企业融资所存在的难点进行分析，并提出相关建议，以针对性的方式来解决融资时遇到的问题，更好的推动我国中小企业的提升和发展。

Abstract:From the initial stage of reform and opening up to the present, China's society has developed rapidly and its economy is advancing rapidly. At the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises have been rapidly promoted in the short term, and with the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, the further development of China's economy has been promoted. Because the overall competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively weak, the ability to raise funds is not strong, and the source of funds is relatively narrow, which makes it difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises in China to raise funds. Small and medium-sized enterprises urgently need to find suitable financing forms. However, due to its own characteristics, there are many problems in the financing process of SMEs, affecting the healthy development of SMEs. Therefore, taking small and medium-sized enterprises as the research objective, this paper explores how to solve the problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in financing.

According to the financing status of SMEs in China, this paper analyses the difficulties of SMEs financing in China, and puts forward relevant suggestions to solve the problems encountered in financing in a targeted way, so as to better promote the promotion and development of SMEs in China.
