近几年来，我们镇的十几所中小学校开展形式多样的阳光体育为主题的大课间活动，打破了原先单一以广播操为主的形式活动，各个学校都积极开展具有自己学校的阳光体育活动，还有许多具有地方特色的传统体育游戏与具有现代特点的体育活动，阳光体育活动的开展，给学生的学习生活增添了无数的乐趣，学生都能积极主动参与到大课间的体育锻炼中来，在运动中领略体育的魅力，感受到运动的快乐，逐步养成自觉参加体育锻炼的意识和习惯，为学生身心健康发展奠定了良好的基础。
如何让大课间活动真正的阳光、快乐起来？笔者所在的学校经精心组织策划，让大课间成为学生体育锻炼的有效载体，把学生们喜爱的健康向上的活动作为始终贯穿大课间活动的一条主线，以篮球操、集体舞为开始，传统体育游戏与现代体育活动相结合为主，轻松的手语舞放松为结束，以提高学生的技能技巧和综合的体育素质、构建和谐平等的
师生关系为目的，采取有效措施对大课间活动进行改革，取得了明显成效。
一、制定规划，明确职责，多样的组织形式，全面落实“阳光体育运动”的大课间
我校把实施“阳光体育运动”的大课间列入学校工作，形成由主管文体的副校长牵头，主管体育的德育主任、体育组牵头，班主任督促，体育老师辅导的工作体系，让全体师生认识到开展以“阳光体育运动” 的大课间的意义及作用。
大课间活动都是在室外进行，要保证活动的顺利进行，学校采用了“全校集体练习”“分班合作练习”和“学生才艺展示”等，并要求项目设置工作要在学校体育组指导下展开，并要保持创新。
同时要求教师要积极参与学生的活动，并做好指导工作，还要给学生提供展示的舞台，从而挖掘和培养学生的特长与个性。
二、具有创新的体育活动，丰富了“阳光大课间体育活动”
创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力，课间活动的创新是体育运动永葆青春活力的源泉和动力，学校的大课间应有个性，有特色，有魅力。
本着小型多样、快乐健康、寓教于乐、强身健体、促德辅智、创新发展的指导思想，切实关注学生的兴趣爱好，科学合理地开发大课间活动内容。
具体地说，笔者对大课间活动的内容作了如下开发与创新。
1.传统的民间体育活动：让大课间充满古典的情怀
传统的民间体育游戏活动在大课间活动中被高频率使用，滚铁环、踩高跷、跳长绳、竹杠舞、三人板鞋、滚轮胎接力、打乒乓球、跳绳接力……能让民间的游戏带给学生快乐与幸福，激发学生的参与热情，提高学生的身体素质，增强学生的体魄，培养学生的运动习惯与运动兴趣。
篇三：大课间
大课间
昨天是领导来检查我们大课间的日子，太阳公公一早把一缕缕金色的阳光洒向大地，校园仿佛披上一件金灿灿的衣裳，同学们也都精神抖擞，充满活力迎接此次检查。
上完第二节课，那催人振奋的音乐响起了，我们以最快的速度，神采奕奕地来到操场，一切行动都听音乐指挥。
首先我们做的是广播体操《七彩阳光》，同学们都一本正经的做着，不敢有丝毫马虎，
生怕因自己的闪失造成什么不好的结果。
接下来，就是我们的跳绳时间了，跟着音乐，一根根跳绳在我们的摆弄下活灵活现。
变完了队形，广播室里响起活力十足的《兔子舞》的歌声，各班同学马上来到指定的活动地点。
只见同学们各个精神抖擞，轻松自如地踢出左腿向上抬起又落下，又伸出右腿做相同的动作。
同学们的脸都涨得通红，可见每个人都非常投入，也十分认真。
该做绳操了，它巧妙的将跳绳和体操结合起来，依托跳绳做出各种动作，使身体各个主要部位得到锻炼和放松。
校园也因此而充满活力，充满舞动的生命旋律，充满健康向上的活泼气息。
开始跳集体舞了，同学们都整齐的排好队一起做。
开始的时候，我们很紧张，慢慢跟着音乐，就放松多了。
我和同伴拉着手，尽量每个动作和细节都学的很到位，不为学校拖后腿。
最后做的是写字操，写字操，延续了课间的快乐，飞扬的音符，有着一种特殊的力量，帮助我们释放了多余的躁动。
不知不觉，课间操结束了，我们随着回楼式的音乐走进了楼，心情轻松无比！此时此刻，我顿生感悟：原来锻炼身体也很重要，人有了健康的身体，才能快乐生活一辈子！。
