They all look and sound the same so most of them will be deleted or ignored immediatelyIf you want to be noticed and if you want your email to be read you must be different and create an email that is interesting and will catch the attention of your prospective customer. If you don’t then you will be rejected just like all the others. Remember that companies like us and others who import product are very concerned about quality control of products. 外贸开发信函范文(汇总6篇)周二的会议,的确不尽人意,从我个人的角度来说,对自己这半年的工作总结并不全面,下半年的工作计划也并不清楚。

借此机会,再次审视自我,认清自我,同时确立自己明确的工作目标。

从12月底来公司到6月,这段时间的工作总结如下:1. 刚到公司,前两个月比较茫然,但我一心想着把工作做好,进入工作状态。

初来乍到,学习是非常重要的,当然外贸布优秀的同事给了我不少帮助,从熟悉产品到开发新客户,一步步走来,过程虽然艰辛,但结果总是给人鼓舞。

通过一系列的培训,产品知识,到电话营销,我知道了作为一个外贸业务员如何开始工作,进入状态,取得订单。

开始的两个月,没有任何平台,这是公司对我的考验,也是我自己对自己的考验。

就如野外拓展中的“空中抓杠”,只有克服自我,才能真正的成功。

到第二个月,从网上大海捞针,到最后重点客户培养,最终出了样品单,虽然金额不多,但是却给了我信心。

总结这一单,最重要的是客户积累,培养重点。

这一点要得益于平时戴总让我们做客户档案,分析客户,并保持和客户联系的状态。

只有这样才清楚自己目前客户的联系状态,进而掌握订单的状态。

2. 从二月份拿到阿里账号,我工作上了一个新的台阶。

这里想感谢公司给我这样一个可利用的优质平台,让我客户资源很快上升,并学会如何处理询盘,跟踪客户,并达成订单。

三月份太阳能热水器客户开始积累,并取得南非客户的样品单,目前对方还在测试阶段,订单大概要8月份才能确定。

总结这一单,并没有什么诀窍可言,最重要的是跟紧客户。

虽然只是几百美金的样品单,但是在这个客户身上花了很大心血,记得2月底至3月份每天晚上都会和客户聊天聊到很晚,一般是客户提醒我该休息了,我才下线......正因为如此,客户才如期参观工厂,并顺利下样品单。

总而言之,跟客户的感情是需要长期培养,关系好了,机会自然就多了。

4. 6月份,询盘很少,新客户的开发也就比较少,有两三个客户可能会下样品单。

同时,跟老客户保持着紧密联系,尤其是出过样品单的客户。
