摘要

土霉素又称为地霉素或氧四环素，英文名称 Terramycin (Oxytetracycline)。属于抗菌素的一种，对多种球菌和杆菌有抗菌作用，对立克次体和阿米巴病原虫也有抑制作用，用来治疗上呼吸道感染﹑胃肠道感染﹑斑疹伤寒﹑恙虫病等，现今主要用于畜禽药及饲料添加剂。

土霉素是一个典型的利用生物工程技术生产的产品，生产工艺涉及种子培养、发酵、提取、过滤、脱色、结晶、离心和干燥等重要的单元操作和工程概念，通过对赤峰制药（集团)有限责任公司土霉素的生产工艺的实习，可以提高理论联系实际与综合应用所学知识的能力。经过对土霉素生产中的各个工段进行学习，了解到生产过程所需的设备以及应该掌握的单元操作。本文对土霉素生产的酸化工段进行的重点研究和介绍，通过物料守恒、热量守恒计算，编写了实习论文并绘制物料流程图，厂房平立面图，PID图以及设备一览表。

Abstract

Belongs to a kind of antibiotics, to DuoZhong aureus and bacillus possess antimicrobial function, and amebic conditioned to rickettsia also have inhibition, used to treat the upper respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal tract infection, typhus, worm disease now look, mainly used for livestock and poultry medicine and feed additives.

Oxytetracycline base is a typical using biological engineering technology the production of products, production process involving seed cultivation, fermentation, extraction, filtering, decoloring, crystallization, centrifugal and dry, and other important unit operation and the engineering concept, through to chifeng pharmaceutical (group) Co., LTD. Was the production technology of practice can improve the theory with practice and integrated application of knowledge ability. After each section of the production of strain to learn, understand all the equipment needed to the production process and should control unit operation.
