蜡浆、气硅、膨润土防沉效果对比
简单点说吧，蓖麻油改性触变剂和聚酰胺蜡的触变性更强。
对颜填料沉降控制更好，另外，在高固体分和厚膜涂料中，膨润土很难控制流挂，而另两种则是厚膜涂料、高固体份涂料控制流挂的理想触变剂。
更重要的是，这两种有机触变剂的作用机制是氢键和大分子缠绕，剪切变稀后，结构恢复较慢，给涂层有充分的流平时间，所以，这两种触变剂在给涂料体系提供防沉降、抗流挂的同时又不牺牲流平，是目前使用较普遍的触变剂。
蓖麻油类流变剂推荐：Luvotix HT Crayvellac MT 都是聚酰胺改性蓖麻油衍生物，是同类产品中的佼佼者
聚酰胺类触变剂推荐：Disparlon A630-20X (蜡浆) Luvotix AB (蜡粉，经济强烈推荐) DeuRheo 229 (蜡浆)
一般来说很多在重防腐、船舶漆中使用有机膨润土来起到防沉降作用，但前提是其施工一般为刷涂、滚涂；另外还有使用氢化蓖麻油和聚酰胺蜡作防沉。
在此想请问一下分别使用三者的具体操作条件和其起到的效果优劣不同有何区别？
楼上说的很专业，但是更正一下，聚酰胺腊是没有触变性的，主要的作用是在低剪切提供高粘度，防止存储过程中沉降，对于中高剪切的粘度是几乎没有影响的，触变性最强的确是是氢化蓖麻油类的产品，但是这类产品对于中剪切粘度影响挺大的，也就是说对于流平是有相当大的影响的！楼主只要搞清楚剪切力与粘度变化的曲线应该就很容易搞清楚三者之间的差别了。
膨润土是将整条线向上移，简单说就是提高粘度，在任何剪切力的变化下都会提高粘度。
所以在防腐漆中高PVC的情况下要求高防沉效率最好是聚酰胺腊+膨润土搭配，考虑到成本，也可以用聚PE蜡来代替聚酰胺腊。
楼上说的部分是对的，但是，头一次听说“聚酰胺蜡是没有触变性的”哈，既然是搞原料技术的应该很清楚啊
粘度增长型的防沉剂（触变剂）
缺点；有机膨润土：有颜色不能用于高光涂料体系和清漆
气相二氧化硅：对涂料的消光消光作用明显不可用于高光涂料体系
氢化蓖麻油：非常容易结粒反粗。
（一般使用温度不超过４０度）
聚酰胺蜡：不能长时间用于高温场合（一般熔点都是１４０度左右）但是用于烤漆体系是可以的。
