目的：本研究旨在展示牙体及牙列缺损的修复方法，并对治疗效果进行初步分析。方法：以2013年12月至2015年3月到福建医科大学附属口腔医院修复科就诊的多位口内牙体及牙列缺损的的患者作为研究对象，根据患者的年龄、性别、缺失牙及余留牙情况等进行修复方案设计。从义齿的美观、功能、费用、远期疗效等方面进行综合考虑。结果：义齿初戴时，患者对义齿固位，美观表示满意。远期疗效还应继续观察。结论：牙体及牙列缺损的，应根据患者的不同情况，选择不同的修复方式。

Abstract

Objective:The aim of this study was to exhibition the restoration of tooth defect and denition defect,And analyse the preliminary treatment.Methods:The patients with tooth defect and denition defect were given different prosthodontic treatment according to patients’oral situation,age and sexl,such as post-and-core crowns,overdenture,and https://www.360docs.net/doc/3d1913741.html,prehensive analyzing from the aspects of aesthetic,function,cost and long-term effect of prodtheses.Result:All patients were satisfied with the prodtheses when their treatment completed.but its long term clinical result need to be further investi-gated.Conclusion:For the restorations of residual root(crown),we needs to choose the different treatment.
