Dear Mr. xx/Mrs. xx/Sir/Madam/all, 正文 Best Regards, /Yours Sincerely, XXX 常见的商务英语电子邮件包括以下五部分: ①写信人、收信人、抄送收信人、密送收信人的Email地址。②标题。③称呼、开头、正文、 结尾句。④礼貌结束语。⑤写信人全名、写信人职务及所属部门、地址、电话号码、传真等。 商务信件中要特别注意称呼的礼貌得体。如不知对方姓名只知头衔,可用 Dear + Title作为称 呼或Dear Sir/Sirs, Dear Madam/Madams, Dear Sir or Madam;如只知对方姓名不知性别, 可用Dear+全名;如邮件为一封通函,则用Dear All作为邮件称呼。 正文应结构清楚,便于阅读,如内容较长,可使用小标题、小段落、星号、下划线等方式使邮 件眉目清楚、一目了然。一般包括三部分: 第一部分是开头,需要开门见山地说明写信的原因和目的。如果是回信,还要说明何时收到对 方关于什么内容的信。 第二部分是信的核心和主要内容,把开头提出的问题进行充分的说明和解释。 第三部分是信的结尾,通常以礼貌的祝福或者愿望来结束。 注:齐头式结构,在商务英语中比较流行。因此整篇邮件顶头写,前端不需空格。

3.日期( Date): 日期一般书写在信函函的右上方,参照编号的下方(有时 也写在参照编号的上方),表明发出该信函的日期。如:范 例信函中“Date: April8,1996”就表示该信函在1996年4 月8日发出。日期的写法主要有两种,即英国式的习惯写 法和美国式的习惯写法。英国式写法的顺序是日、月、 年,年与月之间加逗号.如:12May,1999;美国式写法的 顺序是月、日、年,年与日之间加逗号,范例信函中的 日期写法即为美国写法。另外,日期中的“日”也可写 为序数词的形式,如 April 8th,12 th May等

Courtesy 礼貌、Consideration 体谅、Completeness 完整、Clarity 清楚、 Conciseness 简洁、Concreteness 具体、Correctness 正确
信要写得清楚、明白,无晦涩难懂之处,以至于收信人看了 之后不会误解写信人的意图。信的每段宜一个话题为妥,采用篇幅较短的段 落阐述,每段段首以主题句开门见山提出每段的主要观点。段与段之间应使 用过渡语衔接;诸如 firstly, secondly…; however, moreover, in contrast 等短 语,使整封信自然流畅,明白易懂。
