小学英语考试大纲第一部分学科专业基础本部分的主要考查内容包括语音及词汇、语法、阅读理解、英美文化、书面表达等。
(一)英语语音及词汇词汇是语言的基础,掌握词汇并能熟练地掌握其用法,是提高语言水平的根本。
要求考生掌握大学英语三级考试大纲中的“词汇表冶,掌握单词的拼写、短语的结构及含义和用法。
词汇部分测试的重点:近义词和近形词;动词短语;介词短语;习惯搭配。
重点考核:字母、音素和音标;语音的结合及其变化;词汇。
(二)英语语法知识三级语法考试是进一步加深和扩大中学里学过的语法知识,侧重其在阅读和翻译中的应用。
要求考生掌握基本语法规则、结构和句型,并对其中常用的规则和结构能熟练地运用。
语法结构考查的知识点主要包括名词、代词、限定词、形容词和副词、动词短语、动词时态及语态、非谓语动词、虚拟语气、定语从句、名词性从句、状语从句、强调句型、倒装句和省略句等。
重点考核:名词、代词、数词和冠词;动词;介词与介词短语、连词;形容词、副词及其比较级和最高级;非谓语动词;动词的时态;句子种类和句子成分;常用句型;主谓一致;被动语态;虚拟语气的构成及其用法;各类复合句的用法;直接引语和间接引语。
(三)阅读理解理解和掌握所给材料中心大意,要求注重中心大意的事实和细节,既能理解字面意思,也能根据所给材料进行一定的推论和判断;既能理解个别句子的意思也能理解上下文的逻辑关系。
阅读理解的题型:细节理解题,词句理解题,主题、主旨题,猜测词义题,推理判断题。
(四)英美文化了解英国、美国的地理概貌、历史背景、政治制度、经济概况、科学技术、文化传统、体育娱乐、宗教信仰、风俗习惯及社会生活等方面的基本知识,有助于学习者了解英美的思维方式、价值观念及生活方式,更好地掌握和运用英语语言,加深对语言和文化的理解,增强对文化差异的敏感性,提高分析和评价能力,达到扩大知识面、巩固和提高英语水平之目的。

附件2:2010—2011学年度小学毕业考试命题说明语文命题说明一、命题依据:语文课程标准、冀教课标版语文教材。
二、命题理念:侧重考查语文基础知识和基本技能,重点考察听力、语言积累与运用、口语交际、阅读理解、习作五个板块内容。
考察教材内容以12册为主。
题型应为学生所常见,不出偏题怪题。
三、考试时间为 120分钟。
卷面长度为:16K8页。
四、基本题型及权重:答题占95分,卷面书写占5分。
每明显勾画、涂抹、粘贴一处减1分;书写不整洁、不规范,酌情扣分;不倒扣分。
(一)听力3—5分。
(二)语言积累与运用 40—45分:考察生字、多音字、课内外语言积累,考察词语的运用,改写、仿写句子,名句引用,修辞手法,修改病句段,标点符号,句子排序等。

NEAT二级考试不仅对学生在整个小学阶段的英语学习提供总结性评价,而且对教师的教学情况提供积极的反馈与反拨作用,为学生在英语学习方面的进步与发展提供权威性的、有价值的参考信息。
二、考试方法与要求《全国中小学英语学习成绩测试(NEAT)》二级考试为闭卷考试,分口试和笔试两部分,总分为120分,测试考生在听、说、读、写、译诸方面综合运用英语的能力。
口试时间为每个考生5分钟,分值为20分。
笔试考试时间为90分钟,分值为100分,其中包括听力(20分钟,分值为30分)、基础知识与综合能力运用(70分钟,分值为70分)。
全国中小学英语学习成绩测试(NEAT)在公布测试成绩时采用分数制和等级制两种形式。
等级制的评定方法是:在评卷时将把分数转换成A, B, C, D, F的等级形式,采用 A(120-100), B(99-72), C(71-60), D(59-40), F(39-0)五个等级(E通常表示成绩优秀的分数,故在此不采用)。
获得A、B、C三个级别的考生被认定为通过考试,可获得全国考试办公室颁发的“全国中小学英语学习成绩测试(NEAT)等级证书”。
《全国中小学英语学习成绩测试(NEAT)》二级考试以现行英语教学大纲和最新颁布的英语课程标准为依据,适用于使用人教版英语教材和其它地方英语教材版本的小学五、六年级学生。
小学英语毕业考试纲要教案
(一)口试部分一.试卷的整体要求:1.口试目的:检测小学毕业生基本的英语认读能力和口语表达能力2.口试范围: PEP 小学英语第一册至第七册第二单元3.口试形式: 读词、读句和看图说话二.各题型要求及分值:1.读词(30%)。
认读所给的“四会”单词。
本题共二十个单词,每个单词1.5分,检测考生能否按照发音规律准确读词,要求元音发音清晰到位,辅音发音正确,重音明确。
2、读句(40%)认读所给的“四会”句子。
本题共十个句子,每个句子4分,检测考生能否按照正确的语音语调读句,要求单词发音准确,整个句子读得流畅,升降调正确。
3、看图说话(30%)。
在所给的三幅图片中任选一幅自己喜欢的图片,先回答测试员对这幅图提的4个问题,再自己用所学的英语对这幅图有关的内容进行叙述。
本题检测考生能否理解图画的意思,运用所学的英语进行简单的口头表达的能力。
回答问题部分共20分,每个问题5分; 叙述部分按考生的口语表达情况分三档给分,不过分挑剔考生在叙述过程中的语言性错误。
(二)笔试部分一.试卷的整体要求:1.试题分类:听力(4大题,40%)和读写(7大题,60%)两部分,共11 大题。
2.试卷内容:涵盖PEP教材小学英语第一至第七册第二单元中所有的话题,如:学校、.家庭、.食物、水果、颜色、食物、动物、天气、个人爱好及学校和家庭生活等等。
3.试题要求:听、读、写的基本技能和初步运用能力。
题目以“双基”为主,突出对认读能力的过关要求,强调对“四会”句子和功能交际性句子的了解和初步运用,并向语篇的阅读理解提出了一定程度上的要求。
总体上,试题梯度明显, 难易适中。
二.题型及分值:1.基础题:(1)听选单词(10小题,共10分),简单地考查学生对单词.词组.数字等的发音的辨别. (2)听小短文,给图片排序(5幅图,共10分),考查学生的听力理解。
(3)按字母表顺序补上10个所缺的字母(10个字母,共10分),考查学生对字母的排序与正确书写,要求小学过关.(4)按正确的格式、大小写、标点等抄写句子(1小题,共4分),考查学生对句子的正确书写,要求小学过关.2.词汇重点题(1)圈出每行中不同类别的单词(5小题,共10分),意图了解学生对词义的掌握情况. 2.各项行动目标都只是要求学生在已学的语言知识范围内来做事情。
3.各项行动目标都应被限定在学生所用教材的具体情景范围之内。
4.各项行动目标包括听、说、读、写的综合运用,但并不是每项目标都要涉及写的技能,教师和各区县教研室应把写的活动要求限制在学生力所能及的有限范围之内。
5.各区县教研室和教师有必要针对各项目标提出词汇和语句的检测范围。
