结合多年的教学经验我重点谈谈如何解决中学生的学习问题，仅供探讨
《一》、狠抓基础知识，注重细节
对学生的培养要从基础入手，注重平时的积累。
从平时的点滴做起：多背单词、多记词组、多做练习题，掌握英语语法和习惯用语的用法。
要求教师要精心设置课堂教学，对学生多动脑筋。
1、要让学生养成重复做题，善于记录的好习惯。
鼓励
他们使用错题本，把一些常出错误的地方记录下来，有针对性的反复记忆，理解透彻了，做到触类旁通。
2、在平时的课堂上，教师应当给中等以上的学生布置点难题，或是奥赛题，教师再及时反馈点评，这就是所谓的开小灶。
这种方法教师比较辛苦，但是学生的成绩确实有效，不妨大家试一试。
3、注重细节，教师要教会学生学习方法。
有些知识不完全是教师教出来的，多数情况下是学生自己悟出来的。
教师要告诉学生
学习讲究条理，要学会科学的安排时间，要讲究效率，应该半小时完成的内容绝不拖到一个小时。
要善于记笔记，要积极思考，善于发问，善于总结、自我检测。
4、可以利用早自习的十分钟进行听写和默写。
听写内容是书上的重要词汇，默写老师觉得优秀的句子和段落。
要及时检查、反馈，可以学生之间一对一的互判，提高效率。
《二》、善于沟通，培养兴趣
兴趣是学习的原动力，每个学生都蕴藏着极大的学习潜能，每个学生都有自己丰富而独特的内心世界，要充分发挥学生的主体作用，这需要老师的循序诱导。
1、教师平时要多与学生沟通交流，多给于鼓励。
在平时的单元测试或小考中要批改学困生的试卷，让他感到温暖，让他喜欢你这位老师和你所传授的知识。
同时要不断给优秀生暗示，挖掘他们内在的潜力，这往往会取得意想不到的效果。
2、教师要培养学生多方面的能力，包括学习方法，心里思维，生活能力等。
教师也因此来寻找教育的方法，激活他们的学习热情，提高教学效率，增强学生学习的信心。
《三》、科学安排、导向要准
优秀生是老师培养的，学生学出来的，因此老师的导向尤其重要。
激励与情感原则是学生所愿意接受的。
1、教师要注意培养学生感兴趣的阅读能力，提高他们的自学能力。
2、要坚持学习，每天规定自己该完成的任务，比如单词、阅读、听力等，务必完成，否则自己惩罚自己。
3、平时的教学还要鼓励他们常记英文日记，多进行听说读写的训练，加大练习力度，最好每日一交，出现问题教师及时纠正。
4、最重要一点是：要大声朗读英语，不要害羞，也不要怕出错，学哑巴英语可是学英语的一大忌讳，要大胆的说出来，熟能生巧。
《四》、积极发挥尖子生的辐射作用
尖子生可以说是班级的领头羊，他们的行为和表现在学生中起着引领作用，要相信榜样的力量是无穷的，他们之间的朝夕相处会起到潜移默化的作用。
1、把学生分成一个个小组，每组里面既有尖子生也有差生，让尖子生辅导差生，这样尖子生越来越好，差生的成绩也会跟上来的。
2、在平时的课堂教学上，往往把尖子生树立为目标，记单词，背课文往往是尖子生先做到，把他们立为小组长，为同学们起到了表率的作用，其他同学再奋起直追，形成一种赶帮超的现象。
3、每次测验考试又可设立加分制，单科第一的加本小组五分，依次第二加四分、三分、二分、一分，最后一名扣掉本小组一分，这样一来每个小组都不甘落后，大家互帮互学，共同进步。
总之，要提高中学生英语成绩，教师必须在课堂教学上下功夫，克服存在的主要问题，采取相应对策。
同时，学生也要配合教师的课堂教学，认真听课，提高课堂学习质量。
只有双方的共同努力才
能走出中学英语教与学的成功之路。
