而光电二极管是一种利用光电效应产生光电流的半导体器件,其工作原理就是当光线照射到光电二极管时,光子的能量被半导体汲取,使半导体中的电子通过能带跃迁产生光电子,进而形成电流。
在基恩士光电传感器中,一般采纳光电二极管来检测光信号。
光电二极管由一个PN结构构成,其中P型区和N型区之间的界面称为PN结。
当光电二极管存在光照时,光子激发了P型和N型区域的电子,从而产生光生载流子。
然后,由于PN结的特别结构,电子会向N型区域移动,而空穴会向P型区域移动。
移动的电子和空穴在PN结分界处被收集,并向外界形成光电流。
因此,光电传感器的基本工作原理就是将光照射到光电二极管上,通过测量光电二极管产生的光电流来检测光信号的强度。

点击的概念Ó: 用力按下,然后快速松开,稍候指示灯 变亮或熄灭;不要一直按住按键知道指示灯发生变化。

使传感器分别感知两个条件,第一个被感知的条件就是 输出导通的条件。出厂设置为亮态操作。
